Webinar is really easy to use, it has a very clean user interface and very intuitive. It allows you present at a glance in your conferences and it helps you with corresponding tips on how you can make your presentations even better and it has options for everything, going from proyect into different screens to present online with multiple hosts controlling, really good.

I don't have any dislike. However, if I would have to choose one, I would say that maybe the webinar team could improve the mobile app, sometimes takes long to load, but nothing that will disgust.

I am solving the need to keep changing hosts whenever several are needed for a conference and how easy this is to use for everything regarding presentations.

The customer service, impeccable detail, and complete understanding of the event we were hosting made it a complete success. When something went wrong, that wasn't even the fault of Webinar.net; they went out of their way to find a solution and get it fixed!

That I didn't come directly to webinar.net but worked with an outside project management company.

We have had to host our events virtually, and they made that not only possible but enjoyable.

Attendee customization. Great options for branding and professional look.

Presenter console is different to present on. Takes a while to get used too.

Multiple presenter camera feed layouts. Odd number show up odd for attendees. Some minor presenter control panel issue.

The platform is very easy to use and webinar.net has an excellent support team if you ever need help figuring something out.

We needed a good platform for providing our seminars in a virtual capacity since it is currently unsafe to gather in large groups. This has helped us reach more people.

I love how easy and customizable it is. It is not the same as any other online presentation tool, webinar takes it to the next level. Any one can use it and everyone is fully capable, you can even feel that you are an expert on it. Really loving the experience

Sometimes it takes longer to load and connection is not as stable as you can think of. It could be internet issues from our side, but we tried different connections, so it might be a server issue.

Presenting with a very good amount of audience and being able to share in any type of devices. Everyone can become presenter and being able to deliver even trainings on it.

Webinar.net offers a wide variety of components to make pre-recorded, live presentations; in a simple way and at a comfortable price. They also offer translation and close captioning services which helps to improve the way in which We realize our presentations

No major issues with the platform since I have been working with it

The faculty to allow our presenters and attendees to interact in live sessions, also with pre-recorded videos and live Q&A makes this platform very user-friendly.

Maybe a short video or slide presentation showing people how to log in and turn the camera and mic on. We had to explain it to each of our presenters

The ability to present live, pre-recorded live, and on-demand sessions with either re-recorded videos or live streams from external sources all in one tool simplifies the process of building a virtual event

Webcast platform with a built in live videoconference for the speakers and an interactive webcast for the audience.

Would like a content management system for the enterprise but that can be worked around.

No problems, Very cost-effective, Do-it-yourself or Support is available. It has a post-live editing system and can export MP4s of the webcast.

Straight-forward back end with all the capabilities that speakers ask about! The reporting is very detailed and offers click reporting for the handouts widget as a bonus. Checking everything off of my "wish list". THANK YOU, webinar.net!

The only dislike is they don't host on-demand webcasts on a specific site for playback and for historical purposes. You need to upload MP4 files to your own website or hosted site.

The biggest benefit is the value-add for our sponsors to have the options to conduct their webcasts live, pre-recorded or simulive. No plug-in required!

Having an affordable, flexible platform that can deliver on value and functionality. Need a reliable channel that allows for fast conversion of prospects.

The founders are ex-ON24 and it is clear they understand the pain points of modern marketer. We got tired of spending a lot of money on poor service and technology that is showing its age. Webinar.net is super cost effective alternative to ON24 without losing any functionality. In fact is super easy to use as they have put a lot of effort into the UI. And I must say they go out of their way to onboard you. No nickel and dimming you to get you comfortable.

They don't have as many integrations but my understanding is that it coming.

We use it to drive lead generation. We were able to drive live conversations with webinar attendees that resulted in increased pipeline.

The platform was easy to use and allowed us to maximize exposure to our target market. My marketing team used all the registration components easily allowing us to capture registrants, remind them of the event, and thank them for coming. The ability to do realtime inclusion, Q&A and other audience engagement made our series very successful.

No real challenges using the webinar.net platform.

We leveraged the platform to continue to get the message out to our partners. Running a series on Work From Anywhere had significant draw and we found Webinar.net easily scaled for us.

The UI in general is great. We host several webinars a week and I can't ask for much more here. Very intuitive platform with the advanced features we need.

I wish there was more intuitive way to get allow presenters to dial in and be connected to webcam at the same time. While this is possible, it's challenging trying to walk presenters through it. Beyond that, no other dislikes. Webinar.net continues to make platform improvements at a rapid rate.

Providing issue free webinars for my clients and my clients-clients. The platform is such less prone to failure than On24. Technical questions rarely come through the Q&A telling me two things: 1. The platform is stable and not error prone. 2. The UI is easy to navigate for the end user.

Webinar.net is incredibly easy to use for all involved - attendees, producers and presenters. You can create a very professional, customized platform in minutes that allows your attendees to easily register and watch (no download required, which is huge). Additionally the team at Webinar.net really care about the product and are passionate to make sure the on-boarding is done quickly and professionally. I cannot say enough positive words on just the overall experience of working with them!

Since our very first contact with Webinar.net, it was obvious that people are important. It has always been what do you need, how can we help you and what more do you want so we can make your work easier, more efficient with a higher quality output. I've yet to see an email or phone call go unanswered and I feel important. I feel listened to.

Oh, where do I start! The support alone is life-changing. The benefits are limitless when you are able to partner with another team that wants you to succeed.

The webinar.net platform has an easy UI with lots of unique features, like the ability to host the same webinar repeatedly with a Live Q&A, without re-presenting the same content. It allows us to get in front of more attendees and interact with more prospective customers and partners without taking up unnecessary time representing the presentation component of the live session. The Interface the audience sees is very flexible regarding which components you can display...such as surveys, q&a, downloadable content, videos, etc. The tool supports a lot of email options, confirmations, reminders with calendar invites, post-webinar follow up. All optional and customizable. The reporting is good as well. You can easily access and download registrants, live attendees, on-demand attendees, and page views. Branding capabilities are great. The support has been really great as well.

There are a few minor features I'd like to see added, but they're coming in the next release. They're always enhancing the tool, and are open to your feedback which is great.

We are able to get in front of more prospective partners and customers with webinar.net than with prior platforms. You can easily replicate a webinar, and re-host it over and over with a live Q&A. That interaction with the audience, and the ability to respond to their questions, is more powerful than just going straight to an on-demand webinar after the initial webinar. You don't need to suck up an hour of your presenter's time to host each one.

It's completely cloud-based and completely customizable! It reminds me of when I moved from Microsoft Word to Google Docs. No more plugins to download, update, etc. and we've completely branded our interface. You would think that our company built the entire interface with how we've designed the template! Now that we've got our template, it's ready to go! So we can spin up a webinar in just a few minutes. As a web design company, it's critical for us that our brand is consistent and impressive. Out of all the tools we use for invoicing, project management, training, etc., Webinar.net is the only one that provides complete control of the interface we share with customers. I wish they would make other tools as well so our entire customer experience could be branded so consistently.

From our business cards to our website, the most important thing in our business is design and brand control. Webinar.net has allowed us to achieve an unprecedented level of control over our brand. So our webinars have gone from something where we "accept" the design to one of the key things we push for prospective clients!

Webinar.net is a great platform. Super customizable. Extremely well-priced. ZERO technical issues (which we experienced with every other webinar platform we used - and we used all of them). Surprisingly robust and great customer support - some of the best I've ever seen in tech.

Still a few features missing I'd like to see - to be expected since it's a young company. But they are constantly adding new things to the platform and expect that to be resolved in short order.

We have ongoing customer and channel webinar programs where we show people how to use Nextiva, feature thought leaders, et cetera. Webinar.net is enabling us to run these programs smoothly and deliver a great experience to our most important customers and partners.

I love how it represents me and my brand. I can quickly brand a webinar to match my clients. This gives them that one-on-one personal attention they deserve.

One of the greatest advantages is that it is hosted in the cloud, it doesn't´t require any type of software of plugins. In addition, it has a great client specialists team that guides the client through the process of building and presenting great webinars.

The fact that you can`t yet edit the whole video once you end the presentation, you can only trim the beginning and end of the webinar.

Create fully branded webinars with the company logos and identity 4. Not having to download any type of software or plugins 5. Webinar.net is very easy to use to build a presentation.

Easy to configure, easy to train my staff, and it just works. I researched other webinar platforms but they looked old and outdated.

A little more of an investment than Zoom but the one-to-many webinar format is truly what we needed for awhile.
