George was very helpful in helping me troubleshoot and get my smart rule and automation working for me. Great product and team behind it!

UX could be a little simpler, but besides that I haven't had to much of an issue.

It's automating a lot of work that would be a lot harder and more time consuming other wise.

I've been working with Vita in Setting up my Stripe conversions to integrate into Quickbooks. She has walked me through the process of the setup plus made sure Synder is operating to make it work for me. She has done this all with patience, professionalism and great customer service. She has made the transition into the Synder platform smoother and easier to understand.

We are currently implementing Synder. The product is fairly complex but offers great functionality. The level of support has been excellent. A special shout out to Felix for his superb support.

No dislikes yet. There is some complexity but that is understandable given the great functionality.

Synder is super user-friendly. They put so much thought into the design and look that makes it easier for users to navigate through the system. Also, their support team is highly reliable! Felix, who's part of the team responded to my queries without delay and he explained things to me as clear as day!

I dislike nothing about the app but I can't wait for more cool features they might include in the future.

The problems I encountered so far are mostly sync-related issues which were quickly resolved, clarified and explained clearly by the support team.

Accounting for business with an online shopping cart that utilizes multiple payment processors was an absolute nightmare until I found Synder. The setup is remarkably easy once you understand how the platform integrates and you take the time before you start syncing. In general, support has been amazingly responsive since the beginning and today Felix quickly helped me untangle the mess that I made.

The initial account login setup was confusing because I thought I needed an Accountant profile and ended up with a bunch of duplicate accounts. Felix, in support helped me clean that up. I also wish that the free trial was 30 days. It takes some time to get the hang of it enough to make a solid choice.

The customer service is absolutely amazing. Renata and Tina have walked me through a couple of issues that I've had with an incredible amount of patience.

Synder is making my accounting a breeze by importing all of my transactions from different platforms.

Synders program was exactly what I was looking for. We use Stripe for processing our CCs, but I was driving myself nuts trying to reconcile each month because of the fees they take out prior to releasing our clients payments. Synder streamlined that all for me and tracked the Stripe fees separately while allowing my invoices to match up with payments. There was a bit of a learning curve to set up and some patience so I knew where Synder was putting everything in QBs, but once I trusted it, the syncs are so easy to do. I would say it cuts my time spent on this part of bookkeeping by 98%. I can’t wait to link it to my Amazon business account to track their fees and split up payments as well. (I would like it if it could link Amazon accounts, not just Amazon business accounts.) Often times software is frat but the customer service falls short. This is NOT the case with Synder. Their customer service is great. They are very responsive, timely in their responses and will help you get the answer you need if you can’t figure someone out on your own. They seem always happy to help.

- Setup initially takes some time, as it’s not intuitive unless you have some time to concentrate, but any issues, customer was very quick to help. - I’d like the unused syncs each month to roll over. I didn’t realize this and got a month behind initially thinking I’d just catch up, so I lost the opportunity to use last months syncs when the transactions came in a month ago. - I would like it if we could link general Amazon accounts, not just Amazon business accounts - I’d like a mid-level payment or new company tier. We’re a new startup, so the $39.99/mth or 500 transactions per month level is too rich for us at this time. Hands down once we can afford it, it’d definitely be worth it!

Maybe you guys can elliminate the "refresh" process by refreshing pages automatically?
