I like the collaborative nature of Wrike and its ease of assigning tasks to different individuals. It's extremely customizable, too!
Wrike works best when all members of a team are committed to using it. It's hard to keep track of all tasks if it's not utilized by everyone on a team.
My colleagues and I can share workloads and better manage tasks and associated deadlines.
Keeps all your upcoming tasks and notifications well organized.
Sometimes the amount of info on a screen can make some items get lost in the shuffle or hard to find.
It helps our team keep all our items, big or small, well organized and on track. It lets us easily communicate and share information and updates on all facets of a project.
It's helped us collaborate better and has allowed us to have one central place to store all tasks related to a project, no matter how big or small the project is.
It can be a bit overwhelming for new users when they first log in because of all the different funtions. It takes some time for people to get accustomed to using it.
It allows us to collaborate on projects more efficiently and keeps everyone in the loop, which, in the long run, helps us produce better results and a higher quality of work.
Very efficient and easy to navigate for task and time tracking Easy to use for collaboration between team members and other department teams Sub-tasks and checklist items are easy to organize Regularly updated for great quality of life
Honestly, not much to dislike - Regular and re-occurring tasks could use better templates - Sometimes web app is slow to load - Reports could be implemented and organized better
Task progress, sub-tasks tracking, and time tracking for billing and organization project metrics Collaboration between team members on shared projects and tasks
I like the inbox feature. It makes things easy to find and navigate
The categories on the side can get confusing especially when other coworkers are involved in the workflow. It can be hard to find what I'm looking for
Task management it helps me keep on track with my work assignments
Wrike's interface is I feel the best in terms of its simple & easy to use interface. It is fast and well structured because of which I never struggled to find which feature is found where in the application.
Nothing as such. It has all what is needed to manage work tasks and sprint plannings.
Many similar applications in the market do not have a well structured interface whereas wrike has managed to solve this problem.
The workflows and blueprints tools, date assignment
The notification system, is a really slow process and it nos immediate. Also the format is really extended
Team organizaron and project management
It's easy to see your ongoing projects and milestones and keep track of progress among your team.
If you don't remember to hit the small timer on and off, time tracking will be way off. A prompt of some kind that tracks your last activity would be nice.
It helps manage a large workload with many tasks divided between different team members.
My main work is checking materials and it is easy to add comments and see the task.
Sometimes the website is very slow and difficult to tell which version is the latest.
Easy modification by adding comments on point.
The plateform can be customized and is easy to navigate.
No complaints! Seriously, the plateform is very easy to use.
Wrike makes interacting with our design staff easier. It's also an nice to be able to have all of our designs and design revisions in one place.
