How quick and easy the chat function works and how quickly they can come back to you compared to sending the team an email if you have and issue and for them to sort it out.
The downside is that when you get sent an email to say your website is finished and you can edit it, you press the button to edit only for an error that your website is not finished yet, and you cannot edit it. Nor can you send a chat message if your site isn't finished; you have to send an email as the function to chat does not show up and is disabled.
The fact I had my home address visible on my website without my knowledge, I realized how the team could help me out after they said it was not possible to remove the details, they can change things I personally cannot
Easy to use. All features in one price eg emails hosting etc
The templates could be much more professional looking. Not Really much change with the new ones they have been rolling out.
No problems. Is just a landing page for my business.
I like the assistance with building the layout of my website.
I dislike that I sometimes do not receive the emails sent to me.
The email problem was addressed immediately. I like the benefit of not having to design my website alone.
Very welcoming, plenty of help on offer without being too in your face. It is all done at your own pace. Good value for the subscription cost.
Meetings need to be a little more relaxed.
A website revamp based on experience in the marketplace.
They keep you posted every step of the way
They control everything about your website!
They are offering lots of services for a reasonable discounted price.
They stay in touch along the process. It is important to be able to connect someone for advice or instructions.
I didn't like the editting process since I did had not decided on some of the information I wanted and when I made mistakes I had to start all over.
So far, it looks like I am solving the problem of processing online sales for myself. A benefit that I hope to receive is more exposure.
Easy to set up. Help is easily available.
Want a blog? $199. Want a subscribe button? Add $529 a year. Lured by the "Unlimited Sales (with no commission or listing fees)"? Don't forget to add in the PayPal fees! I thought it might be too good to be true. I wanted just a basic commercial (selling two books) and a blog to promote them with the ability to gather a following. I went from free to $199 to $199+$139 but the addition of a subscribe button would cost another $390. Conclusion: when a company hides these important details until you're hooked they lose my trust. In the end, this is no bargain. Keep shopping
Got started quickly to have a less-than-basic website. I don't spend much time building the site although the provided and un-tweakable themes are on the clunky side. Their blocky graphic layouts take up a lot of screen space and make getting to the information on the website more difficult. To get a truly basic, standard website with functional blog and basic e-commerce it will cost $199 set up and $529 a year. The devil is in the details.
No customer service, Talk from Q cards, totally un-prepared customer-No-service. If you want mediocre, overprice, and not being able to get rid of them, go to UENI!
1.000.000 promises before payment, 0 delivered after!
Benefits? $180.00 thrown away and 90 days of anguish before I cut my losses and go to a real web server platform.
The concept of saving me time on building a website by a team of professionals
Disconnect of communication between the customer and the UENI Team
None. Working with UENI has created problems rather than relieved them for me. I had to cancel.
