The disadvantages I found when using Zoho include the link shortener, as users rarely open a link with that shortened name, and sometimes I can't access the posts I published from a specific social network

Zoho Social has really made a difference in my productivity! Instead of wasting time scrolling aimlessly, I've been using Zoho Social to track all of my mentions, comments, and posts. It's incredible how seamlessly it integrates with Canva, allowing me to post natively.
I can't doom-scroll and binge-watch reels for hours on end. The Instagram portrait-size posts give an error message. I've contacted support & they are working on it, so hopefully, it's fixed soon.
I spent more time engaging with my audience now versus before Zoho Social where I would go to watch someone's reel and then ended up scrolling and wasting all my time. Now I track all of my hashtags and mentions. I can respond to DMs regardless of the platform all in one location.

It is allowing us to schedule all social media posts across several platforms with ease. Previously, we have used Hootsuite and Later, but their free version has slowly became less useful and more expensive.
The learning curve is super low. It has a super intuitive user interface and it allows you to track important information across social channels.

It has been a real life saver for us.
I would like to have greater integratration with posting to my Facebook Groups. Also, a complete mobile experience would be a great addition to the product as well. At this time, you have to add your separate platforms from a desktop before utilizing the app. This isn't a major deal but it would be nice to not have to go between the two at setup. Once setup, though, you do not have to worry about that.
Zoho is allowing myself and my employees to accomplish more by creating custom content as before, however, now we are able to have it scheduled out at the most optimal times and then free ourselves to serve our online and instore customers. As interactions and messages come in, we are able to respond faster and capture more sales by not missing potential customers since all platforms are view in one place. There is a lesser chance of allowing a customer fall through the cracks by missing a notification.

Zoho social is easy to learn, easy to use, has simple yet robust offerings and gets the job done.
Haven't found anything negative yet, so far Zoho social offers everything I need.
