The best part of Zoho social is it's easy to use and easy to manage at the team level. Also, it gives you flexibility in scheduling your social media posts for a duration. This is amazing.

The new features are not that effective if they are not perfectly made which creates problems to get involved with the support team and then there is no clear resolution sometimes also it's time-wasting. But the rest is fine.

Zoho helps us to manage all our social media platforms all one place and helps us to manage them all together. Scheduling post is one of the coolest features to help us in managing all our upcoming posts.

On the downsides, it doesn' take into account your connections when using handles @ in LinkedIn, and proposes general handles. Also emojis are somewhat limited, and the Instagram customization could benefit from more multimedia special features and animations.

Having an online presence on multiple social medial platforms to reach different audiences while minimizing the time it requires to establish posts on each one of those social media platforms. Also team management is great.

I love that I can sit down and plan out my entire month of social media posts and then not worry about it. The fact that you can instantly post to all four of my social media platforms saves so much time! Easy to use. Affordable. Highly recommend!

The only downside is that I can't tag people on my social media. If that's a feature, I haven't found it yet.

It's almost easier than creating a post directly on the social media platforms. Love that it handles the nuances to place the post on several streams. Without doubt it is a huge effort and time saver.

Some of the stats, either on Facebook or Instagram at times, seem to be not correct.

I don't have to hire someone outside my organisation to manage the social media pages. It gives me greater control of the content to post.

Not sure that there is anything I dislike about Zoho at the moment. I do not have any complaints or have had any troubles even. I think the only issue I have had is the FB group disconnecting every so often, but that is due to FB changing permissions constantly.

Zoho social allows me to schedule my entire week in advanced and it is a huge life saver. I simply do not have the time during my week days to create and upload posts. So being able to pick a day where I can schedule out ahead as far out as I want to, is amazing!

I loved that I was able bulk load posts ahead of time and that the pricing model was very straightforward with reasonably priced options for scaling where needed.

I am not too fond of the dashboard view. Being able to see only the last post on all platforms instead of the entire feed adds a little more to workflow than is needed. It would be great if I could add more organisation to prescheduled posts in terms of their campaigns

The app is pretty useful and streamlined in order for one to manage several social accounts at once. And the reasonable price per month makes it possible for freelancers like myself to be able to afford it!

Like many social media management systems, it's still not possible to tag people or products on any photos posted. I'm forced to go to each app and edit the posts in order to do so (which is a bit of a bother).

I haven't sent in any problems or fix-it tickets as of yet. So far the app is fulfilling the basics I need for multi-platform posting and scheduling.
