"Great product and excellent customer service"
What do you like best about Reply?

Reply provides features often not found in other email automation platforms. I really enjoyed leveraging their "Warm up" feature which automatically gets your new domain ready for mass outreach so your emails don't land in spam. Above all, they have excellent customer service. Beyond having a knowledge base that explains every aspect of the platform, their staff are prompt to answer questions via chat and email.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Not much to dislike about the platform! There are a lot of bells and whistles, so if you're new to email automation, it can be overwhelming. However, the staff are friendly and quick to respond to their customer service inqiuries.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were looking for an email automation platform for our cold outreach efforts. We enjoyed Reply since it came with features designed to increase email deliverability.

"The best email automation tool"
What do you like best about Reply?

Our best source of generating new leads is our email campaign. Today we send more than 1500 emails per day and this has been made possible only because of Reply.io. Our sequences are now completely automated and their integrations help us to automatically push leads to our sales CRM tool as well. The support team is very helpful and is always willing to go the extra mile to help solve your queries.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Improve the LinkedIn automation tool to help brands reach out to prospects via Linkedin as well, along with emails. The current version of Linkedin Automation has limited capabilities.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of our biggest issues was automating our cold email campaign so that the team can focus on talking to leads that show interest. Today, we send 1500+ emails daily and have emails as one of our biggest sources of lead generation.

This tool is really easy to use & intuitive for both the first time SDRs and the more experienced users. Also the support received was always fast & efficient.

Some features could have a better UI but nothing really critical.

What do you like best about Reply?

What's most helpful is the simplicity of the tooling. You can create lists, and seamlessly run sequences on them - all with a few clicks.

What do you dislike about Reply?

There's a couple of bugs from time to time but the eng team is pretty responsive and are able to fix them quite promptly.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

For me, they are really solving the list building piece. The ability to query contacts and get their information is incredible.

"The best Outbound platform on the market..."
What do you like best about Reply?

Reply.io is the best Outbound and Outreach tool on the market, period. The UI/UX is fantastic, and the customization features are immense. Finally, a product with solid pillars of email deliverability and automation from LinkedIn and other channels. Congratulations team.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Chrome extension can be improved. Needs more stability, mainly in LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Overall is good but needs some love. Also, more custom variables (liquid syntax) would significantly improve message personalization. Something like Mutual Connection, Period of the day(Morning, Afternoon, Night), Time in current job, etc...Overall, a great product

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

With a platform like Reply.io, we can increase the volume of qualified leads/prospects and close more deals and MRR. Email deliverability is also super important, which we can achieve with a tool like Reply.

What do you like best about Reply?

The software works as intended and offers good tools to help create sequences and manage contacts. The support team is also extremely responsive and helpful if something isn't working properly.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Some more in-depth tracking would be good, for example, individual link tracking. Currently, I can only see someone has clicked a link, but not which one if I'm using multiple ones.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

They're constantly working on new updates which is always valuable. For example, they launched email warm-up a few months back which works well, and their LinkedIn integration is getting better and better.

I've used multiple email automation systems but reply gives the best data, assistance and all round easy to use design!

What do you dislike about Reply?

I can't really fault it! But the one thing I would say is that it can sometimes be quite laggy.

I love the interface, easy to understand and find what you need. Their support is so fast too!

What do you dislike about Reply?

Right now there isn't anything. If anything comes up I speak with support and they genuinely take it on board and most of the time add to the roadmap!
