Quickbooks has been a great help with organizing our ordering process. We have been able to integrate UPS Worldship and love it

Wish Quickbooks would offer more services and templates

We were able to solve the issue of having tracking automatically sent to the sales order and that has really sped up our invoicing and helped us locate trackings for UPS Claims.

I like that we are able to have each of our individual LLCs (55 and counting) under one program. It makes transferring inventory and labor so much more efficient than it had previously been with QuickBooks Online.

I dislike how buggy the system is. One example is we cannot get our balance sheet to balance unless we run the “balance sheet by class.” If we try to run the standard balance sheet, the correct amounts for cash, A/R, and A/P do not pull, and it puts the B/S out of balance.

We are solving the issue of having multiple LLCs accounted for under one program.

The most helpful aspect about QuickBooks enterprise is that it is user friendly and intuitive. The upside is that their customer service is great. You can send a message and have someone call you within 5 minutes for help.

I dislike that there are sometimes glitches. Sometimes I will click somewhere on the screen and it will jump to another section of the page unexpectedly which is frustrating. I wish there was more ability to undo and go back to where you were. I wish it were easier to link up merchant gateways to the system and import transactions.

The problem I needed to solve was to record 6 months of transactions. It is beneficial that it is easy to go back to any date in the check register.

Quickbooks is extremely helpful for me keeping track of expenses and income for several small businesses.

There are a number of quirks where it's unclear how to most efficiently perform a task such as cash receipts or paying bills. It's simple to do... but difficult to do consistently since there are many ways to do the same thing. Reporting gets strange when the same task is done several different ways or called different things.

Bookkeeping, receipts, bank reconciliations, and financial statements.

All of the information required for invoicing a customer is in one place, their address automatically populates all materials and time to a job appears on the invoice with markup if you use the correct settings. I will never use another software for our business payable and receivable tracking.

QB has it's weird issues such as the email late option checking automatically. But for the most part it's pretty great.

This program is very user friendly. It’s easy to navigate and find exactly what you need and in as few steps as possible.

I would like more ability to customize views, data shown, etc.

QuickBooks was very easy to use. It does not take long to train a new employee on the specific job functions. I found that the search options for vendors and customers was very useful. Being able to search using just one part of the phone number, address or name was extremely helpful.

We struggled with reporting and creating custom reports. We also did not like the way the reports exported into "excel". Some reports became time consuming when we were trying to format the report and use for various purposes.

We no longer use QuickBooks as our organization how grown to much. We needed to implement several options that QB did not offer.

The user friendly setup is number one. The quick search feature really helps when in a bind.

The auto populate feature on the invoice numbering as it is not how we use it.

The navigation is very straightforward. It is easy to get to what you need to use quickly.

After using the program for a while, there are some functions that could be improved and made more efficient. For example, if I needed to delete amultiple items, I had to do them one at a time.

It's an easy to use format, easy to research specific items or reports. Easy to personalize

Emailing invoices or sales orders causes the whole thing to glitch and shut down. I need to restart almost every time I email from the software.

Good and easy to use to use software. Takes a little bit of time to get use to, but worth it!

The ease of financial reporting and able to make changes in journal entries. I find it to be more user friendly than many other accounting software programs.

We have a lot of issues with it not connecting to the network or to change to multi-user mode. Also trying to get fast customer service is not possible. If you have to call them, then you know to block out at least an hour to deal with it.

We use this for our small company and we are able to quickly and efficiently do our month-end close and financial reporting.

Easy to use but does a few things that dont make sense.
