Domain verification is what we are working on today. We worked together online in a Chat and when we hit a stopping point we escalated the request. Perfect.
Gets your website setup without having to learn cPanel. Some more technical people may like having cPanel, but I don't miss it. Speeds are much better than the 2 previous hosting companies I used. Free and easy to set up SSL.
The initial promotional price is great, but the renewal can be expensive. If you have low site traffic and don't need much, then there may be cheaper options. But if you want reliability and speed for your website because it's for your small business, then I would go with Siteground versus the cheaper options.
My website with the previous hosting company would constantly slow down or crash because of high traffic or too many processes. I've had zero problems so far with Siteground.

Support. Simply the best. Although the systems don't generally need support because they're well managed and easy to deploy. But when support is needed, the team always goes above and beyond.
They've made far too many changes to their platform and infrastructure over the past couple of years, not allowing one to settle into a forget-it mode. Even if most changes didn't require intervention.
Reliable hosting for all client websites. Ensures we can offer reliability and security to our customers.
I don't think it will ever matter how many new websites I transfer or build, something new always comes up that gives me a heart attack but sitegrounds customer service always has my back. Thank you for the support and for being amazing!!

Great service helping manage my client's websites.
SiteGround has taken WordPress hosting to an entirely new level. Everything is done through a very easy-to-use and understand user interface. You don't have to know anything about WordPress to seem like a professional. Their customer support is even better. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. When they explain things, they provide screenshots and very clear step-by-step instructions so it's very easy to follow and understand. The user interface is very nice and user-friendly.
I haven't come across anything yet. The site and customer support have far exceeded my expectations.
They are making support for my website very easy. Because of the user interface, I can do all that I need with little effort. This means I don't need any additional support to maintain my site.
Definitely the support, the technicians are incredibly knowledgable and wait times are usually very low. Hosting has always been very stable and reliable.

Denitsa helped to set straight the workflow: what to do and when. I got much more help than I originally anticipated. I know exactly what to do, it is now simple & straightforward. It could be totally otherwise. Do appreciate your help, and also advising regarding Elementor and the domain provider. I am also getting the conversation to my email so that I can follow the instructions there. You exceeded my expectations far higher.
I cannot say anything about that. Everything is working well, and when it is not, the most realistic reason for that is that I am a business, not an it person, and do not always know the right way to do things. However, I have always got help from you to fix it. One thing I wish: permanent ssl certification, and I hope that your free cdn makes things fast enough.
Many problems: my wrong setups of security measures (this is why I contacted today in order to avoid it), SiteGround also througly checked up problems with appearance when the content disappeared & forwarded me to the correct site to fix it, and now this. There is probably more that I just don't remember now.
