Landing pages to Lead CRM
We use Zoho applications to manage our business: Customer relations, sales and social media. They are all easy to learn and easy to use and not expensive. Zoho Social is a great tool to manage our Facebook, Instagram and Linkedin pages.
At the moment we are happy. It would be great if we could post to not only to Facebook pages, but to personal profiles too. It would be great development if we could edit image size within the program. We tried to use Bulk Schedule, and it does not work. But we did not ask Zoho support yet, which is great and they always help. So may be this is our fault.
We post simultanously to our different social media pages, so we make this activity more economical, and our traffic increased. We get in contact with our leads. We can cooperate easier with my colleagues
I like Zoho Social because it is easy to use and VERY friendly to a new social media person like myself. I would highly suggest others starting out, or experienced for that matter, give it a try.
I think my greatest dislike for Zoho Social is that it's not free!!!
With Zoho Social I am solving my social media planning problem. With this program, I simply set things up and forget about them. Zoho delivers my material automatically.
I love how easy it is to schedule my social media posts across the various platforms. I can also answer my social media questions and queries via the interface as well. Also, being able to have different permissions on my accounts on Zoho Social is great for team members.
The only thing that I am finding somewhat annoying is not being able to link Youtube to Zoho Social. If that was fixed it would be amazing.
I struggle from a time perspective to keep up with everything going on across all the various social media platforms. This way I can keep an eye on everything from one central spot.
Zoho Social has been the best social media scheduler by far for managing a multiple brands perfect for Multibrands, it’s pretty easy to use filled with numerous features all worth the price!
Nothing much I could find about the product
Its time saving, quick and easy to use
I found the platform easy to navigate right away. I can easily see what I need, and there were a few surprise features I didn't expect, such as messaging and robust reporting. The whole package saves me so much time!
Houzz is not included as an option, but that is a minor inconvenience. All other platforms we use are there.
We have minimal resources on a two-person team. Everything social in one place allows me to manage all channels and coordinate within my team and with an outside vendor easily and quickly.
It's a great social media scheduler. The product does everything I need.
I wish it had a calendar view and the ability to post to groups
It allows me to schedule all my posts weekly. I have more time.
ZohoSocial is amazing. We have used it to manage our social posts in the last month and we've not had a single mishap. We would not be needing another app to do anything else; we have all we need right here. We highly recommend it!
Not sure. Haven't explored all the features yet.
