I liked how organized the system is and that I was able to go at my own pace, see my progress and have easy access to all of the varied materials in one place.

I would have enjoyed some type of live forum for interacting with colleagues who were in the same training.

This allowed me continued access to a training in the middle of a Human Resources (HR) personnel shift and I was glad that it was not interrupted. HR was able to post all of our remaining modules on Trainual and allow us to persist even though we were no longer working with the original adminstrator.

The user interface is straightforward to follow, and reporting is excellent.

I have no issues with the sofware so far. Everything works great.....

I like all of the resources trainual provides for all aspects of training. They share so much information about all their features.

I don't think I dislike anything, but I would like more videos available.

Everything is in one place. Creating all of your roles saves you time and money. You have a way to integrate all of your training resources in one.

Sometimes when I log in from two different computers, it can cause issues. I wish Trainual would have a feature that allows only one computer to access editing at a given time. ( I think WordPress has this)

Trainual solves the "training, retraining and more training" problem. Trainual allows me to put in my training information once so that everyone can always access it.

Love that it is totally customizable to what we want for our business

Our company has offices all over the US and it's hard to keep each individual office up to date with trainings and this helps by letting everyone do it at their own pace.

Super friendly to manage content and very dinamic with the options to support the content you have already.

I wish they have the option to have zoom meetings in the same app and save the content there for people can see it later.

People receive the training before start their career at the company. The agents can double check all the content more than one time.

I liked that I was able to get a jump start on all departments and what they do. In addition, who works where and a place to go back and review when needed.

The length and time to complete. But, I do understand the why this is there and it is a valuable support tool.
