I'm quote new ti project management tools but with TeamGantt everything gas been very fast and Easy. All tutorial helped me to grow my skills and to Better focus on project tasks.
I work with Trello too and I think that the integration between those tools must be improve because, IMHO, TeamGantt needs a card based visualization.
Keeping tasks in time and understand if there are too many things in the same time. My projects nows proceed faster and clearer.
It gives you a simple yet complete visibility about the project statuses and next steps towards the goal. Every meeting when someone pops up a question about what to do next Its everything right there. When you add the team members to the project board, everyone know and see the impacts of postponing a delivery or not completing something. This makes the team share the project responsibility and improves the overall commitment.
I still learning the tool but I miss some kind of kanban visualization for the tasks. I understand that it is not the point to the Gantt chart itself, but when it comes to the colleagues, the simpler the better. I imagine that some kind of child area for the pairs to see their tasks only and manage them.
It gives you an instant visualization of what's next for the project so It's very practical to have it open on your browser when attending to the planing meetings. When the whole team can see the impact of their taks on the project, the overall commitment is improved and even when something gonna be late It's way better to handle previously. Align this with SCRUM and you gonna be in the Project Management heaven.
The ability to be able to create your project without having to jump between screens. It can all be done in one place.
Nothing yet as it is able to meet my needs right now.
It is now easier to communicate project deliverables with the team
TeamGantt is a software that helps me in an extraordinary way in project planning, being able to have a tool that applies the Gantt chart to be able to know the time that should be dedicated to each task or activities is a godsend, this software has a Intuitive interface which makes it much easier to use, managing tasks has never been easier, tracking progress and supervising the capabilities of my team working together is ideal.
Everything with TeamGantt is good, it is the best option in creating graphics and sharing documents, your tasks will not be better organized and synchronized with all your daily activities.
TeamGantt with all the tools it offers is the best planning software, to be able to share the graphics with the different users, in addition to being able to post them on Web pages without having to pay an expert, synchronize the activities with my calendar, it is a very complete software.
I like the switching between Gantt view and List view the best. I find it's much easier to edit and review the List view during data input, but checking the work in the Gantt format makes it much easier to spot outliers and mistakes. Other programs don't pull this off so well.
I think the ability to name team members to assign tasks is a good attempt but it's missing something. I don't think the people I assign a task are always the ones I want within the Team Gantt notification circle, and sometimes there are many more people involved in a task on rotation that I'd rather signify with a head count to complete the task, than to name each person. There should also be a way to sort the list view contents by start or finish date. I find I'm dragging many tasks into place after the schedule dates shift around each other and it takes a long time.
In the end, I am able to use TeamGantt for showing a large crew where we are at in a project at a glance. The overall PDF printout is very helpful in pointing out where we are in the year and what tasks we intersect. The custom colors are very helpful for a quick understanding of what we have to get done.
It easy to use and has the ability to track a project from start to finish
It took a long time to gain access, user manual was not detailed enough.
Project tracking, proposal preparation and RFQ
Works seamlessly on any browser. Easy to reorder tasks, make dependencies.
I don't have nothing to complain about TeamGantt.
I'm carring on a project in my organization. TeamGantt helped me have a good overview of all the tasks and dependencies. What tasks are required before others. It also helped me to manage time constraints.
It's easy, it covers all the basics, the short videos are a lot of help. It works across multiple industries. I first learned about TeamGantt when I was looking for a better way to track multiple campaign rollouts across a team of business development managers. I implemented it in my role again as an engineering project manager, as I was about to go out on maternity leave and needed my team to be aware of dependencies and deliverables, and get reminders in my absence. I just recommended it again yesterday to our architect and general contractor. I made a bare bones framework of our construction timeline, linked up some dependencies, and shared with them. Our house project has been going off the rails, and I really felt they could benefit from a gantt chart with dependencies, milestones, and document attachment. I wouldn't be surprised if they both ended up subscribing for their personal businesses at some point.
I haven't run into anything I dislike yet. I haven't found the task balancing functionality that useful, but that's likely just a function of how I use it. I could see where someone else would find it very useful.
Currently, I'm using it to track project timelines that last over a period of months. It helps me stack up what needs to be done when, but honestly the historical aspect is just as important, being able to see when we made certain changes. I've also just set up a chart for personal use tracking our home construction timeline. We have some complexities up front, and a lot deadlines have been missed with huge delays. So I shared with our design and contracting team.
So simple to use and consistently available.
I haven’t really found anything to dislike.
Rotational tasks on a 16 week rotation starting every 4 weeks.
When I have a lot on my plate, teamgannt allows me to organize everything visually. I can rearrange and lay things out really well. The interface is snappy and quick and I love it
can't think of anything. Haven't used the paid version yet
organizing time and projects
I like that it allows for many layers of project depth and that the Gantt lines default to a beautiful professional blue with easy to use dragging to elongate timelines.
I'd love to see a sliding scale price for Not-for-profits.
I'm creating timelines for an artist incubator.
An intuitive and very well designed interface that covers all basic but most important aspects of project management. I would say it was very hard for me to find such an effective and complete tool, considering its finding a great event but, further than that what I love about TeamGantt is the wonderful group of individuals who work for providing not only the best tools available even in its trial free version but also, the best structured formal training I had ever had in project management. Claps for this type of give-it-all initivatives. I know they are by far the "killing app" (team) in project management.
Sometimes it is difficult to control movable objects.
It is supremely intuitive and complete.
I love that I am able to assign team members and estimated hours to projects. TeamGantt's heat-mapping then tells me when we are at or over capacity at a glance.
I searched high and low for a product like TeamGantt. This software was the only one that checked all of the boxes. The only drawback I see is I really wanted the ability to assign estimated hours to projects and to do that you have to go with their more expensive pricing option.
When you don't know how long a project is going to take, it's easy to overbook your team or underutilize them. TeamGantt allows me to make the most of our small team. So we can focus on getting work done and having happy clients.
Love the look / feel, the efficient way to upload a project & share to-do's across the team.
The initial integration/use of the product is obviously much more intricate than an excel sheet :) It takes time to understand ALL the amazing functionality, but spend a little time with it and your life will get significantly more organized and efficient.
Streamlining project management and deliverables. Shared goals / expectations across the team is the biggest benefit we've realized.
You can move the task bar and all the atached tasks well automatic updated The almost perfect integration with Trello.
When i add a new card on trello this taks go to the last in Teamgant i invited a friend to evaluate he just saw one time, and now after i delete him from the collaborate list i can´t invite anyone else. Dont have Portuguese language
I'm using this time of confinement and organizing the tasks of the projects of my team in a way that they can see the evaluation.
Easy , straight forward planner and Gantt chart tool. Excellent for insight in management reports, presentations and to share it wit co-workers and clients.
No Dislikes yet! The offered functionality works like a charme.
My goal was to present gantt charts in managementreports, keep my projectmembers informed and share information in a simple, right to the point overview. TeamGantt delivers all that!
Easy drag and drop synchronized with the Trello cards. I loved the drag and drop for dates and timelines as well as the ability to color code and easily assign resources.
Honestly - this is a great product, there is nothing to dislike about it.
Team Gantt helped to put into perspective a timeline for delivery of goods and services. In the end this really became the driving force behind delivering artifacts on time.
Easy to use and to understand. Easy to see all your projects in one place.
Nothing at the moment. I just started using it an love it!
Projects management and timetables for clients.
The most helpful is Daily Project update, which shows the status of all items in progress. Also the checklist which helps to set out the task with exact description.
I have not faced with downsides for now.
Multiple audits have been realized with TeamGantt by our team. It has helped to track the work of all involved people in the projects, close certain tasks in a timely manner. We communicate with our team and discuss simple ways to complete the tasks right within the project plan. The scheduling has helped to navigate what are we doing and where are we going with our project. I will highly recommend TeamGantt to simplify organization and planning of their projects!
Ability to edit on the fly in a group session (Zoom or similar), especially in the new normal of WFH. Edit Latency is down to around 30-45 seconds as a rule so is able to be edited as part of live conversations. Ability to easily convert tasks to milestones also been super-ideal for this current project
lack of row numbering or other quick identification of rows - again, as all comms across our team is via remote connections some means of quickly letting others know the task/milestone being discussed would be great. We spend a lot of time explaining where things are located in our ever-expanding Gantt chart
Inter-team comms on timelines and new tasks are being readily identified and followed-up via the email alerts sent by Gantt. This is fantastic as most of us have several balls-in-the-air at any point in time.
