Realmente uma ferramenta que faz o que se propõe e nos auxilia bastante no rastreamento e gestão de atividades e controle de tempo da equipe. Com uma ótima experiência de uso do usuário e um design avançado o runrun.it vem conquistando nosso gosto e nos ajudado bastante a gerir nossa equipe.

Sentimos falta de um relatório mais pronto com informações de percentual de conclusão de atividades e o agrupamento por artefatos de entregas.

Tracking de Atividades

A ferramenta em sí é excelente. Aqui onde trabalho, conseguimos agilizar processos e mensurar, de forma ágil e eficaz, situações que antes eram um pouco intangíveis manualmente falando. É muito bom poder utilizar e melhor ainda é poder trazer um resultado positivo, e evolutivo também, de grande parte das nossas tarefas e projetos.

Acredito que uma das principais causas de "nos perdermos" é quanto às notificações que hora estão ali, hora não. Hoje usamos a ferramenta para nos comunicarmos internamente e isso acaba deixando o e-mail de lado (ou seja as notificações de e-mail são ignoradas). Seria interessante se tivesse algum histórico de notificações, que pudéssemos confirmar se fomos marcados, inseridos em novas tarefas...

O Runrun.it é um ótimo meio de organizar as tarefas da empresa.e acompanhar o desenvolvimento de toda a equipe

a principio é um pouco confuso de entender como funciona (cliente, projeto) mas nada muito alarmante,talvez falte alguns meios melhores e mais editáveis de fazer um acompanhamento de como andam as coisas

The layout and look of the user interface is easy to work with. Everything is laid out in an orderly fashion with bold colors and well-defined sections that make things easy to locate. Using most of the features is simple and intuitive. Most people that I work with that use Runrun.it don't need much time to figure things out. There are wonderful tools that let us input our tasks and create to-do lists so we can attack each priority in an orderly fashion and stay accountable.

There can sometimes be tasks I'm involved with that keep me from being able to post updates regularly, so I'll sometimes get bombarded with notifications that can be annoying. I'll also get stressed out that people will think I'm lagging for not sending updates.

Overall, Runrun.it has helped to have constant access to information and resources regarding tasks and projects in my company. It's been a great way to communicate with each other without having to actually make contact in real time. I've been able to keep a clear picture of what needs to be done and what items should have my attention first.

I really like how easy is to manage a task, adding new attachments or maybe creating a tasklist inside that task, we can even add a follower to it. This, to not mentioning an infinity of dashboards that keep our performance measurable.

Until now I have nothing to complain about the platform.

The fact that we can estimate the date of the end of a project, with a deadly precision. Thus, Besides that, we can measure the time expended of each developer in each project, really help us a lot.

O controle no sistema é fácil e intuitivo. Além de gerar relatórios macro e específicos de clientes, tarefas ou usuários, posso fazer um controle do andamento da tarefa e salvar infos importantes para a mesma.

Minhas únicas reclamações sobre o sistema são a falta de possibilidade de incluir imagens nos comentários da tarefa e não ter a possibilidade de criar múltiplas sharepages em uma única tarefa.

O que mais gosto no Runrun it é que através dele consigo verificar quanto tempo exato realizo em cada tarefa e, assim, consigo ter uma visão minuciosa de todo processo de criação, planejamento e execução dos meus clientes e, principalmente, qual deles necessito de mais energia.

Talvez, como sugestão, posso citar um dasboard mais simples, apenas com os nossos recursos "favoritos" ou mais utilizados.

The first thing it's the interface, I've used some other apps that can manage many tasks and calculate the time spent, but none of them have an user-friendly interface. In my first day of work I already understand all the basics and one week later I've already get used of everything I need. Beyond that, the interface it's also beautiful and very nice to navigate. The possibility to attach files directly on the feed of the task it's also great and the notifications system it's very customizable.

The only thing that's not that great it's some minor bugs like when changing some task in the priority order and the app freezes and you need to reload your webpage, but it's not that common.

I can manage all the tasks and project I'm into and directly interact with other users; It's very easy to share project files with other users; I can see old projects files; I know how many hours I've spent on that project; I can see the profile of my coworkers to track their progress and their tasks; And many other problems... With it we have a much more organized workflow and we can always know what project/task we need to focus on.

I like the organization that Runrun offers to my business. We increase our efficiency a lot.

Runrun has a very understandable and simple to use interface, we can manage our tasks and team with ease, all while chatting through the plataform. It looks, behaves and feels just like a social media site, ease of use and simplicity are strong points.

Runrun even has a browser extension you can use to manage projects and start, stop and deliver tasks. That way you don't even need Runrun running or a browser tab open to work on your projects. The only problem I have is that the task's description won't show on the extension, forcing me to open the site and check manually. Other than that, a great plataform for working.

Runrun provides an easy to use experience when dealing with multiple tasks, big teams and what they should be doing. We can organize and distribute the workflow in a way that our managers can check and everything is recorded for later evaluation. It speeds up the boring part of telling each employee what they should be doing and when.

The new multiple task allocates feature. Really useful and great in making group work estimatives and time analysis in a simple way. The user interface is easy to learn (although I think some options should be more visible) and their team seems very commited in improving the application

With the default configuration, the amount of email that the application sends is overwhelming and kind of unnecessary. I just think it should be disabled by default in many of the default action cases. The only bug I found was a little error message that wasn't being displayed correctly.

The business problems that Runrun.it is solving are mainly about time allocation and cost per project and task. Perceived benefits include: a global view of projects and tasks, total cost per project and task, and ease of decision making about employee performance.

The way to control the time demanded on the tasks in which I am developing is very simple and practical. My team learns how much time it takes to develop the task and how much time has been spent previously to be developed.

There should be a more visible button to adjust the hours worked.

A maneira de controlar o tempo exigido nas tarefas que estou desenvolvendo é muito simples. Todos vêem quanto tempo leva para desenvolver a tarefa e quanto tempo foi gasto anteriormente para ser desenvolvido.

I'm still starting using the plataform so I can't say something about I didn't like.

In this plataform is possible attach files, that's one thing I really like. Above all we can put a explanation about to do's, this help the team with important information and next step's to realize the work. Is a great plataform to organize and include partners to work together in a organized way

I really like the way how it is easy to set up and create tasks. Cloning existent ones, creating new ones and tagging it to help on the reports generation using the API. I like that you can register the hour's costs per team member and you can also have a balance of the costs spent. It is very intuitive and I really like it too. This together with the start/stop logic and the hour management. FANTASTIC! Another thing is the RR-Rating and it's gamification systems that engage the team. Plus it helps us in handling the team goals by giving prizes to the best ones. The API helps on the reports generation and it's very useful and the dashboard customization fits perfect for us.

I would like to be able to edit the description after the effort and the task start. Could be the creator of the task the only one allowed to edit it and in some way to display that change in a highlighted way. Like, display a quote with the edited place. The start logic is fantastic but I would like a better plugin or a more robust way to automatically handle that start/stop using the browser plugin or allowing it on the API to be consumed and incorporated on our internal system.

Daily and monthly reports. One of our incomes is by selling ours and with RunRunIt we can do it with more confidence and precision. We can plan better and control the projects better with a really good view from the dashboard.

Functionalities are great, the support guys are very attentive

A ideia principal da ferramente é a organização. Através do Run Run It eu consigo listar todas as tarefas que preciso fazer no dia a dia, de acordo com prioridade de cada uma, e tempo que que devo trabalhar nelas.

Ás vezes não tenho tempo de parar para criar a tarefa e dar play no Run Run It, mas o bom é que sempre posso ajustar as horas trabalhadas. Não tenho outras reclamações.

What i like more in RUN RUN is the easy way we can organize what i need to do, and check waht my priority is at the moment.

I think RUN RUN need more integration with outlook for example, for when i schedule e meeting RUN RUN identify this and put my busy at that date.

We have a lot of priority problems tha was solved (at least a big part of that) only use RUN RUN to check what i need to do next, that optmize my task and now i can see foward on my work.

You can manage your team processes and have project control for each client. It is ideal for communication agencies.

Notifications desapear shortly after viewing. If you have 7 notifications and click on the first one, the other 6 will not be there.

With Runrun you can price the cost of each project and identify where your employees are investing their work time.

The type of engagement wonderful that it does, its easy to learn, easy to control, simple to manipulate. The play/puse button, the tasks, the organization, THE SUPPORT, and other details. The RR-Rating is very wonderful, The tasks, the time control, the organization of the tasks on the calendar.

Some inequalities with the RR-Rating, with the time and with the work charge, sometimes the quantity of the tasks delivery doesn't define the effort of the employees but the time. Another issue is the time control with the tasks, that can be better to edit the wrong insetion times that you forget in the play/pause button, now a days don't have something to see the times before 7 days and its hard to change it, do we need to print a Report and adit task peer task to get the expected result of the control time.

Principally the ociousity, with RunRun it, the business increase a lot because unallocated employees was with no working, and with the application, the employees get the tasks and aren't more ocious. The tasks, with this do we have all the documentation and historic of the projects, doing everything faster and documented. The process, with the RunRun.it app do we have a new process to the business, doing the time control better, controling the production of each employee and doing the better to improve the results of our deliveries.

I've been searching for a good project management tool for a while now and after trying Runrun.it, I was just sure that I've found what I was looking for! Runrun.it has a perfect fit for my business model. I have access to reports that help me to improve my productivity, adjust my pricing, evaluate my clients and much more!

The Plan scheme: I'd like to have more flexible options to add news users one by one.

Runrun.it is helping me to: a) improve my productivity, b) evaluate my clients, c) measure in a more accurate way my work hours per client, d) adjust my pricing and e) reward my best employees for their performance.

- It's easy to use, you don't need to have a deep knowlege about project management to be able to use it. - You dont need a full customization of the platform, you can be up and running in no time. - If you really need to cutomize something, it is based on an open source platform. - There is an API. - Lots of integrations, I particulary liked the Gmail and Google Sheets integrations. - It is easy to talk with real people if you need it - There is lots of courses if you want to go deep in the platform - It's cheap

- There are some usability issues that affect the overall experience, like the fact that you can only have one person per task. - You can't change task descriptions after setting up the due time... it seems a bit random, and i'm yet strugling with how I will deal with it. - The organization of Clients and Projects is inflexible, and may not me the ideal for diferent business

- I'm still discovering it! - But we were going crazy strugling with diferent softwares... Runrun.it made us more productive professionals. - We have all the tasks and projects in one place now, what is great! - For the first time all the team is adopting a platform (actualy it happened too with google for business)

When creating task rules, there is a rule lock that often makes the process unfeasible...
