Reply.IO platform is user friendly and it's incredibly easy to start a conversation with Reply.IO support to get the help you need via the chat feature.
No phone support and sometimes requested features do not exist on the platform, but Reply.IO does what they can to take feedback/requests into consideration.
Our organization has been able to scale our cold emailing outreach with Reply.IO. I reviewed other CRMs and email applications, but there were too many strings attached and charged much more than Reply.IO. Reply is focused on its core product while providing excellent support to its users.
I do like the settings' simplicity and performance. Ideal tool for outreaching.
Technologies behind the user interface are a little bit outdated, which is why sometimes I had issues with screen updates.
E-mails outreach automation for sales. I send ~2000 e-mails per month and get leads from there. Also, I connected Reply to Zapier to automate some processes in CRM and minimize routine work.
Extremely easy to use and you are ready to start your sequences very quickly. Easy management (import and enrichment) of leads.
Probably will hit some not-so-good features once I use all features. Yet to try everything.
Automation of outbound. Easily able to scale.
The automation of the product from the start. I am able to just worry about my meetings with clients as opposed to trying to reach out constantly.
Complicated integration for smaller businesses who may have 1-2 IT guys.
Consistent customer contact is important in our business, as it is the heart of our business. Being able to send automated "reach-outs" to long-standing clients has turned into happy long-standing clients.
I like best their UI/UX because it's designed well and it really makes the process more simpler to navigate given that the workflows can get complex.
Sometimes the campaigns are suspended when there are too many invalid emails, which has caused us some delays and confusion.
It's helping us build leads from lists of cold emails. We mostly use it for lead generation and it's been efficient so far.
Amazing UI, high response rates. Much better than the software we previously used.
We're loving Reply so far. Nothing negative to report yet.
Top of funnel prospecting.
Intuitive platform and superior customer support!
There are some features and functionalities that are a bit difficult to find.
It helps me generate new business opportunities
I like the simplicity of the layout. The tabs make it easy to understand where things are and for efficient workflows. Some SEPs can make it difficult to navigate and hide things in random places but Reply makes it easy. I also appreciate how the support team is always available within minutes of submitting a question. Operating in a small/medium sized business - this is definitely a great option!
The manual email step could be improved upon. However, there is a work around with setting everything to Auto and you can personalize/edit individually in the preview option if needed.
It solves the problem of outbound lead generation campaigns. It benefits me with ease of functionality for creating campaigns to put prospects through and get desired results/data.
I feel that the email verification and then ease with which I can deposit those emails into different sequences is the best part about Reply. It makes the workflow 10X as efficient and useful to me.
The only real downside to reply is that it has a slight learning curve, but that curve is aided by the 24/7 customer support chat that has answered countless questions from me in less than 5 minutes. They're the best.
Reply has improved my cold outreach open rates from around 34% open rates before using Reply to now an average open rate of 91% of my first outreach email. The improvement in deliverability is the best problem solve that I've experienced.
Reply.io has been the best solution we've found as we started getting our sales off the ground, for a few reasons: - their customer service is impeccable - if you have any questions on the product, there is a built in chat function where you can message an associate who will reply basically immediately. I've received help on weekends, nights, especially since I didn't expect to! - their cost-friendly model; especially for new enterprises just starting off. By far, Reply.io is the cheapest automated email solution, by far - rich integrations: Reply.io does integrate with common touch points such as Hubspot, Gmaill - proactive thinking ahead, so I don't have to: for instance, the email warm-up feature is great - I click a button and effectively never have to think about spam filtering ever again Overall, their ease of use and product direction to market toward companies of all sizes, with exceptional customer support has been instrumental for our sales process.
While their integrations are great, there isn't complete coverage. For instance, I'd love to be able to export contacts found in Crunchbase directly to Reply.io. Some of the send logic is not completely clear. For instance, you can set email schedules as well as follow-up emails. Given the following configuration: - Schedule: send emails only on Tuesdays - Follow-up emails: 2 days after I would have expected the follow up email to send on Thursday (e.g. it should override the schedule), but it didn't. However, their customer support made up for this as they were able to quickly and immediately resolve this for me in-chat.
Reply.io helps solve automated email sends, so I can connect with my customers without having to wake up. It helps manage and create email workflows for me so I don't have to.
You don't have to be a rocket scientist. The ease of setting up and using the platform is impressive
Overall...my experience has been positive. Good support too.
New business development and reaching new clients

Automating campaigns based on engagement
I have been using Reply for over 7 years now and have seen the constant progression of their software. They've added many new helpful features but what has been the biggest surprise is though the software has added many more features, the UI and UX have continued to impress and it's one of the most functional and easy to use tools.
If any, I would like to see more integrations that allow for auto sending (like LinkedIn messaging or whatsapp)
Reply has allowed my Sales team to target our B2B market at scale and their built-in email verification tool is vital when we send in scale.
Reply allows our large agency to easily manage, monitor, and edit campaigns and create lists of prospects. Their LinkedIn email finder is top-notch as well.
No downside at the moment, they've got great features rolling out (I am a beta member).
Reply helps us connect with the right prospects by email outreach.
What I like most is the simple and clear design of the user interface. I found my way around very quickly after a few days and the understandable explanatory videos from the Academy. Now I regularly get good results, i.e. appointments :). I am thrilled and look forward to the upcoming features.
I think it's good that reply is moving further in the direction of a CRM system. At least that's how it looks to me. And that is exactly what is not yet mature at the moment. Maybe there will be sales pipelines soon :).
Reply is my virtual assistant that reliably and punctually runs through the pre-set sequence. This makes my cold email campaigns much easier. This has reduced my work time on email campaigns by about 70% per week.
The best thing about Reply is how automatable it is. You just create a sequence of emails, put someone in the sequence, and it sends them your initial email + followups automatically. This is a huge improvement on doing things manually. Let me break it down. If you're cold-emailing 10 people a day, and following them up every 2 days, that means: day 1: 10 emails day 2: 10 emails Day 3: 10 emails + 10 followups from day 1 (20 total) day 4: 10 emails + 10 followups from day 2 (20 total) Day 5: 10 emails + 10 followups from day 3+ 10 2nd followups from day 1 (30 total) It gets out of control! And that's for just 10 emails, which really isn't a lot. Reply lets you just send that first email, then automate the followups. Too easy.
Reply is just not a CRM, which is fine really - but it does mean that it's hard to keep track of who's received which sequence, and when. This just meant that I needed to track this in an external tool.
Scaling cold email! Cold email is an important lead generation strategy for me - but doing it manually is extremely time consuming, to the point of not being worth it. Reply lets me have it both ways.
Powerful sales tool with a very simple and intuitive UX. A must-have tool for every sales team and every entrepreneur/startup.
The Google Chrome integration is very buggy.
Automate sales process.
Reply.io is extremely user-friendly and easy to use. Setting up outreach campaigns is easy. With their great reports and analytics sales and marketing teams can adjust their messaging and content to generate engagement. I've tried many different platforms: Hubspot, Outreach.io, Sales Loft and hands down Reply.io has the best tools and is no doubt, the best value.
Hoping more native integrations are coming as there is an explosion of different CRM systems on the market. I've used Reply.io with Hubspot and Outlook. The setup was a little kluny for Outlook and there's no native integration into Hubspot that I can recall.
One great thing is that they are adding LinkedIn touchpoint automation. Now you can add LinkedIn connection requests or InMail messages and automate them in the tool. I don't believe any other vendor is able to do that.
Customer service team is speedy and incredibly helpful, even when the issue/ticket is beyond the scope of their platform. Natalie is the best. Very intuitive platform as well.
I have nothing negative to say! Great product, great service team.
Outbound Email Campaign Management
The ease of use and how the system is able to run smoothly and easily. Love the ability to create separate campaigns with different messaging as wel..
Wish there was a way to purchase emails to then plug into the campaigns.
Automation of email and email follow-up.
Never built a system on O365, but here we are, and I'm pleasantly surprised! Functional platform. Straightforward UX/UI, tight integration with outlook and Hubspot. Easy to get started. Best part about reply has been the people.... Meshelle (sales), Ollie, Alexey and Natalie (support) are extremely pleasant and fast to respond to tickets, questions, and product direction. I probably would not have decided to sign-up on a 1-year plan had they not been so amazingly helpful and professional. They have a strong culture too.
Annual pricing model, would much prefer month to month.
Persona segmentation, sales automation, sales enablement. I've been live for about 4 days and already have 5+ promising leads in just one of our venture companies. Their deliverability AI is also really cool, but take it for like 90% credibility.
The user experience is good, the integrations work well. Price is fair.
Not many features for agencies yet. Not enough data on first and second emails sent.
Sending emails to people from multiple accounts.
Exhaustive interface, data analytics the ability to structure the campaign how you want it.
The missing ability to create people search filters for all of the accounts and not just one.
Reply is automating many steps in the cold email outreach, without it, we would have to spend hours and hours every day.
- Their team is very open to customer feedback and tries to improve the platform quickly. Customer support is quick; - The platform is user-friendly. It will not take much time for new users to get used to it. Generally, the platform easily integrates into work processes; - The robust admin functionality provides notable freedom to administrators, distinguishing it from some competitors; - I like their analytics. It shows pretty much everything I want to analyze; - The Reply extension proves highly useful, surpassing similar offerings from competitors..
Optimization. It lags sometimes, but nothing critical.
- Email automation with personalization; - Multichannel prospecting; - Analytics; - SDR team performance management; - AB test prospecting ideas. - Email search.
Perfect usability for salespeople. Easy-to-understand interface and functionality that is very quickly explainable to the newcomers and juniors. Client support and success teams are THE MOST RESPONSIVE YOU MAY EVER IMAGINE - they are just the best. It's perfectly integrated with Hubspot and Salesforce. The pricing policy is really flexible - they aren't yet a market leader who pushes all the users to pay and don't give a hack abut the churn and satisfaction of their clients - they CARE. If you're stupid enough like I am for instance, and you've missed a month of service that you've paid for - if you getly ask, they will be that gentle and super client-oriented and will give you a month more to try... or if you aren't used to work with software solutions like this - their success team will gently TEACH you how to use their stuff:) Just to avoid you to churn, lol.
Sometimes (I have no idea why) the front-end IS SO VERY SLOW. The absence of the ability to add several emails to one person (the main identifier is the email, so if someone has 3-5-20 emails - the person gets multiplied accordingly)
All outbound activities of my company companies that I partner with as a consultant are covered by Reply.io
Simple to get going, decent templates if you are new to sequences of emails, good support for multichannel (automated LinkedIn in beta), integration via Zapier into Hubspot, excellent support + they are a Ukrainian company :)
I'd like a better integration with Hubspot but I don't think HS will allow it as it is competitive to their Sales professional package (£450 a month!).
Managing outreach with limited time while bootstrapping a startup, it's invaluable for refining our PMF while building pipeline. I've used a few tools like this and it is the best so far.
I've tried all of the email outreach platforms and Reply has the best interface, incredible support, and all of the features (and more) that I could possibly need. I used Reply successfully on many campaigns and highly recommend the platform. It integrated perfectly into my CRM and connected with Zapier which was wonderful.
Navigating to find some settings is a bit confusing at times, just because there are so many options. But since they are things you only change in the beginning or on occasion, it's not a major issue.
I'm a solo consultant and used Reply for email outreach (prospecting, partnerships, etc.) to generate leads, opportunities, and partnerships. It's been extremely valuable and has helped me generate numerous opportunities with very little effort.
Reply.io has been easy to use, reducing the learning curve substantially. But the real star of the application is its Support team. Always responsive, always accurate, and always friendly. Not only do they reply (no pun intended) within the chat window, they follow up almost immediately with a summary email so the response is well documented. Highly recommend!
The only thing I would recommend at this point in my experience is adding an email builder with "objects" and enhanced graphics.
We are currently using Reply.io for cold email delivery to gain opt-ins for our campaigns. The ability to throttle email sending, validate emails, and build sophisticated sequences easily has been very helpful.
Above all the functionality the software has to offer, I'm most impressed by their customer service team. I talk to their CX team 3-4 times a week, know them all by name, have relationships with them all, and they've been incredibly helpful. This is not a "plug and play" back and forth response that we're used to seeing. It's a conversation with real people that dive into your account and help you optimize. It's been a treat to work with them and their developers to remedy any problems that may come up, or a simple touchpoint just to double-check that our settings or sequences are set up properly. Regarding the actual software, it's the most robust outreach software I've used, and I'm obsessed with the sales software. Blows Lemlist, HubSpot sequences, Outreach.io, and everyone else out of the water. The level of granularity you're offering to ticker with is insane. From the settings, to the sequences, to the cadences. It's just incredible. You have the freedom to experiment and curate a wonderful experience for your prospects, and the possibilities truly seem limitless. Best feature: You can manage multiple email addresses under one account. You can even add them directly into sequences. The days of logging in and out per email address and multiple duplications of sequences are long gone.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the turnaround time when fixing a bug (from the developers). They always get it done, it just takes some time to do it.
-Intelligent sending -Robust integrations -AI Text Assistant for Sequences -Setting the proper Cadence -Multiple A/B testing -Multiple Sequences -Rules/Workflows for automation Makes cold emailing a breeze, and makes it feel HUMAN for the receiver.
