What do you like best about Reply?

*the embedded help with creating/drafting emails for your sequence is fantastic *the data tracking and information to see the impact of your sequence reachouts is great *love that reply.io integrates with the CRM that we use

What do you dislike about Reply?

*I have noticed that some of the data tracking is inaccurate regarding meetings booked. I am still fairly new to using reply.io, so it very well could be a user error. *I do wish that the site and data would update in live time without me having to refresh the page

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's allowing me to reach out to customers in a systematic, efficient way, and track the rate of success from the email reachout

Sadly, but sometimes Reply can't find prospect's emails.

1. Searching emails 2. Great automatization of emails 3. LinkedIn automatization - really helpful 4. simple and understanding settings 5. the possibility of adding personalization directly to message specific person (in preview) 6. Great analytics tool Very easy to implement and convenient for daily use.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Sometimes you need to re-open Reply extension several times to add the person to Reply.io.

Reply has a user-friendly interface and is convenient for leveraging email/LinkedIn campaigns. I use it every day, so it's crucial for me to have the ability to quickly modify sequence structures or people lists without unnecessary complications. In this regard, Reply meets my needs. Implementation and integration processes are relatively quick and simple. In terms of customer support, the communication is both fast and polite, making it a positive aspect.

Sometimes difficulties can occur with email search or its validation, but it's not that critical.

What do you like best about Reply?

it's very well integrated into other tools and really helps us automate our outreach email campaigns. it's very easy to use and the implementation also went very well. We didn't need the customer support yet but we use it basically every day.

What do you dislike about Reply?

I think it would be nice if you could integrate multiple email and linkedin accounts in one account and wouldn't have to login to multiple users for that

We use it as our outbound email tool so it helps to reach out to potential customers and follow up with them.

What do you like best about Reply?

The sequences are so helpful for work, you don't have to worry with follow-ups and email marketing to be sent manually. They also offer template sequences for marketing strategy and the integrated AI is very useful. I really like the measurer of chances to get a response, probably the feature I use the most, and having multi channel options makes the sequences even more effective. I want to highlight the efficiency of the customer support team. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, always responded promptly and answered all my team's questions.

What do you dislike about Reply?

It should be a little bit easier to handle contacts; to edit them, search, move to lists/sequences and using the custom fields. Also, as email is mandatory for the contacts, there's people that I don't have the email, only phone number or LinkedIn and I still want to add them.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reply has significantly streamlined our email marketing. It eliminates the need to send emails one by one, speeding up our outreach. Additionally, its lead organization feature ensures efficient tracking and management of interactions, enhancing our campaign effectiveness.

What do you like best about Reply?

It is super nimble and easy to use for a email drip campaign tool. I can also work cross organization with my colleageus. The customer service especially from people like Anastasiia is the best I've ever seen with real time support.

What do you dislike about Reply?

Sometimes there are minor glitches, but it is amazing otherwise.

They help me reach out to my inbound leads in a more targeted, automated fashion.
