I love how user friendly this ATS is. It’s integration with LinkedIn recruiter works incredibly well. I like that it’s easy to pull hiring manager into a conversation and track notes with this ATS.
I wish when I’d open a candidate on a new tab, that the candidates name would be on the tab, to make it easier to find

Super easy to use. Collaboration features internally on candidates is fantastic.
The mobile app could be a little more intuitive but could be user error for sure. In fairness, I never did the training.

I like the ability to share applicants with other team members - we can add our notes, email the applicant using their recommended templates (or customize them ourselves!) and track them throughout the hiring process.
I haven't found a way to move a candidate from one job to another if we feel they are more qualified to a different position we have open. I wish you could add a working link to a document we want them to fill out or set them up for an Uberconference call.
We've attempted to track our applicants via an Asana task and move them through different stages but it was messy, confusing and not nearly as easy to communicate with them to send mass emails or individual replies.
I love the organizational pipeline that tracks your candidates through each stage of the interview process - from applying to hiring. The pipeline is totally customizable which is great for our company's unique processes. From a marketing standpoint, we love that Workable is integrated with our website's careers page - better for SEO, etc.
We get so many candidates that it would be nice to have a customized, generic email go out immediately upon applying. Workable send's it's own "We received your application" but we'd like to have one go out explaining that we may take a week or two to get back to them while we sort through everyone.
Our applicant tracking is totally organized! We used to have great candidates that fell into the "black hole" - forgetting about, never followed up with. That doesn't happen anymore. And we're keeping our managers accountable for what needs they say they have.
I love staying in touch with candidates.

Workable is a fantastic product. Great workflow, applicant tracking, and on boarding process.
We were doing things the old fashioned way with sheets in a shared drive basically trying to track things manually. We looked at a lot of solutions and Workable seemed to fit our online centric collaborative culture. My core responsibilities are not related to interviewing and hiring so I love that I can quickly get pulled into the process, leave my feedback and then check in as needed. Also if I need some back ground info on a candidate and where they are in the process I don't need a full briefing from our HR team, I can just look at a candidates timeline and jump right in.
I felt like I was getting too many updates on new candidates as we had a high number applying everyday. I went into my profile and changed from a daily alert to a weekly update. Problem solved.
We were trying to solve the problems that come along with manually tracking candidates through spreadsheets and shared drives. We are a rapid growth start up and needed something that could scale with us. We've cut considerably cut down the amount of time our HR staff spends on hiring and found a solution that quickly and easily plugs in the right people at the right time in the process. I've also lost a little weight during the process but that might just be due to better eating habits and increased activity
Very easy to use interface, being able to construct your own hiring process/pipeline is a great feature, and really easy to do. Also, the new People Search Chrome plugin is very useful. Good integration with lots of candidate sources.
Nothing really, the only improvement could be more drill downs on reporting.

It integrates with our HRIS making onboarding incredibly smooth. It is also a really easy way to keep a track of applicant comms, and ensure wider visibility across the team - when sharing workload. Our hiring managers find it incredibly simple to use and track candidates for their roles.
The careers page feature could better integrate into our website.

Workable is a helpful tool which makes recruiting easier. Very easy to put up job-ads and look at people's resumes and work together with our team. One thing we really like is that we can change how we look for new people to match what we need.
Sometimes, the program doesn't work perfectly when it talks to other job websites, but that's not a big problem.
The software talks to people automatically , which saves us time and makes sure the people who want to work with us feel good about it. Workable has really helped us find the right people for our team and made hiring process better.
It's a great platform to use going through the recruitment process, it keeps all reviewers on the same page as you can write comments after each process.
I don't think there is anything particularly butif I had to say it would be that it doesn't filter out the candidates greatly when people are applying for certain roles.
It's taking a huge administrative weight off us as a company which means we have more time to use on more important things and it's very user friendly

There was a time for about two weeks that my coworkers and I could even load a candidates profile. But the support team eventually solved that issue

It is very easy to use and intuitive which is very important if you want to engage very busy people in recruiting. Recruitment processes are quick to set up. Unlike many competitors, it is very easy to manage users and their permissions. I also like the autimated sourcing function. The application is also very stable - I haven't experienced any downtime or major technical issues during 6 months of use.
There are quite a few small issues eg. while setting up an email template for an interview invite you cannot set a title in the template. I have a feeling that reports/analytics functionality could be better - more customizable. Interview scorecards could also be more customizable. The customer service is not always great. It's hard to reach them on a call and I had to do long back-and-forth mailing for them to explain some functionality to me. While doing this the CS agent messed up something in my user settings that I discovered after a while. This would not happen if the CS agent was available for a 5 min call.
It helps manage and keep track of multiple recruitment processes. Enables a recruiter to be accountable to business stakeholders. It automates many actions which is crucial if, like me, you are a single recruiter in a company.
Very user-friendly. The platform is used by a client to register potential candidates. I am a service provider. First time used it a couple of years' ago. No training was needed for me. Able to navigate the site readily.
Nothing comes to mind immediately. So far, good.
Candidate feedback from Client is on time. No need to follow-up with the client, saves time and energy.
