It is easy to post and manage my channels. I can see at a glance what is happening and on what channel.

I would like the calendar to be more visually appealing

I used to stress big time about posting all my content. I could not think of what to write. Now I write one post and I can post on multiple platforms. It is saving me lots of time and the headache of worrying about not being visible. I can relax and I know content is going out

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

My over all experience with zoho social is very good. I have garnered more than 2100 followers within 2 months from 700. It can be easily integrated with multiple social media platforms seamless. It has been responsible for lead generations. The number of queries have also seen a rapid solid increase from the past few months. Our organic traffic can be effectively managed. We have a clear visibility and we can make clear plan actional roadmap to achieve our future goals with zoho social. We are using zoho social for social media analytics, social media marketing. We track each and every post and campaign from zoho social itself. I am very happy with the results and will recomend it to everyone.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

Customization of post templates is not possible in zoho. If they add these features and advanced them then there will be no stopping. It will be a one stop solution for social media marketing.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

All the posting activities are done through zoho social, we can create a content calendar on zoho social and time a particular post it will soon post it on the exact time which has been set by a user.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Zoo Social came out as a boon for managing our social profiles. It is a simple yet powerful tool to organize all our social media profiles in a single place. It has also got a fantastic calendar feature to add future posts and configure the publishing time. The price is pocket-friendly which also comes with the most helpful support.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

There was nothing to dislike till the current usage.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are finding it very easy to post at our all social media profiles at one click and are also able to schedule our future posts on the basis of the interaction of our posts with the audience.

We loved the google my business feature, it helped us reach over 4000 monthly views.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

That whatsapp is not fully integrated yet, other than that everything is working fine for us.

What problems is Zoho Social solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a growing D2c, so we were looking to reduce time wasted with posting separately and the inconsistency thereof, With Zoho we can create the copy once and schedule the posts. So during the week we are just managing comments, responses, which Zoho made it easy for us not to miss anything.
