Check in check out option available. Time sheet can be linked and man hours can be easily calculated. We are using Zoho enterprise one license. Different workflows can be configured. Different reporting formats available.
Sometime loading takes time when switching options in the Zoho projects web portal. Zoho tech support is an issue and resolution takes time. Bugs take time to fix.
End to end tracking of projects. Manhours calculation. Any delay in projects alert is triggered to stakeholders. Visibility of all milestones. Various analytics available. Centralized visibility of all projects across organization. Licensing is also not very costly as compared to microsoft projects.
It's easy to use, easy to understand. Not much complicated to learn for a new user.
Sometimes its become slow while using, user interface can be more better and user friendly.
We used Zoho projects for email onboarding new students in our college, for sending them special discount offers via email etc etc.
Zoho project product is a good tool for PMO operations for any organization to manage. It's easy to use and very user-friendly.
Nothing is to dislike for this tool because this tool has an extensive list of features.
Problems like managing projects and employee performance metrics and project completion matrics, locking time hours in each project, and finding bugs and issues removal effciency.
It helps to create and manage projects, creating tasks for individuals and teams. As well as tracking bugs. We can even have a mobile app to track the project on the go.
Few bugs are there like sub tasks can't be created for a main task which is completed or in progress. And adding the work hours manually is cumbersome when 50or 100 tasks are there.
It's a cost effective tool to manage projects and it's handy as well. Mainly a sweet tip for start ups and medium scale orgs to manage their projects efficiently.

I mostly like the new UI representation and ease of using features.
It is not that I have disliked it, but the project management could have the help guide.
We mainly use it for the timesheet submission, the benefit seen from the management team's perspective.
