Podium has helped us get way more google reviews in the short time we had it, than all of last year. We are able to make review invites effortless and painless for our customers.Podium also has allowed us to reach out to our customers via texting. This has also been a great way for our customers to reach us after hours as well. We have been able to address a few emergencies thanks to us being able to recieve text messages after we are closed. This has been a very valuable tool!
I don't like that I have to jump to each location to view or respond to messages. I would like a central hub and the message to just show what location the message came in for. I can't tell which site the message came in for unless i open either the app or login to the website.
Podium has helped us get more reviews and made it very easy to send a review invite. We are also able to reach out to our customers via text message. This is great for customers who never respond to their phone calls or emails.
its a very quick easy app to use. user friendly, automatic that's mainly why i like it because its gives you quick responses and it makes your communciatino with cleints very easy. i also like that clients can give us their feed back in seconds, of techs leaving the home after the visit.
there is really nothing that i dislike about the application like i said previously podium is very user friendly and easy to communicate with clients when they are messaging with questions or concerns they might have. i also like that techs out on filed can access the page
we are solving the problem that our reviews were being deleted, now having them sent directly to google our rating start went up. it also gave us the opportunity to see what we are lacking and how to improve that it aslo have us the leadway to communicate with clients that have questions who are visiting our website. it has improved our way of communicating.
I really like the ease in communication with customers either for reviews or information about the vehicles.
I would like there to be a setting that allows for an automated response so when we are not in the office people do not feel like they are being ignored
Very easy to communicate with customers and not give out personal cell numbers.
I like that Podium does a great job at organizing conversations by the responsible employee. Podium also allows for the integration of other programs such as Service Titan, slack, angies list and various others. The user really has the ability to track and be responsive to chat threads no matter the volume of message coming in.
i dislike the number of nonmessage notifications that podium pushes on a daily basis. I feel like there are too many attempts by Podium to marketed businesses
Podium allows us to effectively communicate with a number of different customer types - perspective, new, existing. I have realized the benefits of being able to maintain a chat conversation over a number of days, and then advise on the amount of time itj's een open
I love that everything is integrated into one easy to use website. I can see our website chat, Facebook chat, and google reviews all in one place. And automated review requests have really increased our companies reviews.
I really can't say there is much i don't like, I would only be able to say that sometimes the email notifications take a little longer to receive so if I am not right at my desktop I don't notified as quickly as I would like.
We are definitely better able to manage our web chat and the reviews that we have gotten have been great. Also some customers text in feedback before leaving a review so as managers, we have a chance to resolve potential issues before they leave a negative review.
the part i like best would be the text messages, because alot of people cant always answer the phone.

Customers will answer texts faster than they will answer an email. It makes scheduling deliveries, answering questions, and getting reviews for the store very quick and easy.
Since we hooked Podium up to our store's point of sale software, it asks for a review as soon as the sale is entered. A lot of our customers will be waiting several weeks to get their furniture. I'd prefer ask for a review once they have their items and are happy.
The number of reviews for our store has skyrocketed. Our score on Google has increased tremendously.
Extremely user friendly. Both the app and the desktop versions are very well layed out, easy to navigate and user friendly.
There is absolutely nothing I can say that I dislike about Podium.
1. Easier to get customer reviews without being too invasive to customers who have already received numerous surveys. 2. Easy to respond to customer inquiries from our website. 3. Easy to reply to Internet leads.

All of my conversations are in one place, I can look back and see what other staff members have spoken about with the customer, If running late for a job I can quickly and efficiently reach out to the customer (most of the time people are at work unable to answer their phone), I can update the customer on really anything regarding their account, the customer can reach out to me quickly and efficiently at anytime including after business hours, my sales and customer service feedback has skyrocketed since starting Podium. I use Podium for everything now, including sending statements and pictures. I can even request payment from the customer if they wish. I also like that all of our reviews are all in one place. In real-time, we can respond to the customers using Podium, and no customer is left unheard!
What I dislike is the fact that I didn't find Podium sooner!
Communication with the customer! Most of the time the customer is at work and unable to answer the phone, following up with a quick text is way more effective. Most everyone is on their phone now and days. My sales have also gone way up. We can receive pictures easier, all in one place where all of the staff including technicians can see them!
I love being able to manage my reviews and send patients a review request. It really is so easily. It is very nice communication platform. I like the app on my cell phone as well. I tell all the new patients that are having surgery to send message to us if any issues or immediate needs and it provides them comfort.
I don't care for the fact it takes long time to see the reviews. If I get a notice it's there, then I want to see it. Some patients complain the link doesn't work or doesn't bring them to google or facebook to leave the review.
Patients are able to communicate with us very easy and it reaches alot of patients. The ease of which you can get a review is super convenient. pts have instant access to the doctor and myself and that is really something a lot of people would like and don't have.
The best part about podium is the interaction we get with customers! It is immediate and convenient for customers.
The only thing I can say is that I cannot mark a message as unread if I accidentally opened another one of my coworkers messages.
We 100% have noticed a bigger influx of sales since our customer base can text us at anytime and they know we are going to get a response to them in a timely manner. It is very efficient.
