"Useful service for any business"
What do you like best about Reply?

Reply.io got great solutions for lead generation; I like everything about emailing, LinkedIn automation, etc. First of all, I was looking for a tool to work with LinkedIn leads, but then I started using other Reply's solutions, and I can recommend it.

What do you dislike about Reply?

I cannot say it's what I dislike, but I prefer a more extended free trial period for any service. Nevertheless, this is a good service, and it's worth being tested.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps me automate my work on Linkedin, and it is also handy to use when making email outreach. So it covers mostly all of my marketing needs. Now I know that I don't miss any quality lead.

If I ever have an issue with my reply account or any questions with sequences, the friendly Reply team solves the issue within 10 minutes, every time!

Sometimes we have to login/logout too much.

Pricing is a bit messy. Other than that nothing comes to my mind.

"Reply Makes PR Outreach Easy"
What do you like best about Reply?

I'm not in sales, but I do have a sales-type role (media relations) that requires a lot of personalized outreach. Reply makes it easy to send customized messages to my specific targets without all the copying and pasting typically required for sending out pitches. It saves me a ton of time.

What do you dislike about Reply?

The one thing I wish Reply could do was to have a bit more robust reporting -- but I'm able to easily export the data I need so it's an easy work around.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reply is saving a ton of time and energy to send out customized pitches. I can get more meaningful work done and actually spend the time to do more personalization as needed.

What do you like best about Reply?

I am new to using email automations. Every time I've had an issue running my sequence, the support staff has been wonderful. Ivan in particular was very thorough and patient as we worked through my issues!

There is nothing I dislike. I find this program much easier than Active campaign

What do you like best about Reply?

It's easy to use, pricing is also fair. It's also great to see the statistics on each outreach channel.

What do you dislike about Reply?

There is not much to dislike. It could have the option to log in more than one account on the cheapest plan in my opinion.

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are contacting SMEs for our service. While we get our leads from another platform, Reply helps us automating our cold email sequence.

The email safety service management. The UI and UX as well as the ability to send over LinkedIn.

The tasks page lacks the ability to complete tasks

"The most convenient tool for email outreach"
What do you like best about Reply?

3 months ago we started to use Reply.io for our email outreach and I can say that it's the most convenient tool we've ever used. There are a lot of different functions that do work with email for us easier (A/B testing, letter positivity, templates, and so on). Customer support is always in touch and ready to help.

What do you dislike about Reply?

for the first time, it was difficult to understand how to set-up campaign setting, but after a quick chat with support, everything was clear :)

What problems is Reply solving and how is that benefiting you?

we use Reply for mass-campaign in our company, that helps us bring more clients
