Either the fact that I can automate Linkedin Actions or how incredibly helpful & responsive their support is. Both are indispensible for me.
The fact that I can't set conditional steps in the sequences based on the prospect's engagement with the previous steps. I can do it with triggers as a workaround but it'd be nice to have it as part of the sequence abilities.

- lots of functions in the interface - super-responsive and helful amazing support team - that's the most important for me in this list - haven't seen any glitches yet - easy to use, easy to start - all needed integrations - I use it daily, and I love it - It was easy to teach others to use it, and it was implemented in our tema super quickly - Amazing base of leads search - lots of leads added to our base through Reply.io, many of them closed already
Nothing yet after 4 month - it works perfect and most of all I like the support team. I'm amazed how they dive into your question and provide a useful, personilized feedback.

The ease of use. The inserted AI The serious features that doesnt take much learning puts reply well ahead of the competitors. Customer support is amazing, attentive and always contactable.
The only thing I can think of for first time users of tech software and sequencing it probably needs to be have loom videos of each step.
I was really looking for a solution that did absolutely everything. Every channel. With recommendations. Ease of use. But in a simplified manner that fits with our ethos utilising #ClosedCircuitSelling. Which essentially is a permission based / warm call / creative - go to market strategy, that feeds into mapped adequate delivery pathways.
I switched to Reply.io after using many other tools on market for our Outbound email campaigns and found it to be super easy and conveniet to use. It has almost every feature that one could ask for and the customer support is great. The AI and automation features make setting up the campaigns so easy & the statistics provided are very helpful.
It could have better integration with more Email service providers

Great UX and such a nice a helping team that solves any query you have! We use it every day for mailings and it's also super easy to implement and integrate with other tools.
A bit tricky sometimes with setting it up without gmail.

Helps to actively generate leads. The most affordable way
Part of my role is to communicate with clients and with prospective customers and partners. Reply is helpful in curating and delivering messages on a large scale. Not only that, I utilize their tools and templates to personalize effective emails on a daily basis. I really appreciate being to able to track delivery rates and responses, and to tailor future content appropriately. Reply's reporting helps me make informed decisions.
I'm still learning about crafting more positive emails and keeping the reading level moderate. Some of my work involves technical communication, and that can be harder to translate into lay terms. The more I use Reply, the better I get at improving readability in my email sequesnces.
Reply saves me a lot of time by helping me send thousands of emails per week. I am able to customize them and improve readability and deliverabilty with each campaign. I get great insights into each sequence and feedback on what I can do to improve. I desire a call-to-action from my audience and using the template grader helps me write informative and engaging emails.
They add more tools each year to improve marketing efforts. We don't have to go looking for another provider to obtain what we need. I use it everyday and it is so easy to use. I love that Reply's AI can understand what my prospects replied and categorizes messages. It makes work life easier. Regarding customer support, I appreciate it only takes a few minutes for them to assist you personally. They go beyond what you asked, and try to solve the issue in the most efficient and easier way for you.
There are still some gliched that they are working on, but if you sent a note, the tech team tries to fix them fast.
Adding more email addresses to one sequence after having activated the campaign. I was not clear on Reply's article that after you have activated the campaign, you must manually select recipients and assign them to each email address so that they go out. Reply did that for me after our interaction by chat.
I've used other 3 email automation tools in the past and Reply has by far the easiest layout for the end user like me. I use it heavily btw, at least 2-3 hours a day, everyday and I love it. It's not only the tool itself that is good but they help with templates, best practices, tips, warm up tools, email health - they're really experts in the world of getting your email to your prospect's inbox, in the end of the day, that's what matters. And I've been having the most success with Reply if compared to other tools, in the last 3 years.
I loved the new "triggers" functionality but it needs some enhancements and new funcionalities for non-Linkedin users. There are things I want to automate, for example something simple as someone who finishes a sequence but did not respond can be triggered to a new sequence, I can move people who finishes sequences, but can't specify if they're finished because they replied or bounced or etc.. Needs to fix that. Other than that all good.
Reply helps us solve the consistency-problem in lead generation. Although there is not an exact science in sales and marketing, Reply help us have a predictability in results AND, most importantly, test what works and what doesn't in the markets we work with. The A/B testing and analysis we get is awesome.
I am brand new to Reply, and needed some assistance as I am also new to email marketing.
