It is very easy to use interface and logical. The UI couldn't be more perfect.
Issues with posting to instagram, but that is mostly due to sizing issues with photos. An auto resizer would be the bees knees.
We are using it to condense what was 15-20 minutes a day into an hour or so in one sitting. It is easier on the brain and the staffing budget.
I like the interface it is very easy to navigate. I also like the features and how helpful their Support Team is to help when I have a question. I have used other social media software but they all seem to lack one or more features.
To be honest I could not find one thing I disliked about Zoho Social. I have read this question several times before I attempted to answer that question but I still can not find one thing to say negative about it.
I needed to know how many people engage with my posts and also I was missing a lot mentions and direct messages but now I do not miss them as I can see them in a list and respond to each and every one of them as time permits.
It is fast effective and time saving software. We will continue top use it.
It has some limitation for Facebook posting: 25 posts per a day.

Branding (we are an agency), but foremost I like the most complete range of social media platforms the most. Als the way of managing our clients is great! I used, tested, many platforms, but Zoho Social is foremost the most complete system! Also the ease of working with Zoho Social is great! No need to be a expert at all!
Not able to upload movie files and the general uploading of media could improve! That's all! Oh yes, what I like with one of your competitors is the possibility to upload as many as post images as you like. Makes things a little more easy and time-consuming instead of one by one! If this could be improved. Please ad Pinterest also! But I'm happy with Zoho Social! If complete dutch would be available one day I will be even more happy!

Social media posts have been much easier to manage with Zoho, and my analysis of what's working is more specific - it's great to see my analytics right upfront when I sign in.

This is the easiest social media marketing platform I used so far. I love easy post scheduling and monitoring. I haven't explored all the tools yet but I love that the same company offers email marketing, notebook, docs, etc. pretty much everything you need to run the entire business. Love it

We love the simplicity and easy to post.
The only issue we had was price. Was hard for a smaller agency that wants to bring good to their clients to afford the cost of the platform. The major thing I would change over all is allowing the Agency level to be paid monthly. This would help our small business afford the software, where as right now we will need to hold off on purchasing.
We are solving the issue of limited time and have realized that with Zoho, its possible.

My title speaks volumes. The very fact that you can post to all of your social media platforms at once is amazing. As an Account Executive, we are asked to share our marketing social media posts and this lets me share to every platform at once.
I don't really use this for the analytics, so I guess that I'm not taking full advantage of that feature.
It definitely saves me time!
The way I get notified when a post fails. I also like the Published Post feature so I can create a report based on the number published and compare it to the engagement report we receive from Twitter. The option to reschedule posts that failed is also a great feature. We have used other Social Media Management software but most of them seems too complicated and time consuming. Zoho is one of the most complete online business software we have used in a very long time. I was so lucky and grateful to find online software that the whole team loves to watch me schedule posts and check the results on a daily basis. We have about 5 Independent Record Labels we work with and we are in the process of helping them setup their own account to track engagement with their new music releases and video showcases of event performances they upload on a daily basis that is why we like the fact that we can post to Google Plus or schedule posts throughout the week and track the views so we will know who is engaging.
I cannot find anything I dislike about Zoho.
We use to have a problem with our Marketing Team forgetting to announce certain events but not anymore as we can schedule it in advance.
Love the auto publishing feature since it tracks when's the best time to publish posts.
The app is bit clunky and there's more features/views on the website than on the app.

As a new business, we are trying to get out the word on our offerings and services. Zoho Social has allowed us to easily schedule and follow up on our social media campaigns.
Easy to use, has all the featurs I'd want and it integrates with my email which is perfect.
I think calendar view should be available in the free version as the usefulness of the product really depends on it. Not all startups can afford Professional and I think the upsell should be a bit later.
Efficiency and coordination of social posts. It's super easy to drop the ball in the absence of such a tool.
It is a great platform to schedule and manage social media profiles. Truly love the interface and easy to use process. It saves lots of my time from having to regularly post on mulitple different social profiles to just syndicae them into one and schedule all the post. Moreover, love how I can edit a post and the changes are scheduled forward. The Programmer is easy to use. In fact, as a user, I find this much easier.

I have multiple online businesses that need to have fresh content posted on them on daily basis. I cannot spare time daily to post on them, hence, I use Zoho to schedule posts for a certain period of time. This way I don't have to worry about posting daily individually.
I like that i can make multi brands and setup the companies that I work with and for with the best social connection platform i found as of yet. This has made my life so much easier.
Didnt like that the google+ pages was such a dfiicult connection but in the end i found a work around.
