There are quite a good number of features that I love in TeamGantt. 1) The drag feature for the timeline bar is the most frequently used one. It is so simple to use. 2) The allotment of team members to a particular task with hours assigned against them. 3) Indentation of tasks under each group of tasks. This is a great way of maintaining a hierarchy of activities in the project.

When I have to move multiple timeline bars from one place to another in the Gantt chart; it does not allow me to move it to a place where I want to drop the timeline bars.

One of the best features of TeamGantt is that I can create an embedded URL of my project and share it with the stakeholders in my projects. They can view the live project schedule anytime by bookmarking it on their browsers. Since it a web applications; any updates I do to my project schedule are immediately updated for all the stakeholders who have access to the schedule.

Creating a new label is kind of challenging. Also, sometimes I feel that if you click on different settings/menus, it takes you out of your project/gantt chart, then you need to click back on your project and doesn't return to where you left off. Otherwise there is not much to dislike. I'm able to live with these minor hiccups.

Everything is easily accessible from whichever space you choose to work. There is a very clear overall view, with readily available communication tools close at hand.

Would like to be able to view all members of a department as the main heading with their respective projects under their names. This is company-specific though, as our team members are the most important heading rather than the project title.

It is much easier to assign custom work between members of the design team as it is easy to see who has the most capacity at a glance. Being able to track the stages of a project through the design process is also helpful in seeing where there may be too much pressure in one phase. For example, we can now space out when designers move into prototyping phases, and schedule product shoots and launch dates so that they do not overlap and create strain on other departments. The record-keeping and timelines also help set benchmarks and track performance.

There is a group project. We are people belonging from different background socially as well as professionally. Without a service as yours, there is a good chance of discrepencies and inability to update or focus burning issue.

Personally, I appreciate the simple controls and color-coding. I can color code my events to reflect how well they went or if they even got completed at all.

I think the home screen could be made simpler to get straight into a Gannt chart faster. I remember being confused on my first visit to the website

The desktop software was easy for us to use as a team. The customer service was fantastic to work with, knowledgeable, and fast.

We're building a software product and I'm basically planning my whole backlog and roadmap for it in Teamgantt. I use smth else for the task tracking but I'm feeling like I could even switch to Teamgantt completely at some point. I'm using the same chart to update our shareholders on the progress as well and communicate with the marketing team to plan their promo campaign according to our release schedule.

The Gantt Chart Templates, I was very impressed with how similar they were to real-life Projects I have delivered in the past.

I have found TeamGantt very easy to use with an intuitive interface that looks great. All aspects of managing tasks and tracking their progress throughout the project have been simple enough for a novice such as me to handle. I enjoy that tasks are displayed differently depending on whether it is a tracked (% complete) task or a milestone, and the Gantt Chart shows this well. The ability to group tasks provides greater visibility of how each workstream/component of the project is performing to give an excellent high-level overview of project performance.

Under a task, there is the ability to add a checklist to make up the components of each task. It could be beneficial to be able to view these in a more detailed view on the Gantt Chart or for the checklist items to update the % complete of the parent task.

I have used TeamGantt to track the progress of an IT project and manage my own personal tasks. I have found this much easier to track, maintain and share. TeamGantt has been much easier to maintain than an Excel spreadsheet, particularly the ability to move group tasks in one drag.

Can't fix an item so that it doesn't move when other items it is linked to move. You can't link to an item partway through its allocated time.

Not being able to have different types of dependencies for Gantt charts limits their practical functionality. Only Finish-Start is allowed to be used, but I often need Finish-Finish or Start-Start for medical device design projects.

TeamGannt allows our entire team to see the same project plan at all times and understand different dependencies. It also helps organize communication for specific tasks.
