I love that it was easy software to learn, set up and use. It saves time and money! I used a company to do this for me, and I don't regret doing it myself! I love it!
I had a little difficulty connecting with social media platforms that I was not familiar with like Instagram. But I was able to figure it out.
Doing my own social media and saving $600 per month. It doesn't take that long and I can really personalize my marketing. Our branding looks more like us know rather than having a company do it.
The ability to not only schedule social posts, but to have them be automoatically re-queued for evergreen content, randomized, and sent on different days/times has been a game-changer. I work in marketing and we use it for our clients, where I've been so impressed that I started using it for my persoal podcast.
Their schedule setup only allows for a one-week rotation. It would be nice to share posts from categories every third Thursday or second Tuesday, instead of every week.
Posting evergreen content is keeping our clients' audiences engaged with the brand, on a schedule we set. The nisights and analytics are helpful for determining optimal times to post. It's really a win-win all around.
Being able to set up recurring posts that simply fall into a queue that continually resets. I was able to set up Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Friday posts for an entire year in one day. My Tuesday posts have enough posts to last the rest of the year without repeating, and as I continue to add posts, they will provide plenty for next year before one repeats. The others also have repeating posts that vary due to my schedule, so I can simply duplicate them as needed. Thanks for developing this software! You've changed me from an inconsistent poster to one who is consistently producing content and repurposing it on different platforms with ease.
There's a bit of a learning curve on getting posts from the content category to actually post.

I would like to be able to search for posts rather than have to scroll through them
I'm a blogger and have multiple social media channels and loads of content that goes out. I love being able to share to all my channels at the click of a button and to be able to add posts to be reshared over a period of time. It saves me so much time and effort. Their support is also fantastic, if I have any questions they come back to me very quickly to assist.
I like that it allows me to create and post across many platforms including LinkedIn (so many tools don't have this capability) AND Instagram, amongst many others. I love that Canva is integrated directly into the tool.
There is an Artificial Intelligence capability within SocialBee. Some may love this feature. I find this feature makes it more challenging for people to come across as true thought leaders if they choose to use AI features instead of their own brain power.
Helps me have one place to plan and manage social media content a month at a time across several platforms. The support I received from the SocialBee team when I was getting started was excellent - very timely and super helpful. I also enjoyed leveraging the live tutorials they offer alongside watching replays on their YouTube channel. They are very customer-oriented and want to help their customers be successful.
The team are fantastically helpful behind the scenes. New product updates all the time, and if something is broken, it gets fixed quick. Amazing features for the price, and absolutely brilliant ideas for where it should go next.
Now and again, some stuff doesn't work the way it should. You tell the team, they fix it. Pretty simple.
It helps me manage multiple clients, and all their social profiles, with large volumes of content easily and sensibly. Everywhere I look, they've spent time thinking about how to make life easy for their clients and mine.
I did lots of research before choosing social bee and I am so glad I did! The customer service is outstanding and the functionalities are everything you want to manage social media in a hands off way! I would certainly recommend it!
Perhaps the fact that the price is going up. When I signed up for it, one of the reasons was the price and good value for money and I was a bit taken aback when the price increase was announced
Saving lots of time and helping me plan my social media content in batches so I don't have to be glued to my screen. I am very grateful for this functionality and I have much more free time.
We've found Social Bee's publishing set up to be a work of genius. Our Social Writer learned it in no time, and we're having a great time publishing (and re-publishing) content. The support staff is very helpful and always responsive. We came from Hootsuite, and we love this new way of publishing and the more reasonable price.
We would like to see more robust analytics. This is where our former tool, Hootsuite really shined. We would also like to see engagement expressed in numbers rather than just percentages. Numbers AND percentages! We would also like to see really detailed and printable PDF reports that we can just deliver to clients. Still - we love what the folks at Social Bee have done. We're big fans.
Organizing our different types of content and making use of previously used content.
I like best that SocialBee allows you to create content buckets. I can schedule content to multiple social media accounts. I can customize the content for each platform. It connects to Canva. I can make content evergreen or use it only once. They keep updating what can be done for sharing videos and using AI to help with posts.
It took me a while to get the hang of switching how content is shared to Instagram as a post, or a story or as a reel. It's not the same as creating and sharing content on the Instagram app.
SocialBee helps me plan content to share on my social media platforms. I am more productive with my time because I can add bulk content. I can also repurpose content for different social media platforms with ease. I can also review how my audience engages with me and my content. It brings everything together into one platform with the Canva integration and helps me share videos without having to login to each social media platform.

I like that they have every feature that I didn't know that I even needed! Evergreen posting, integrating link shorteners, and random pre-designed posts are just a few!
One thing that I don't like is always having to utilize the scheduler and change it as timing requirements change. I think a better solution would be something that uses ai to decide when the best times of day/week are and schedule accordingly, based upon engagement and the ever-changing algorithms of the social media companies.
It is preventing me from having to hire someone on staff to continuously update social media pages. Now, all I need to do is figure out topics and I can pre-record/pre-write them in advance. Socialbee takes care of the rest.

SocialBee allows me to focus on what's needed without constantly thinking about what I need to post on my social media channels. If you are looking for a set it and forget it, it'll get the job done, but more importantly, it can be a truly valuable tool when you put real intention into your posts. Building a catalog of helpful content that can be automated allows you to offload the mental labor of what to post next and focus on connecting with your audience in the comments and communities that your crafted posts feed into.
I haven't found anything to dislike as I haven't run into any issues that were the fault of SocialBee itself. As the founder of a business that almost exclusively functions online, SocialBee has been one of the best investments I've made. It can take some time investment to maximize its potential, but it's well worth it.
As an autistic entrepreneur, executive function and burnout are always on my radar. I work best when I feel that there is real value to be added and can pour myself into the work knowing I will reach an outcome that feels like I've actually accomplished my goals and removed excess tasks from my plate. SocialBee does that for me. I cannot count how many times I've recommended SocialBee to other business owners. I have tried a variety of other scheduling platforms, but none have impressed me the way that SocialBee has. Some may look trendy, but they lack the functionality found here. If I could express to you how much I love a well running system you'd understand just how much I appreciate this tool.
The ability to organize your posts and pins into folders and have them repeat or turn off after one or a few posts. This feature and the monthly price made it an easy decision. It's been a great choice. Recommend!
I have hit a few tiny glitches, but they are always resolved quickly, and the developers are always improving the product. I would like to have the ability to add videos to my Pinterest pins.

I love that you can just keep adding random posts to the different categories and Social Bee will post them for you.
The only thing I find a little frustrating is that you can't turn a post off for a particular day.
As I can post the Facebook, instagram and pinterest all at the same time, it saves me time. I also love the ability to have # at my fingertips.
Socialbee is so easy to use with the Chrome extension. I can add a post as soon as I publish and select the correct social channel.
