Spocket has great products with different categories for all dropshippers.

So far great experience, great products with different choices from US and Europe.

I just joined Spocket, amazed to see different categories of products with quick delivery.

That is free shipping and it can help me in long run. Plus their products is truly good quality

I have yet to use spocket

So far, I'm very impressed with Spocket's products, fast shipping and easy-to-use platform. Spocket makes drop shipping easy and has saved me tons of time. Also very friendly support staff. I've only been dropshipping for about a year now, but I've already been very successful with two of my stores and I'm planning to open a third store right away.

So far, so good! I am always looking for new products, so I hope that Spocket can continue to add products that will sell well on my store. Perhaps even a feature that allows me to see the push count on various products.

Spocket allows me to source North American and European products, and automates all of my orders for me.

The most helpful feature of Spocket has to be their customer service. I'm able to speak with an actual human and get help when I need it, they're quick to response, too. #1 upside of Spocket is being able to source US products! It makes a huge difference when it comes to marketing the products and having them delivered way faster than from China.

I hope they get more electronics soon. It would be nice to try headphones and speakers.

Spocket has provided US products and the benefit is my customers are happy and I'm able to market the products as US made which is huge for my demographic.

Great alternative to Aliexpress. Very easy to work with and integrates with Shopify. I highly recommend.

finding more suppliers

The ability to import from multiple stores, and have faster shipping.

The pricing, I believe it's a bit expensive.

I need to be able to import from Alibaba and Aliexpress while being able to brand with both. I haven't been able to find an app that works with both, and also allows branding, which is extremely important.

The products seem to be good quality. Customer service is good.

Some of the best products are only available with premium account.

Getting products that ship from USA.

The products are nice and with suggest retail prices, very simple and easy, seems fair as well.

The free plan is gone, and free trial is only 14 days. Would be good to allow longer free trial, especially for those are just starting out to build the ecommerce site. Can also create a better integration with Shopify as well.

Like: Easy to locate suppliers in the US, save time! The products are of high quality, with great customer reviews. Dislike: Have to select a plan before can try out how it works.

I like how it shows the delivery estimate time and where the suppliers are from. I like how they tell us the details of the product and the material; of the product. Also having the ability to categorize products and prices that can help me die down what I want to have in my store.

I dislike how they have a lot of premium packages that are higher than other drop shippers. It could do better with communication. With my business, I like to up top date with the shipment and the delivery. Instead of waiting and asking the seller. I they improve that that would be great.

Finding bath and beauty products from spocket. That doesn't deliver to the US but can do international at an affordable price.

I like that Spocket is scalable. They offer various plans based on your business' size. You can start for free and subscribe to bigger plans as you your business grows. Another thing I like -their best feature- is that they cover thousands of reliable suppliers across US and EU as opposed to Oberla (which is also a great app mostly focused on suppliers from Asia.) I'm also amazed that their product base covers print on demand goods too.

I can't sell products on Amazon, Etsy and eBay with Spocket. Another con: their suppliers' shipping fees don't include Tax and Customs. That one's not a big bummer but: You Can't Directly Contact Spocket Suppliers.

Thanks to Spocket, I got connected with a large base of suppliers from US and EU. It also helped me automate order fulfilment with a breeze.

The automation process is the best thing about Spocket.

Not much I can say about dislikes, but the product selection could vary more.

Ease of use, supplier locations, quality suppliers, growing product list.

I wish there was more of a selection for eco-friendly products, and that some all of the really good ones weren't for the highest membership tier. Leave some crumbs for the little guys starting out so they can and want to invest in the full membership. To be able to sell some of those desired products or the option to have 2-3 so we can fully realize the benefit, both with use in the system, increased quality and sales would help drive those memberships without much loss to your suppliers or your bottom line.

Huge benefit so far in working with more local suppliers. Better shipping times, quality interactions with suppliers. (The validation input below for "At which organization did you most recently use Spocket? " needs to be worded differently, of have and info bubble to help. I am probably not going to be answering it correctly)
