Trainual allows us to add new topics to train our employees easily. We can add videos, documents or links. Additionally, it is very used friendly. If you can use word or docs, you can use Trainual.

My only complaint is that when copying and pasting the format doesn't always transfer, but this is not a huge issue.

Trainual is allowing our employees to have a library of resources all in one place. It is easily organized and searchable, saviing e4mployees' time when trying to find a specific item.

I think what's most helpful about Trainual is that its features allow for so much to be entered and to be shared to workers and administrators alike, from policies to processes, anything that defines and shapes a company can be written in Trainual to be passed down to new employees in such an easy way, which I truly appreciate.

I think Trainual has a tendency to not save entered data right away, which sometimes deters content creators' abilities to add more into the information that they are writing down. Also, when you leave the site for too long, the page turns white and will not reload unless refreshed.

Training has been so much easier with the help of Trainual. Whenever we have somebody new coming in, we can leave them in the hands of our Trainual to build knowledge regarding the company's processes and policies.

The best thing I like about Trainual is the options to add onboarding information or new employees. But it's also helpful for training, process and procedures, etc.

Honestly, I haven't found anything that I dislike about Trainual. Everything works great! I think having an option to have a main page that displays all employees and links to their bio w/images would be helpful.

Love that you can add processes and procedures in one place. We also use it to add email templates for new and existing employees so things stay consistent. Business performance and streamlining have increased.

I love how easy it is to onboard new team members and have them show up their first day knowing what to do with their hands. I love it on my phone, computer, etc it's so easy to use! And it's versatile, I recommended my friends at BigHorn Law here in Vegas use it and they're obsessed, too!

I would like a built in video function rather than directing to a YouTube channel.

I believe that one of the best features of trainual is how easy it is to navigate. All the of the chapters are easy to find and make it easy for a user to sift through other topics to find what they are looking for. I also really like how the chapters are for the most part concise and do not drag on for longer than necessary.

There is not too much that I strongly dislike about the program and my experience with it. I can imagine that at a larger company, it may become more cluttered than what I have experienced, but overall, it has been a pleasure to use.

Trainual is my go-to for any questions relating to many different aspects of our product capabilities and processes that I may not be as familiar with. This is especially pertinent when it pertains to a subject or area that I am not consistently using. It also allows me to be independent when finding answers without relying on having to ask co-workers right off the bat.

I love it is easy to access. It is compartmentalized and can have videos uploaded.

Can upload steps to follow on certain procedures in order to train your employees.

Trainual is terrific at keeping an "old dog" like me up to date on new procedures. If I find myself with a task that I am unfamiliar with, I can go to trainual and have instructions right before me. Also, If I need to update or add a process, it is easy to do. I simply update the wording or delete the portions that are no longer relevant.

The only thing I can quickly think of is that you must log in every time. If Trainual remembered you, it would be great! But Traniual remembers your log in, so it's not a hassle.

Trainual is helping our team keep track of their roles and assignments. It is helping us cross train and is a guide to following others processes to get a job done.

The organization is fantastic; I am able to section the topics that I am trying to teach. Additionally, there are many features that add to the content to make the training aesthetically pleasing and fun to use. Also the real-time updates help in collaborative work.

So far, there is not much that I don't like. I think everything is well thought out. The one thing would be a dark mode, it is rather ineffecient and does not work well.

Stores information about the different work processes. I can refer back to this training when working on a new project or share my information with my coworkers.

Consistency across our training is very important. Having the ability to easily create content has been great. We are taking what is in our best people's heads and now getting it into everyone else's. Trainual is fresh and makes our training fun.

We need more tracking of things, who does what, and when. Version history would be useful. More testing options would be nice. Not being able to move things from one area to another with more freedom.

Trainual is solving the consistency problem for us. We trust our people, but everyone has their own definition, and this allows the business to set the definition of things.

Trainual is a very user-friendly platform that allows its users the opportunity of being able to reference back to information that was previously shared. I am also a massive fan of the ability to use gifs in training.

There is nothing about Trainual that I dislike. Everything about the platform is lovely!

Trainual offers the ability to outline processes within the company that everyone can and will benefit from. The search option allows users to be able to find a step-by-step guide to any issues they are having very quickly.
