Robly is a very user-friendly and cost-effective marketing tool. It is easy to add and delete email addresses and segment mailing lists. I also appreciate that previous campaigns are saved, allowing for easy duplication and editing.
I've been using Robly for nearly a year and haven't found anything I dislike. Whenever I've had a technical/support issue, I've received a quick response.
We use Robly as a primary marketing tool to reach a wide audience for a very low cost. We try to be mindful of not sending too many e-blasts for fear of spamming our audience, but most seem to appreciate that it is a very convenient way of staying informed through our monthly newsletters.
Robly is easy to use and has an excellent interface. The the tools are easy to use, has good reporting tools and the help/solutions are easy to find in their Knowledge Base. The AI and the OpenGen features are helpful. The support staff is exceptional by email or live chat.
The subscription model does not adjust for the number of subscribers if your list lowers. It will charge you based on your initial import.
We use Robly to share promotions and game updates. Helps us stay in touch with our subscribers.
I like that Robly makes it easy to create email campaigns and see results. Plus, they have great support if you need them.
It could be easier to organize older campaigns and photos.

Being able to truly manage my email correspondence with my subscribers is a must as I am trying to grow my engagement. This tool helps me to see WHO is actually opening my emails and are they actually clicking the videos and links that I am directing them to. Priceless information for me.
Being able to create my own templates is huge for our business. I love being able to control when the emails go out, and not have to wait for a third party.
The dashboard is a little hard to get used to.

Tarif plans are little bit expensive. Other things are pretty nice. Even it's working perfect on chromebooks.
