I like the variety of this app has a lot of different thing that I can dropshipp to my customers. It is also very easy for me to use! I would recommend!
What I dislike the most is the lot of different thing that I can dropshipp to my customers. It is also very easy for me to use! I would recommend!
Increased my sales! I have so many now.
The process is seem-less. The available products are of high standard and importing to my store is a breeze.
Spocket needs accessible tutorial videos
Shipping is fast and with no shipping fees the profit margin is great
Spocket gives you access to many US suppliers, ships products faster. It is also very easy to find great products for every niche.
Most suppliers do not have videos for their products. But my overall experience with Spocket has been great.
Fast shipping with local suppliers.
The most important features in a dropshipping platform for me are warehouse locations, shipping times, product quality, a simple and streamlined user experience and of course, quality customer service. Spocket delivers on all of these and more. Using this platform and interacting with the team behind it, has been a very enjoyable experience that I have not found from any other dropshipping platform.
It's hard to think of a downside to Spocket but if I have to get really picky I'd say the product prices can be a little high, which makes it harder to pass those savings on to my customers. Despite that though, the product quality is usually quite good (not like that AliExpress garbage) and the fast shipping times still make it worthwhile.
I previously used Oberlo for several dropshipping stores before I found Spocket and basically everything that was wrong with Oberlo, Spocket had addressed and fixed, making them the dropshipping platform most equipped for providing me with the tools for success. Product quality, long shipping times, mediocre customer service, company transparency, and language barriers were just a few of the many problems I faced using Oberlo. Spocket has taken all these areas where Oberlo has fallen short and raised the bar. These challenges I once faced exist no more thanks to the Spocket team.
Good things about Spocket is that It offers US dropshipping with faster delivery. I also like that anyone can jump into it without any cost at all, The app integrates with Shopify very well and the design is also great. The statistics shown are also very useful to determine the best products to sell.
I liked the most part of the app, however, it'd be great if it was completely free.
It solves my problem with dropshipping products.
I love the fact that there are filters to help you narrow down results for products so you don't ever have to weed through products you don't want.
Prices are not always as cheap as you would find on other sites. I understand though because there are a lot of products coming from the USA. I would rather have quality products shipped fast over cheap products that ship slow.
I am finding products that have shipping time dramatically lower than what I'm offering now.
I like that they simplify everything and use properly vetted suppliers that are located in the U.S. or E.U. for faster shipping times and higher quality products. Also offering free samples so you can see for yourself just how good the products are and how fast shipping is. This is a crucial App to do well in drop-shipping and I will be using it from now on.
I wish they had a way to automatically change all of the product details. Like with Wix you can basically just choose products, I don't want to have to re-write everything about a product.
Faster shipping, better products, samples, and overall better service.
How easy it is to use with woocommerce and shopify
The monthly cost. And they did away with their free plan.
I offer this to my students I coach in my ecommerce program.
Easy and usage, the interface is great too
Nothing much to complain about with this service, maybe more EU stockists
Ease of purchase, speed of delivery. These have all helped my business grow
I like the quality of the products, the quality of the images, and of course the fact that the products come from the U.S. is the biggest strength
I find it hard to search for products. The results are too deep and too random. I think the search results need to be refined much better. Keywords need to be more effective. I don't want to go through tens of pages to find what I'm looking for
The fact that Spocket is a US supplier is the winning benefit
What I like most about Spocket is that it is easy to use and compatible with ecommerce websites that use Shopify and WooCommerce. Spocket also have application that easy to install and set up. Also the products in Spocket (come from US/EU) in my opinion have better quality compared to other places such as AliExpress (from China). In addition, Spocket is also suitable for those who have customers in areas such as the United States, Canada, and EU because the shipping time to these countries is very fast. In addition, the number of products available on Spocket is very large with categories of many different niches helping users to have more choices. The profit from selling products from Spocket is also quite high (30-60%). Spocket also saves me a lot of time and effort because almost Spocket works automatically, from importing products, synchronizing inventory, to ordering orders, everything happens automatically. Really useful.
The first thing I don't like about Spocket and is also the reason I don't use it anymore because it doesn't support paying orders using PayPal. This made me very uncomfortable because I already had money in my PayPal account (received from my customers) but could not use it to pay. In addition, Spocket is limited in integrating into different websites. Currently Spocket only supports Shopify and WooCommerce, meaning that the rest of the websites cannot use it. Spocket should improve this by supporting more platforms. Moreover, although Spocket introduces that their products can ship worldwide, after researching, I found that many products only support shipping to the US or Canada. International shipping is also quite expensive (from $15-$25).
I use Spocket for my dropshipping business. I used to use AliExpress but the goods here are not too good and the delivery time is quite long. so I choose Spocket to have better products and shipping times.
Delivery times are essential when targetting EU and Big4 customers. Product quality and multiple providers and its NOT ALIEXPRESS
Shipping costs bit too high sometimes higher than the product itself
Eases process of getting quality items, less returns
I do like the selection of different vendors you have available. Overall, the product descriptions are nice as well. I like the artisan sections. This is something I push on my store.
You do not vet the quality of your vendors. Some things purchased are very low quality and not as advertise. This is a concern for the smaller business owner as any bad publicity can be a business killer. Do not know what kind of business practices some of these vendors are. Do they support free trade? Do they have ethical business practices? Do they pay fair wages? I try as a small business owner to do some research on these companies but many of them you cannot find information about.
At this time i am finding different products that i have not been able to find on my own or make to supply my store. I like the artisan section of the store and enjoy the selections they provide. I am finding different vendors and trying to do research to make sure they meet my stores cultural policies.
Their marketing is on point. They use all major media platforms including facebook and google to push products and make it look like a legitimate business. They have bots responding to reviews (especially negative ones) over many different websites to give the illusion that it is providing a real legitimate service.
They make their money from subscription errors, billing cycle issues and upselling. They make a solid effort to flood review websites to ensure that there are at least 10 times as many 5 star reviews for every poor review. Look a bit further and you'll see that the positive reviews seem fake, don't have sufficient info in them, and often have broken English. I dare say, it's their own people or possibly even bots doing it. Their whole marketing pitch is focussed on the fact that it is a great reprieve from the likes of Chinese dropshippers like Alibaba; but the reality is that this website, its administrators and even products for that matter are Chinese. When I contact their customer support they have thumbnails of Asian women with male names like "Russel". Bots like "Kim" etc. I've lost USD 1380 on 9/01/2021 for a 14 day free trial and notified them within 1hr that I was charged incorrectly for a subscription I didn't want. I was just trying to see what their website is all about. They reply back with a robotic, monotonous email using buzzwords like "policy" "best interest" saying I won't receive anything back. Then I thought, OK let's bite the bullet I've been charged anyway, and they're not returning my money. Might as well try the website since there are so many positive reviews, they must be doing something right. I look on their website and all their items cost me about 30% more to buy than what I can buy it for on ebay.com.au. This doesn't even take into account the so-called profit we're supposed to make. Also, they've removed all my access saying my subscription has ended even though they've taken USD1380 for accessing the website up to 9/01/2022. It really can't get any worse than this. There's a huge difference between scamming someone off $5 and then there's this. I really feel stupid to have started the trial. I sincerely hope that you guys/girls are reading this review before subscribing to spocket.co and not after. Please don't be swayed by the landslide of positive reviews with insufficient detail. have a look at the pain and detail presented in negative reviews. Try looking at the negative reviews on https://apps.shopify.com/spocket/reviews. there were 157, 1 star reviews on 10/01/2021, not sure if they have the clout to change that in the future. You're actually better off investing this money in the share market or even on gambling and casinos because there's a remote possibility that you'll get some use out of it.
Spocket doesn't solve problems, It creates them. Products and website admin are Chinese and marketed as USA/EU but they all come from the same place. Their product prices make it unsellable because it's available cheaper on ebay. Also, their benefit here is that they use us as a face to deal with quality/warranty/refund issues from the end customer because of poor products that suppliers have received good money for. Some of the products they sell have obvious copyright issues as they sell marvel figurines etc. A lot of consumers aren't aware of what kind of issues they're bringing upon themselves.

No dislikes so far! I have only recently begun using Spocket and am yet to find something I dislike!
Spocket is helping me direct my business into the most effective niche possible, which highly motivates me in my business endeavors!
Right away it was easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The interface is fun and I found that I didn't have any trouble getting to what I was looking for.
Nothing - this is exactly what I needed!
I came into this hoping to find something fun and lucrative to drop ship. I think I'm going to be addicted and build more than one store!
It facilitates product supply and increases your product sales.
I haven't seen a downside yet. Maybe I won't experience any negativity
Feedback is responded very quickly. I like solution oriented work.
