Most of the administrative work done by itself like giving accurate report for collection and with accurately.
It is very easy anybody can understand easily and start working as it is they are very well versed in it.
Mostly administrative work, like accurate SOA cash collections, keep all contact and reminders.
well, I just try their free version and My review will be completely based on this. this software is a complete package for office. Like you can call as well create a list of task. make quotation this is the best part of team leader. you can track record of all of your meeting and quotation send to customer and check about the payment status as well (you will have to maintain this) . You can make a call and receive a call. so it's a win-win solution for SME . it's integral to tother apps as well.
kind of expense. well they should increase the trail time as well .
well we are solving problems, like time-saving.
Most helpful thing: you can easily track all the time spent on a project.
Sometines we just need to do things quickly without having to spend time to fill in the blanks in order to specify a task.
Now we know exactly how much time each person spends on a project.
Easy to use software, tracking deals, updating contact info and creating projects works great.
Limited possibilities of integration external emailing campaigns (like MailChimp) to the ticketing system. No possibility to schedule a follow up template email, all have to be done manually. Email comes in without mark-up, pictures oftentimes don't get shown inline and colour of text etc is gone as well. Very difficult because often times clients use their normal email. The integration with Gmail is fine, it's good you can create a ticket out of a new email, but if you answer it in TL you loose the benefits of Gmail (because you're now using the ticketing system of Gmail again), and staying in Gmail is not an option (because new emails aren't added to TL automatically, and clicking every new email and adding it to an existing ticket is just dreadful). Lastly, when searching in the main search block for a company, contact or project, often completely irrelevant results show up. Only when you type in the full name of the company/contact it might appear, and sometimes only if you search in the "company" search block etc.
Tracking new leads, maintaining contact, managing accounts and adding subscriptions. Basically managing everything that has to do with direct customer (b2b) contact.
Allows you to complete many of the assorted elements of CRM in one spot.
Teamleader isn't as flexible as it could be.
Great as a 1 stop for completing many of the steps required for ongoing CRM. More flexibility around changing dates and parameters of a project would be helpful.
The all-in-one approach is great if you are looking or starting or have many requirements. The software can easily grow with your company and it has everything you need from invoices, time tracking, sales follow up, crm, even an integrated email tool.
If you are using already some other tools, it can easily break your habit of working as it only works well if you use it fully. On the other hand it has a strong focus on the sales manager as a user persona which makes it somewhat less useful when you are not in a sales position.
We used the trial to see how it blends in with the many other tools we already used and shifted to yet another tool to complement the tools we already had. As we were looking for only two features whereas the tool has many more, it seemed not the right tool for us.
There is nothing to dislike about the user interface of this package. It looks sleek, and there is no clutter in the screen. The UX is friendly, intuitive and very straight forward. Setting the parametres of the system is easy. Setting it up is no hassle, since it is quite a limited system. Adding extra fields in de specific modules like contacts / accounts / deals is straight forward.
There is very little room for customisation, apart from a few extra fields that can be added. Creating workflows is unexisting in the system. Teamleader will tell you that this can be achieved with the addition of third party software via Zapier. This only drives cost upwards. Sales Management reporting is below acceptable. There is at some point a serious issue in how deals in the different stages are counted and how the funnel value is calculated. Organisations with different sales people have had the biggest trouble in understanding how the figures should be interpreted. Platform is not scalable at all. Many of our early customers had to switch to a scalable platform. Integration: Teamleader claims loads of integrations. Depens on what you define as an integration. Linking two software platforms with Zapier or Piesync is just not an integration. It is shifting data from one place to another. The most valuable info is not pushed back and forth. The mobile application was modified a while ago, removing some of the functionality that was in the earlier version. This was very bad for some customers, since these functionalities were just essential for their business flow. Just alone this switch was the reason for some customers to abandon this vendor. Last remark. The initial urge to fulfill customers demands was stopped as soon as Teamleader took the route of international expansion. No really new features, no new functional development. Only cashing.
We have used Teamleader before for the start-up of our company. It came in handy to register potential business deals.
- automatic yearly recurring fees - exports - linkedin and gmail integrations
- the UX is a complete disaster, very user unfriendly - when invoicing, you don't see the total > you quickly and unnoticed make mistakes which cost you a lot of money - many bugs, many offlines... - safety concerns: somebody easily managed to break in in our Teamleader CRM - statistics: very unclear, eg you don't see comparison statistics how your account managers sold - timetracking is very user unfriendly, even so that our people don't want to use it, they want to get back to their old timetracking system - project management: Teamleader says it does provide this, but it's unusable in reality - all in all, a very confusing user experience, which, instead of preventing, generates internal mistakes
We tried to find an all in one solution, but Timetracking, Project Management, Invoicing, CRM... is so badly executed that we have to move back to our old software.
