Issuance of Offer Letter and the timeline it uses to keep action taken on each candidate
I think searching through the CVs, I will suggest more keywords is incorporated to enhance searching through the CVs.
Collation of CVs and digital issuance of offer letters
Its so simple to use, we have a large distributed team and multiple business divisions and have been able to build recruitment teams and hire people rapidly, Its an excellent product that has continued to grow and offer new features. The team are quick to respond and very friendly.
I can't think of anything, this is a superb product
As a consultancy our teams are deployed across the country so we need a collaborative platform that makes recruitment of technical staff quick and easy. Workable is that platform.
Intuitive platform, User interface, reporting
We are still pretty new to it, but I guess the only thing confusing is Create a JOb versus Create a Req, hiring managers seemed confused by this. It was also rather intensive to create so many sub deaprtments so that not all managers see approved salaries for every role outside of their team
manager engagement
Workable has a really nice interface - it's easy to use - and quick to get started. It has a lot of great features to make applicant tracking simple. The calendar and email functions are great - real time-savers!
There area few tweaks that could make the product better - but they are minor. For example, some way to consolidate jobs or stages for reporting would be helpful. Overall, it's a great product for the price!
It's saving a lot of time communicating with candidates. It also interfaces with some of our assessment testing to simplify even more. Searching resumes and tracking candidates is easy.
Easy of use, comments section, and the ability to work with coworkers easily.
There is nothing that I currently don't like about the platform.
Hiring and keeping multiple candidates and the information organized.
As an outsourcing business with over 100+ clients where a core part of our business is recruitment on behalf of our clients, we were looking for a platform that was easy to use, intuitive, and which our clients could be exposed to without the need for training. Workable's interface is it's strong selling point, which makes it easy to use, and extremely intuitive, meaning a client hiring manager can jump in and be effective with limited direction. It has become an integral part of our business, and a key differentiator.
It would be great to be able to skin (brand) it ourselves! However, not really much to dislike with Workable.
The main problem we are solving is the hiring of offshore team members for our clients around the world. Prior, everything was by email, which meant there was no central repository, and we were often lost as to what had been agreed. Workable provides us with a fantastic central repository which has become part of our business interface. We share Workable with our clients, and so it has become an essential part of our service delivery.
the design and how everything is in its place
while we make changes in the google calendar it doesn't reflect on workable.
I set up interviews and it is very easy handle.
I personally like that you can see what stages candidates are at on the dashboard. I also like the fact that you can create custom workflows for each role specifically.
That you aren't able to send candidate rejections from a "do not reply" email.
Visually I am able to stay on top of candidates in the process due to the amazing interface of workflows.
The stages of each process and that I am able to choose them. Able to tag any team member involved in the recruitment process, and also that I can see the evaluations of other team members. I really like that the candidates are able to write down like a brief resume about themselves. Looking forward to improve our internal recruitment and hiring process. Love that we can see all the resumes of every candidate and even know if they have apply to any other positions published in the past.
I havent discover how to filter by gender or salary. If its possible I would like to have a training is these parts so I can fully enjoy this platform and excel on my performance and improve the service I give to my internal and external clients. Right now I'm not disliking nothing, I'm in the process of getting to know Workable, so probably in the end I will like it and get along with it.
Loose track with candidates. And also having crystal clear the opinions of all the team members involve in the process and get to reach them to tell us more about the candidates and why they have got that kind of thoughts.
The templated emails, the history of each candidates and the calendar feature to organise each interview and integrate with my existing schedule.
I can honestly say that I have not come across any features I dislike on this platform.
Time management, and ease of reviewing candidates. Overall organisation as well is top notch.
The user experience, dashboard simplicity and the multiple options to screen and retain candidacies. I love that it is easy to navigate through.
Not being able to review the dates of past postings. It is not a make or break point, but it would be easier to clone archived postings if the date appeared on it.
Using the report function to generate various reports. For example, knowing when a specific role was published, how many candidates applied and from where.
The features "evaluations" and "comments", and the process flow at the top of the page.
I sometimes find it hard to get to the screen that shows the candidates for a certain vacancy. I go all the way back to the home page to get there. It's not a huge deal. but a direct way to get there from any screen would be great.
We're solving the concern of being real-time in the reporting information of where the candidates/vacancies are at in the process. The main benefit is that our hiring managers can view it anytime!
In my job, searching, finding and hiring qualified personnel is a very complex task and with a great responsibility to the company, for this reason I found Workable very much since it is a valuable tracking system that allows me to request personnel and recruit them if their profile is consistent with what I need, it also attracts me because thanks to it I have been able to meet with enough people and thus have more options to choose and in this way make the best choice.
Until now I have not found any aspect that I do not like, on the contrary it satisfies my needs in a satisfactory way always in the search of improving my work.
the fact that Workable crossed my path has brought me great benefits and has facilitated the work of recruiting highly qualified personnel to perform important functions in the company, I have been able through this system to make the right decision when hiring It allows me to find and evaluate quickly through evaluation tests, interviews and scorecards. the biggest benefit and at the same time problem that I have solved is that I no longer need to waste time filling spreadsheets with data and personnel information but efficiently workable automates the processes saving me time and generating automatically accurate reports, without margin of error and detailed.
Great applicant tracking system, a good substitute for company careers page.
Nothing specific worth mentioning, rather than the customer support which lacks urgency when dealing with the problems.
Tracking and building out recruitment funnels, applicant database management, job postings, recruitment
As the administrator, it makes it incredibly easy to keep track of multiple job postings, status of candidates as well as feedback from hiring managers across multiple organizations.
It has honestly been very easy to use. There have not been many hiccups with our implementation. Our only issue was the consistency and timelines of feedback from our employees regarding candidates.
We were using email to track the progress of and give feedback on candidates. This has help expedite our hiring process. It is much easier to follow and gives time back to the hiring manager that was wasted in our clunky process.
I interview lots of candidates for other hiring managers. With Workable, it is very easy for me to share my comments on the candidate after the interview. No more emails asking me what I thought of the candidates. I can easily get to their resume and LinkedIn profile via Workable. I like to review other interviewers comments after I enter mine so I can see if we had the same viewpoint. I always learn something new. I like that I can see what happened to the candidate after the interview step and where they are in the process. Email notifications of updates on candidates is helpful too. It's a very smooth process.
Nothing I can think of as a user. Only issue I have had is not being able to see a candidate because someone on our staff forgot to give me access. I don't know if there is a way for the system to prevent that from happening.
Overall improved process for managing candidates and getting them through the hiring process faster. Benefits include: better communications, improved visibility of candidates throughout the process, good collaboration among interviewers and with recruiter..
Very easy to configure and use the product. I like the fact that I can very quickly find a candidate for the company. I also like the mobile app and the ability to integrate with LinkedIn.
It takes time to study. Just do not like the lack of ability to deploy the entire chain of messages.
Workable solved the problem of finding workers.
The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. I like the job listing and approval process that allows me to create and edit my own job listing. I can invite others in my organization to collaborate on filtering through applicants and I now have a very clear view into the progress that we are making on filling a position.
I've been using the system for over 6 months now and I haven't found anything that I dislike.
I'm at a quickly growing SaaS company, so this tool allows me to stay organized as I hire for my team. Conversations with our various internal and external recruiters were through email previously, and it was hard to keep track of all of the candidates, move them through a consistent process, and get feedback from my colleagues that are a part of the interview/hiring process.
The product is so simple and easy to use. Set up took minutes and not weeks and every Workable employee we have interacted with has been great. As a hiring manager the mobile app helps drive collaboration and quick response time to interviews from my peers. There is a night and day difference between Workable and ClearCompany. If your product is not easy to use and your service is not strong I cannot partner with a vendor like that. Service is very important to me and that has been the biggest value add since partnering with Workable.
No complaints. Had so many issues with my previous ATS ClearCompany, some of them were probably my own fault during roll out phase but, the lack of service I received made it impossible to stand the system up.
We are a rapidly scaling Saas company and hiring is our #1 initiative. As a sales leader, I need to have full visibility into my candidate pipeline and to my co-workers feedback on candidates. We have been able to hire faster and identify good fits systematically in just a few short months.
Workable is super easy to learn/use and extremely helpful for keeping all of our candidate info and correspondence in one place. Plus Workable is constantly updating with new features that make it even better.
I can only say I dislike a few small things (that are easily fixed and hopefully will be). If you have the same candidate in the system twice there's no way to merge them. Also, you can't move a candidate from a job into the Talent Pool, which would be helpful.
Workable is a one-stop-shop for advertising a job, tracking and corresponding with candidates, reviewing candidates after interviews and communicating with co-workers about candidates. It's saved massive amounts of time for me as a recruiting coordinator and has been happily adopted by the entire company (which is a feat!).
