What I appreciate most about Zoho Projects is its intuitive interface and extensive range of features. Customising certain elements, like reports and dashboards, can occasionally be more complicated than desired. The mobile app, although useful, doesn't always deliver the same seamless experience as the web version.

the best feature is self service portal, also has all the reporting tools to handle employee information and also managing attendance. I love its leave tracker also

Its occassional loading time error and disrupted performance issues. A few people in my staff also complained it to be very techy, this added up my training cost

Nothing to hate in Zoho everything works perfect. But there should be more variety of project templates to be provided by Zoho. Improvements can be made in Advanced reporting.

The best thing is it's a well managed project management app which appeals to all size small and growing businesses. It incorporates all kinds of tools including Gantt charts, resource management tools and timesheets as well.

It's as such a complete package at a very reasonable price. But just a little suggestion is that a simpler interface would be better. Otherwise everything else is superb.

Earlier many costly softwares available we used. But still they lacked in one or other features like may be time management or lacking in efficient tools. But Zoho has been a cost effective and most reliable genie in providing everything efficiency and in proper manner.

Zoho works best in a team environment when collaboration is the highest. The CRM, Analytics, peoples dashboard are the best in the market with adequate resources needed.

Zoho has a long was to go in terms of user interface & making complex arrangements. At first glance, it's not easy to familiarise with. Locating, familiarising, implementing all takes time.

One major things is there is no separate tool, since everything is covered in one umbrella, collaborating & working together is easy. Like with CRM data, an amazing dashboard can be created with Analytics.
