I like that you can take payments and send links for payments; this platform is everything in one place for a business. You can have everything together or split things up between different users. The options for helping you advertise your business as well are great. Accessible customer service as well. This platform is excellent for business!
I don't like that I can't mark messages unread after they are open.

Splendid integration into our jewelry software of the edge. Keeps all conversations with customers very organized and keeps google reviews ever coming non stop! The payment solution is a great way to fulfill online orders through text pay and it's all integrated into an amicable app that is very easy to use with reminders when people have been left unanswered!
The only downside of the podium app is the price, it did take us some time to accept their monthly cost, but once we did, we have not regretted our decision. We are delighted that they are constantly innovating and providing more features to make their app worthy of the higher costs.
Google reviews for a business today are critical. Unfortunately, not all customers who have a positive experience with our business leave reviews; people walk out the door and move on. Podium is great with customer follow-ups for reviews, they conveniently text the customer at the end of all my transactions to remind them to leave reviews. Within a few months of being a podium user, we now have over 300 reviews!
The ease of taking payments, communicating with customers and sending review links for our business. We also love that we can send campaigns and promotions/specials directly to our customers via text.
I wouldn't say there is anything that we dislike about Podium
Taking payments easier and easily being able to communicate with our customers through text instead of having to call everyone every single time we need to reach them or communicate.
The Podium platform has served our fixed operations better than any product we've used. The automation and customer service have been fantastic!

We had very little engagement from a service customer standpoint in terms of reviews and Podium has allowed us to really drive those reviews!
Podium keeps everything in one place: reviews, texts, calls, and facebook messages. Streamlining everything ensures no one gets missed!
We weren't able to schedule messages, but we expressed this to them, and a month later they added that capability!
Personalized follow ups are super important to our practice, so being able to schedule those to go out later is way more efficient than keeping track manually.
Podium is a universal friendly tool that allows anyone of any age the ability to communicate with their customers on an instant level.
There is nothing to disklike about Podium, they are innovative, and anything they lack in gives them a Quarter they already have it in the works rolling out after months of beta testing and working out the kinks.
We have completely done away with using a collection agency in order to maintain collections, converting all our collections to text reminders, and collection templates. Saving the company not only the fees but it's become more effective in collecting balances due than the collection agency every was able to do for us.
Able to use on the spot as long as you have service/wifi, which helps with our ratings.
It doesn’t seem to have an auto send feature, so if no service/WiFi is available it doesn’t send as soon as you’re in range again.
Customers are able to review me on the spot or at their convenience, which helps the company with great reviews!
It is easy to find everything about a customer in one spot.
So far there is not anything I have found that I do not like.
It gives me a platform to speak to customers over text who may be unreachable by phonecall during the day.

The simplicity of this program. This system works just like cell phone texting; our patients love it, and they love the fact that they can send us photos if needed.
Honestly, I LOVE EVERYTHING. There is not one thing that I dislike about Podium. I feel like everyone should have this system.
We no longer need to send INDIVIDUAL REVIEW TEXTS, and OMG, that saves us so much time. Our patients automatically get a "review us" text 3 hours after their appt.
