Andrey was the best customer service representative I've ever had. He went over and above and helped me with an annoying, complicated problem. He was SO patient.
Sometimes it's complicated to fix when something goes wrong. And it's hard to understand what went wrong.
I had a syncing problem and Andrey was able to walk me through it and help me with it.
Snyder has been great when linking QBO and Stripe. Vita answered all my questions promptly and went out of his way to help!

I love only having one app to connect all my channels (and only paying for one too). It is pretty intuitive (although I had an appointment for onboarding, so that's nice if you are not sure of the settings). It also works well and makes life much more straightforward. Plus, the smart rules can help out tremendously with deeper categorization.
I can't say I haven't encountered any bugs, though - For example, I've had mistakes in my syncs; all I have to do in this situation is roll back and re-sync. Or occasional duplicate transactions are found during reconciliation, and that's not a huge problem either.
Synder makes recording transactions simple, and that is a huge time saver. I've been using it for a while, and they are constantly updating and improving it (so there are fewer bugs). Their support is also very, very good, quick, and personal - Thank you, Renata, for your help!

Nothing - Synder has always been accurate. I've never had problems with it.

Synder allows the syncing of detailed transactions into Quickbooks desktop from ecommerce shops - not just a summary of the day offered by the competitors.
The only downfall is data mapping of products. We need to use the variation of the item instead of the item name. We sell apparel - the item name might be Red TShirt but the variation is what we inventory. Size Small, Size Medium, Size Large etc. The code is already there as you can map certain fields already - for example shipping. I would like to be able to say use variation from Square to map to Item in Quickbooks Desktop. We still save a lot of time by not having to enter everything - and all of the details are recorded into the correct accounts on quickbooks.
For small business to compete we have to be online - customers want the convenience of shopping from home. The overhead to put your brick and mortar online is exhausting - and then to have to get all of the sales into your books just adds more work. We use opencart for pop-up sales - and our payment options are Square and Paypal - both handled by Synder. This software automates the import of these transactions with 99% accuracy!
They have throught through the problem well; being able to re-sync and see the status is great. Andrey from support was very helpful.
UI needs improvement but not an essential feature

Super fast setup, great support via the chat if needed, integrates with 95% of my payment providers, makes like way easier~
The only downside I've found is that it doesn't sync with Zip payments yet, hopefully coming soon :)
It's solving the massive time sync of manually coding all transactions and payment provider fees in Xero.
