Nice to use a presentation platform that doesn't look like it was built in 1999!

I still need to use Gotomeeting for smaller calls where everyone needs to talk. But that's fine as webinar.net blows it away for bigger audience webcasts.

Easy to use, attendees do not need to download the tool prior to the event saving valuable time and avoiding user frustration.

Their team created a great looking interface, attendees don't need to download or install meeting software. I can use my marketing stack to send invites and attendees click the link, it just works.

This is just so good for larger audience presentations I do - would love if they come out with a version for under 10 people.

I can pre-record my marketing and customer presentations, but have them run live at a date and time where the audience doesn't realize it's pre-recorded ;) This allows me to get things fully edited and I'm not sweating on a live webinar. I just focus on questions

How every event can be customized in a few minutes

Not much, the recent changes and roadmap will make this a much more nimble platform. I would love the ability to change from webcam to rtmp

We use Webinar.net for webinars for our clients. Our clients run different types of virtual events such as Marketing/Lead Gen programmes, Partner Communication and also internal programs for Sales Kick-Offs and other Townhalls.

It's really easy to distribute the webinar links to both presenters and audiences, the platform highlights the Email Notification feature which automatically generates and sends an email for my specific webinar. Such an effortless way to manage a webinar!

Nothing much really! A landing page for all webinars would be great but this can be integrated with other platforms so not that big of a deal.

They offer straightforward, transparent, and an excellent UI for creating webinars. Setting up events has never been this easy. As a bonus, Webinar.net's support team is very approachable, and response time is commendable.

Luckily for us, we haven't encountered any issues while using webinar.net's platform. We did have some questions every now and then to their sales and support team, but they were taken care of in a very professional manner.

We don't have to think about starting from scratch anymore when hosting a new event. Their features allow us to create events effortlessly in just very short time which is big plus for us.

One of the things we are looking for on a virtual event platform is user experience and webinar.net definietly delivers! One of the easiest UI/UX available out there. Customer service is top notch and all of our questions and concerns are always handled in a timely fashion. They even have features we never know we needed which is awesome!

Having features included in the webinar we never know existed is definitely a plus. (certificates, all kinds of surveys, polls etc.)

Logo looks pretty cool and creating the Webinar seems to be an easy process.

in the front page I think there is too much info which is not relevant and can be presented in another section, intially I consider the front page sholuld straight to the point.

The personal attention to our needs was outstanding.

The only downside of using webinar.net is that it can get expensive.

They stepped in when our IT systems were down and provided great service and a flawless experience for our audience.

Webinar.net is so very easy to use. I was able to train another colleague within 30 minutes and she was able to set up her webinar immediately aftewards.

No big complaints. The crew is so quick to answer and train you if need be. But also, the youtube videos are great as well!

How do we get in front of our partners in real-time and have real engagement. We are able to engage our partners more effectively with the webinars we put together on your platform

Attendee customization. Great options for branding and professional look.

Presenter console is different to present on. Takes a while to get used too.

Multiple presenter camera feed layouts. Odd number show up odd for attendees. Some minor presenter control panel issue.

The platform is very easy to use and webinar.net has an excellent support team if you ever need help figuring something out.

I can't think of anything that I really dislike.

We needed a good platform for providing our seminars in a virtual capacity since it is currently unsafe to gather in large groups. This has helped us reach more people.

The faculty to allow our presenters and attendees to interact in live sessions, also with pre-recorded videos and live Q&A makes this platform very user-friendly.

I wish there was more intuitive way to get allow presenters to dial in and be connected to webcam at the same time. While this is possible, it's challenging trying to walk presenters through it. Beyond that, no other dislikes. Webinar.net continues to make platform improvements at a rapid rate.

Providing issue free webinars for my clients and my clients-clients. The platform is such less prone to failure than On24. Technical questions rarely come through the Q&A telling me two things: 1. The platform is stable and not error prone. 2. The UI is easy to navigate for the end user.

Webinar.net is incredibly easy to use for all involved - attendees, producers and presenters. You can create a very professional, customized platform in minutes that allows your attendees to easily register and watch (no download required, which is huge). Additionally the team at Webinar.net really care about the product and are passionate to make sure the on-boarding is done quickly and professionally. I cannot say enough positive words on just the overall experience of working with them!

It's hard to find things to dislike at this point although I am excited to see what additional product improvements they make.
