Robly solves the limits of how many emails can be sent with Outlook. This makes mas email possible.
Personal contact with employees that remember your name is a big deal to me. Also i like the discounts you give out from time to time...

I had been using two of the most "well known" email marketing companies. Open rates have been the best with Robly.

Robly replaced a competitor and we have loved using this marketing tool! It takes no time at all to send out an eblast that is professional and fun! The reports help us know how we are doing. It is very user friendly - anyone with little computer experience could look like a wiz using this program.
they do not approve our return email...they are picky about what email you can use.
Marketing can be so expensive - the newspaper is thousands of dollars! With Robly we can reach out to all of our customers for less than $500 a year!! Other competitors are more expensive and have the same features that Robly offers - they have helped our practice greatly!
I really like that I can put together a nice looking newsletter. It's simple and it is not hard to learn all that robly has to offer.
I don't like that sometimes the picture files (depending on the picture) will sometimes not be uploaded because of size.
We are trying to be better at contacting people and letting them know what's going on in the company. We are doing this through email and social media. Through robly, we have been able to help solve this problem.
We brought a fairly large list of international customer emails and got great help porting it over from Robly staff. We can segment and organize our list in a million different ways, and test out different subject lines, sending times, etc. They seem focused on the needs of small businesses and non-profits who don't have a big marketing budget or consultants, and that's very helpful to us. The available graphics and templates for emails are good, and you can look under the hood at the html if you get frustrated with formatting. As a long time Constant Contact user, I'm really pleased with Robly.
Not much, really. They use a lot of light gray text and graphics (like G2crowd does!) that doesn't offer enough contrast, so I'm always swapping that out for plain, high-vis black text and borders so our emails can be clearly read on any device. That is really critical for us.
Their tools have helped us refine our sending times since we have customers all over the world. The list segmentation tools have worked well and we can reach the groups of customers and potential customers we want with newsletters, sales posts, etc.
Robly is pretty simple to use. The only problem I had was not saving my work enough which only happens a couple times. But I recommend it to other business owners all the time.
The fact that your work is not automatically saved.
I've been able to do a quick campaign or program out to my customers several times now.
The Price! Cheaper than Constant Contact and no annoying follow up sales calls. Plus they are available for help easily.
Metrics are a little simplified, but enough for our purposes.
Got rid of ancient paper newsletters for electronic ones. Also able to share sales and promotions faster than our CMS system can
Lots of templates, easy to use and the price.
There's nothing that I dislike. Even better is the price.
I sent out emails as reminders and I went in and sent them up for the entire year.
