Easy to set up and use on the fly! Love the web an app

not Zoho Social issue at all - but customizing for 'word count limits' is my main posting issue

Zoho Social is one of the best app for organizing social media accounts with a perfect analysis of a particular post & that feature schedule post that make my work more easy.

Everything it has is perfect, but sometimes it stops working like app crashes; that's the only problem I have faced.

Posting on different social sites in one place it makes more manageable and helps me a lot to analyze all the stuff regarding my posts,

The monthly price is cost effective and the notifications when a scheduled post doesn't post. I love that.

I haven't found a reason to dislike this product.

I love that everything for our social media is connected through Zoho Social! My favorite thing is that I can schedule posts from any of our platforms from one place.

I dislike that the dashboard on the home page is a 30-day view. I know I can see any view I would like in reports, but that's just one by one. I'd like to see any (days) view I choose but am able to see all platforms.

I am able to track our social media in one place. I can get most of the data we need to succeed by using the reports feature. Not much, really. Zoho has been the best of its kind I've worked with in a long time. Carrousel scheduling for Instagram remains an issue with free or lower plans but that is not an issue exclusive to Zoho.

With so much to schedule and to stay on top of, I can not only schedule posts but also account for all analytics in one place for a great overview of all that is happening.

I love its ease, the experience of the platform, and how complete it is. You have many options, and it does not matter what level of experience you have, if you use it for your accounts, to manage your company or if you are a marketing agency. It makes each process much more manageable.

The bad thing is that you cannot program stories, for example, for Instagram. If you have several photos, you have to depend on manual posting; I also do not like that they only allow you to upload four photos on Facebook and a single video. They should take these improvements into account. But everything else is excellent.

I think my favorite part is that you save time programming the publications and the content not only for one but for several accounts that allow you to have absolute control of the networks without having to have the mobile nearby, extra points for that.

Customization of post templates is not possible in zoho. If they add these features and advanced them then there will be no stopping. It will be a one stop solution for social media marketing.
