The Sage products are easy to navigate, easy to train on and if you are having troubles, the team at Sage are always at hand to help. Doesn't always integrates with other software.

Sage allows me to access client's data and quickly edit transactions so that the client doesn't continue to make the same error. I can pick up on it quickly and share this with my client.

Work for International NGO in a multi-currency environment. This package is a dream to work with all the different countries and currencies we operate. Grant/Contract tracking is simple and easy. Reporting features allow the flexibility to respond to various needs.

Have not found anything I don't like, well maybe expensive for a non-profit but in the end the cost outways the benefits. I appreciate the product road adding new features.

The sync of the bank feeds is sometimes slow. It can be frustrating but nothing else that I can think off.

We are an Accounting Firm, and we do Booking and accounting services for our clients. Sage has not disappointed; we have our clients' bank accounts linked to Sage and can trace movement, invoices are all through the Sage, at the end, I can pull out all necessary Financial Reports. Our information is backed up on the cloud and easily accessible. It's pretty cheap too.

Sage is complex, and you can never up and run, training is needed, and the support staff is great, and lots of learning material is available. Most people that use this system have little knowledge in accounting hense if the software would be a little simple to use.

I have managed to work on more that 20 clients books in less that 3 hours. Unlike traditional accounting, with cloud accounting you get to have more time to look at other areas of the business

I see the payment updates, Age of Receivables per account view, able to downloas in EXCEL file which is very helpful in balancing my data entries with the souce document. I regulary enter a transactions for medical billing and I can balance this right away after all records were entered.

I do not know about the downside of Sage financials since I'm a new user and still learning on how to navigate. I wish I have the formal education on how to use Sage Accounting System.

The benefits are easy to balance, able to review accounts receivable payments, and Aging. So, I know everything that I entered are all correct. But since I am a new user I need formal training in order to be an expert using Sage financial software.

this system has been very helpful in enabling my departments to easily track all our financial operations. It works great for small and medium businesses and can grow as a company. By being in the browser this eliminates the need to set up a separate server to host all the accounting, CRM and finance we need, which is a great advantage. Customer service can be easily achieved and data is always more useful.

Payroll reports can be confusing, but I'm still getting to know the program, not a problem that will spoil the usage experience.

The best part of sage cloud is the automatic sync we get with the multiple bank and credit card accounts which eliminates a lot of manual reconciliation and all the key financial activities are automatically tracked. Time flows can also be tracked easily and billable hours are generated with just a few clicks. Best thing about Sage Cloud by far was the invoicing module. Pending and sent invoices can easily be tracked and customers have an option to pay from within the invoice.

Sage cloud is a great tool aimed at cloud accounting and the whole purpose of the application is to make it accessible from anywhere. I did encounter connectivity issues a few times and I think this is one area which needed improving.

Sage cloud has a great reporting system with a customizable format that helped a great deal.

You won't find this in Quickbooks, Freshbooks, Xero, Sage 50 or any other entry-level system. What's unique about Sage Live is that they've priced it to be affordable for most companies - starts at $120/month for 2 users and 1 company. 2 users and 100 companies is only $275/month. That is ridiculously less expensive than the other enterprise level systems out there. You can certainly use Sage Live as a small business, but the nice thing is that as you grow you can stay on the same system and not feel the need to change. If you are a mid-sized or large company, you owe it to yourself to take a look at Live before you make a decision on spending lots more money for perhaps the same thing.

It has only been around for 3 years, so it's not as fully developed as some more mature offerings out there. They are adding new stuff all the time but you might find some features missing that you are used to.

I like that customers can't force things like they can with QuickBooks. If the recording doesn't fit, you need to fix the problem. Additionally, there are additional insightful measurements and a categorical data set chart, so users cannot create their own data sets.

Advertising requires a lot of work. There are countless parameters in this product that cannot be reported. There are also many problems and errors in all aspects.

Only 2 users so you can't run the system the entire day if you have more people that have to enter data. Adding users and more companies are pricy. The stock module is also not up to standard when a cost price change you cant set the price to the last cost. It calculates the average price and your margin is wrong.

Does everything I want from an accounting system. Calculates my VAT that was always a problem before I used Sage Cloud Accounting. My statements to customers are now on time.

Sage has in the cloud software for all accounting needs. Sage has reports, dashboards, multi entity capabilities and is customizable. If you are frustrated by QuickBooks, Sage Intacct is your next best bet. It has more customizable features than quickbooks, and has a great import feature that allows data to be imported from excel into the system.

The Sage Intacct community/user forums are not as robust as I would like. QuickBooks has excellent user forums and you can easily google quickbooks questions and get answers. With Sage you may need to pay for customer support for certain things since you may not be able to find the answer online.

It solves clunky desktop accounting software that needs to be updated, and has many limitation. This allows multi user access, multi entity and reports that can share and report on those entities as well.
