Simpel en makkelijk in gebruik. Een tip voor bedrijven.
Ik heb geen punten die me niet bevallen.
Digitalisering, meer werk in minder tijd, op een prettige manier doen voor onze medewerkers.
Als beginnende ondernemer wil ik graag eenvoudig een overzicht houden over mijn contacten, deals, projecten en cijfers. Met Teamleader heb ik de prefecten tool hiervoor gevonden. Na een aangename, maar zeer overzichtelijke en to the point 1-on-1 introductie met een Teamleader mede-werker (Tilo D), was ik in no-time weg met de hele app. Na een beetje fine-tuning door Tilo, zien mijn uitgaande e-mails, offertes en facturen er heel professioneel uit, kunnen mijn klanten alles online opvolgen en heb ik alles steeds in handbereik.
Niet veel negatiefs te zeggen over Teamleader. Enkel zou ik, voor mijn optimale werking van mijn administratie, graag een integratie zien voor de boekhouding app "Accountable". Zou helemaal TOP zijn. Misschien in de nabije toekomst.
Door Teamleader te gebruiken, bespaar ik tijd, behoud ik overzicht en ben ik steeds flexibel en up-to-date.
Helder, eenvoudig systeem om onze contacten te beheren. Eenvoudig uit te leggen aan alle collega's, iedereen is er snel mee weg. Koppeling met andere sytsemen: Mailchimp, Outlook. Veel potentieel in 'Projecten'-module, zeker als culturele organisatie.
Eigenlijk niets, als ik iets moest zeggen: het systeem is voor ons als culturele instelling soms iets teveel commercieel gericht. Gelukkig kunnen we (of de behulpzame consultants) er altijd wel een draai aan geven zodat we alle functionaliteiten kunnen gebruiken
eindelijk zijn die 100'en Excels met contctinfo verleden tijd! ook handig in combinatie met Mailchimp om gerichte communicatie uit te sturen
Als groeiend bedrijf hadden wij vooral nood aan een solide ondersteuning van onze bedrijfsstructuur. In een 3 jaar tijd zijn we van 2 naar 9 medewerkers gegaan wat een planmatige aanpak vereist. We vonden zowel voor de dagdagelijkse planning, nazorg (facturatie gelinkt aan onze boekhoudpakket) alsook de garantie op een stabiele werkomgeving via Teamleader. Een groot deel van de groeipijnen werd door de modulaire mogelijkheden weggenomen. Het team van Teamleader stond ook altijd klaar met raad en daad om mee te evalueren of er bijgestuurd kon worden in het gebruik van de pakketten. Het gebruiksgemak is veelbesproken in de teams-vergaderingen. Het "keep it simple" principe is zeker een grote meerwaarde, we werken immers met veel verschillende types van mensen! Op vandaag staan we voor enkele grote uitdagingen maar hoef ik mij geen zorgen te maken over de reguliere werking van Syinna BV.
Geen zaken te melden die mij negatief gevoel geven

Teamleader is simple and efficient tool to organize your tasks like sales reports etc. It has a user-friendly interface that a new user can send invoices to clients, track the quotations, tenders. Basically it organizes all your tasks very efficiently. Their customer support is quite agressive to solve your problems or implementations.
If there could be more customization options available. Sometimes become slow if there is an inconsistent internet.
It's user-friendly dashboard quickly shows the details about the status of the tasks. Also generating reports, tracking the billing data become so easy and you can find everything in a single app.
We able to manage our sales activities very efficiently with this tool. This is a very easy to use tool for keeping track of tenders, quotations, generating invoices etc. Overall it made our process quite faster. The customer support is pretty awesome. Implementation of the tool with our accounting software became easy with the help of the customer care.
Nothing much really. There should be more customization option. Sometimes bit laggy.
I can say a one stop solution for CRM, billing, project management.
Software connects with ou companies accounting system, that's why it makes very comfortable & makes process faster. Also, it's good that we can enter all our quotations in this budget.
There should be option to archive quotations which are expired or used and ended but we have lot of quotations that were not in use still they are in active list.
Teamleader provides all data we require for data analysis to make the discussion. It takes much time if we go without teamleader. Very transparent and great platform to use purchase offer and invoicing methods.

Vlotter werken, opvolging in verschillende fases van het verkoopsproces. Alle info is ook na verkoop makkelijk terug te vinden. Delen van info met collega's.
