customer service and support, the ease of use

Well, i don't see it as a disadvantage, but it offers too many options, which was a struggle as a start... but now it is not

I love their customer service! It's relatively quick, 24 hours or less. But when they respond, they're always courteous and helpful. Their migrations services are AWESOME! This is a new platform for me, and I thought it would take me FOREVER to transfer all of my data over from an old platform. I need to transfer everything over in a timely fashion because I did NOT want to pay for TWO platforms. I wanted everything onto systeme.io BEFORE I had to pay the monthly fee on the OLD platform. Well, the migration team was QUICK, EFFICIENT and RESPONSIVE! I am so grateful, it just really took so much stress off of me. Seriously. I'm still learning the platform right now. But so far it's pretty easy to navigate and there's an extensive knowledge base that has been helpful for me as well as I learn everything. I'm very happy thus far. I'm SUPER big on customer service! It's how I build my business, so I can tell that at systeme.io, they want their customers to be happy. It goes a LONG WAY with me!

If I had one gripe, it's that I wish for each course that was created, it were possible for the instructor's name, photo and bio to be changed. Right now, this option is not available. That's my biggest gripe. But it's pretty small in the face of all the other options that are offered.

I can utilize multiple custom domains and sell multiple courses, all on one platform for one reasonable annual fee. I am very happy about this. I also can't say enough good things about their excellent customer service! I actually use systeme.io for my online preschool business, no so much for email marketing. Although, once I get good at that, I'm glad this option is available. So far so good!

The help section is complicated. You can not find easly.

ALL IN ONE SOLUTION, I DO NOT NEED ANY OTHER PLATFORM FOR DIGITAL MARKETING.

The reason that Systeme.io stuck out to me was because I was having so many issue integrating my email with my business, it was literally stopping all of my motivation. The online business can suck all the "business motivation" out of you and tech is one of those things that sucks the most. But, when I started the switch...and I knew that this was the place I needed all of my business to integrate to, the Systeme io team migrated practically every part of my business over for me! They even creating pages for which I did not have them already built! Best customer service ever!

Because it is brand new, I really wish that had more robust tutorials. Having to look on Youtube for other tutorials is not convenient. They have a support/help library, but not as detailed to what it really should be. Their tutorials are really very basic.I know that they have a Facebook group, but again...not techy here, so to really search for an answer is a little hard for me. If they put on workshops for different aspects of Systeme.io, that would be amazing.

The email portion is the best solution ever! Very easy to use.

easy system to figure out especially if you go throught the videos. Love the free plan and you dont have to give a CC info for.

Just different to get use to like using tags instead of email list. But not really a big deal.

I recently started using Systeme.io but I love how easy and accesoit makes starting and maintaining an online business. TONS of features and you can start earning money for free!

The only thing I don't like so far is that I had to connect an outside domain that has been a bit painful on the technical end. Support has been helpful, but don't expect it within a couple of hours.

It gives me the ablilty to build my own sales funnel without having to outsource the task and build out a complete email follow-up campaign all in one place without technical knowledge.

I like the fact that there is a community section. You keep your customers on the same platform after purchasing your course/product...This contributes to a great customer experience.

So far so good. I still need to explore the chat/post capabilities...

It can be overwhelming as a new user because there are so many features to get your head round.

I aim to help children, students, graduates, parents and employees find their super skills that were hidden at school and university. This system helps me spread my positive message.

Systeme.io provides a comprehensive platform, and you can focus on building your business without spending too much time on complex technical platforms. Compared to other platforms on the market, systeme.io offers a quarter of the cost. I have used ClickFunnels and Groovefunnels, which are more challenging and require expert assistance.

I believe the dashboard could be simpler. Combining the Email tab and Automation into one tab would reduce confusion and the number of unnecessary customer support emails sent to systeme.io.

Eliminating the confusion using either more complicated or different platforms takes tremendous time to manage. I can easily do and perform my task from one platform.

The organization of The support service is phenomenal. The ease of use is maximum. My profession is a coach, yet I move well in the Systeme.io between creating and editing pages, managing newsletters and campaigns.

Up to now, nothing. Also the migration has been run with lot of professionalism and care.

The customer service is TOP NOTCH! Just submit your problem, and usually, within only a couple of hours, they get back to you.

It takes a little while to get used to the editor. But the nice thing is if you get used to it for one task, you've learned how to use the editor for everything else. No having to learn 3 or 4 different systems and 3 or 4 editors.

Way more than just email marketing. I'm using it to run my website and blogs. When I'm ready, I can also use it to host my webinars and manage courses with students. You can even manage affiliates that are working for you.

The free plan offers amazing features not found in many paid platforms. The platform is mostly intuitive, particularly if you've used similar platforms in the past.

A few functions are not intuitive. The FAQ pages could be more thorough to cover common issues.

Really good email marketing platform. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful.

I'm brand new to Systeme.io and I'm still learning the ropes. I'm currently on the free plan which allows me a limited number of funnels and email campaigns. I inadvertently went over the limit. Systeme.io sent me an email explaining what happened, what I needed to fix, and pointed to where the problem was. And they gave me 48 hours to make the corrections. I didn't learn about the problem until the 47th hour. I sent the user support people an email explaining that hopefully I did everything right. They answered all my issues in one simple email and assured me everything was okay. A really nice human exchange that I truly appreciate.

I'm still new to Systeme.io so I haven't had enough time to be jaded. The only weird thing is what Systeme.io calls "Funnels," I call "Web Page Creation." And what they call "Email Campaigns," I call "Funnels." Nothing terrible, only one more thing to get used to.

The response of customer service via email. The platform and the variety of features in one place can easily replace other expensive platforms. Systeme is also easy to be used; you don't want to be an expert to start using the platform.

The process to add my custom domain. However, it's not a Systeme issue but also my domain provider issue, as adding the required codes was not easy process. Systeme's team was supportive during the process of adding the codes.

For me, it solves the automation of the business, creating courses, funnels, email lists, course bundles, and automation. it simply solves most of the issues for any starter.

I really like that many of the apps needed for an online business are grouped in one place.

Can be a little bit interconnected which is a very big plus but also a little confusing and intricate.

Funnels are important and if they are linked to the landing pages it makes life so much easy for a quick fix.

The site is more than wonderful, it includes everything I need in one place, and despite its lower price than other platforms, it is easy to deal with, and the support team is helpful and always available to help. I am only having difficulty searching for certain parts on the platform, but by contacting the support team, I think they will help me find them.Also, I think the funnel page needs a little more additions.

First, solve the problem of multiple platforms, which I need to subscribe to, deal with, and collect. Secondly, the subscription price is very suitable for someone who is still starting his business.

I like systeme.io because you can have a free version and still create funnel and more, plus the customer care is always there and precide on the answer.

So far I dislike nothing. It's ok; I'm not complaining as I have good service.
