TeamGantt is easy to use and flexible tool. You can plan your project and easily present the timeline to your co-workers and clients, so everybody knows what parts they should deliver and when.

Some functions are missing. But the product keeps changing, so I guess it will be even more useful soon.

Teamgantt makes it easy to have a good overview of your projects to see how you can handle you resources in the best possible way. This is absolutely the best tool I have ever used to plan my companies resources.

There is really nothing that I don't like about teamgantt.

Everybody can see what they are planned to do and you can easily plan all resources.

Easy to make detailed schedules which can be exported in many different formats.

Would like to export the data in ms project file. Can be more customizable like MS project.

TeamGantt is a fantastic, free-of-charge GANTT Chart maker. Using TeamGantt, I have been able to create GANTT Charts for small and large-scale projects, allowing for prospective tasks to be noted, as well as the proposed time by which they should be completed. The interface is very easy to navigate, and the GANTT charts are visually appealing, and easy-to-follow. TeamGantt has come in very handy when working on large audio projects as a teaching assistant and within my further studies. Those projects of which have had long timescales; allowing me to form a visual representation of the project and the required tasks to be completed, and the date by which they should be done.

As an individual using TeamGantt to manage my projects, schedules and timelines, there are restrictions to the number of projects for which a GANTT chart can be made unless a subscription is purchased. These subscriptions of which seem more orientated towards businesses.

TeamGantt makes it incredibly easy to visualise the timescale of my projects, and to easily pin-point tasks that need to be completed. This is incredibly handy, as it keeps me productive, and allows me to keep up with deadlines without falling behind. I very much like that I can colour-code each of my tasks, making the GANTT Chart more organised and visually appealing.

TeamGantt makes it really easy to visualized even the most complex project timelines.

A lot of inputting is very manual when creating tasks or milestones and you can't easily tab to a new line like in some other similar software.

It allows me to keep an updated project schedule that can be shared with others and updated live.

TeamGantt is excellent for precisely what I need to do. Simple Gantt charts are straightforward to make and look very nice. Other websites I found were not as easy to use and were not as nice visually compared to TeamGantt

I don't like the pricing of premium, for a business it is reasonable but for a solo user it is way too expensive for me to justify purchasing.

It is an easy way to make Gantt charts for projects that I need to make a production plan for. It helps me keep on track of my progress.

TeamGantt is very interactive and loaded with features such as automatic correction. Having tutorials within the platform is an asset.

As per my usage it should include popups and notifications for the users.

Forget spreadsheets and clunky over complicated planning tools. TeamGantt plans are so easy to build, update and share with colleagues and clients. I've used it both personally and professionally and love it for both.

It can be a bit glitchy at times but i have done some pretty big plans. Also sometimes I have a number of tasks running in parallel that aren't directly dependent on each other but I want them to shift together if other dependencies shift. Appreciate it's a tricky one but if we could somehow group these that would be helpful.

That the next trade is informed of when it's there turn for the next task. And that it lets others know whom is in front of them and when they should be complete! Great tool for complex construction work!!

That scrolling across a typical laptop screen it is difficult to see larger time projections. I also would like to see different formats available for the bar charts for different tasks then just color changes only!

That we can now prove to owners that we have a handle on our sub contractors and everyone can see how much work is being completed at any point in the work day!

Come to Teamgantt hen searching for gantt presentation for Trello cards. Sync is without any issue and interface is highly intuitive.

It would be helpful if more and different export options are available with idea to have easier way how to extract data which can be shown on presentation.

Using TeamGantt, getting all project participants on the same page is simple so they can communicate and keep things moving ahead. Task collaboration and file sharing, which have rendered email useless, facilitate improved communication and teamwork. This is essential to any of my endeavors.

TeamGantt lets managers decide who gets added to a project so if you are added as a team member you may not have athe ability to add anyone

TeamGantt shows me the project timeline and how many tasks have been done. If I want to know who is responsible for wht tasks I open TeamGantt and all the information is there so I save time. No team member has to leave their desk to submit completed tasks since they can do that right in TeamGantt

With TeamGantt, the Gantt chart is displayed clearly, and the progress bar indicates who is responsible for what. However, I ultimately decided to purchase this program due to its superior sharing capabilities. In general, I find the 'calendar sync' feature in products of this type annoying.

The biggest flaw is the poorly designed page scrolling, which sometimes limits the UI's view.

I have to make very very little effort to make a Gantt chart using team Gantt. There are amazing options of customisation of the Gantt chart for wonderful aesthetics.

The Gantt chart feature is really good. However team Gantt also offer Kanban style view and calendar view which are not as good as the Gantt chart quality and standards.

I like how easy it is to create and update a project schedule. I appreciate the easy click and drag methods which are so intuitive. It is much easier to use than MS Project was - much less complicated to learn.

Adjusting to the way dependencies are created was a small struggle for me. Once I realized that I needed to create concurrent tasks differently, easy as can be.

The biggest challenge TeamGantt solved for us was the ability to share project schedule with Stakeholders. When using MS Project, I had to constantly export and send, now I can just share the link once and it is always updated for them.

I wanted to produce a Gantt chart for a reasonably complex project, but had no previous experience of the Teamgantt software. I was able to create and use a very professional-looking chart quickly, and the balance between ease of learning and the number and complexity of features seemed just about right - it was easy to get going, but when I wanted to add more complex features, they were all available and easy to understand.

the only thing that would have made my experience easier would be the ability to zoom out further on the timeline - I was planning a 4-year project and it was hard to see the whole project on the screen at the same time.
