Once podium was set up at our company we didn’t really have to do much to maintain its use to benefit from it. Simplicity, ease of mind.
Sometimes we would receive phone calls from clients who thought we or our programs like podium we’re using their information.
Mainly we have been able to get feedback from clients that would otherwise be difficult to gather information from post work.
Easiest way for our team members to secure reviews from customers. Ease of use and customer interaction is simple! Live chat on our site has been our newest addition and very successful and useful with customers. Multiple locations on a simple platform.
Often it doesn't auto refresh on desktop. Can be frustrating to see new msgs from customers at times. Having multiple locations and redirecting reviews to different sources to help with google reviews has been difficult to manage as well. Pricing for multiple locations makes it very expensive for a small company to consider.
Communicating with customers via text with our main phone # and live chat on our website through podium has been a great source and makes it streamline.

We use this service for getting reliable reviews with our patients. It is very easy to use and messages get to our patients very quickly. In under a minute, you can add the user to Podium with their information and send out a text/email with a review. I also enjoy that our leads have a section and you can find out how many users within your specific organization have sent out and how many have responded.
It does take some time to get used where some of the settings live.
We have been able to get our patients to give us feedback and better our service. It is quick, easy and painless.

The best thing about Podium is the direct path to the information i need. All the information is condensed and separated logically. We can also see our effectiveness daily

We are able to contact customers that would normally not answer the phone they will text you back! We realized that we are able to cut down on the # of phone calls outbound and inbound.

I’m not the one in the office getting the full benefit of this however as a technician using it as a reliable app if a little heavy weight for my iPad 2. Overall though it doesn’t seem bloated and does what you ask it too. Mines texting customers, emailing and gathering reviews and a nice package
Takes a long time to load up, Upon starting it takes a very long forward the absolute up so that I can talk to customers which is a pain but I’m in a hurry
Good communication with customers who appreciate texting, It lets you know whether the number you’re trying to text is a landline or a WhatsApp number
This platform is a great opportunity for an small or large business for communication between consumers and providers. It allows for a personable feel for all customers, and also allows for questions to be answered directly and at a faster pace.
The only downside was the fact that the review link sometimes does not work.
Any issues that the consumer may have can be easily solved through open communication now, with a more flexible time for the consumer. The benefits of the flexibility for costumers has helped our company flourish as well as the automatic reviews being sent out for feedback we so desperately need.

Wish there was a way to distinguish fake chats, and filter them out. I also don't like that, as an admin, other users are notified when I view their chats.
