I need to gather feedback, reviews or even opinions on future topics, this survey tool is awesome! After someone signs up for my real estate service, I use this survey to gather feedback on how to make the onboard process simpler. Also, as they are using the system, I prompt them for improvements, I even leave an open survey for them to send feedback whenever they want. Once a transaction is completed, I use this survey system to gather reviews for my website. Everything is logged and can even be connected to Zoho CRM, attaching it right to your clients record in the CRM.
The best thing about this software is that it has an excellent interface, the appearance really catches you, it is extremely clean and aesthetic, which allows you to have an intuitive experience and a very comfortable handling of the page or application. I like that it has many templates to carry out your surveys, very innovative and easy models to ask your questions.
We have not found anything negative, really delighted with this software.
One of the best things that Zoho has is that you can test the product instantly, you can synchronize it with different social networks. It has synchronization with google to see the results of the surveys, it is very good to save time and still get a clean and fast job.
I like the most is that in zoho survey we can create survey forms fast as compare to google survey. In zoho survey, we have different types of emojis and pointers to express the ratings and nps scores. Also we can duplicate the forms and edit with new date and hurray your form is ready . Just love its simplicity.
Little lagging part rest all things are good.
Earlier i stuck into problem like to create survey forms, to create emailer , to create insights in all different platforms. But i got to know about zoho survey and campaigns. It does all things that i want and solved my problems.
We implemented Zoho Survey from the need to be able to collect data and information through the creation and sending of surveys, this has been quite favorable, since through these surveys we have been able to make both clients and our human talent we have been able to know how we are doing things and we have been able to find key points to improve the attention and increase our performance in general as a company.
I find the price a bit high compared to other survey tools, but it does its job outstandingly.
Zoho Survey has been a tool that through the creation of surveys and study of the results of them, has helped us make decisions to improve as an organization, allowing us to find possible needs of our customers and try to optimize our service and attention to them, also study the improvements we could make in our own space to create a better working environment in each department.
Its very to easy to setup & it fully support Arabic language
It still have old front end user interface which need to be change & they must add conversational User Interface which is more like one to one experience for customers

I have to get my colleagues opinion while making any decisions. Zoho surveys is helping me get their opinions easily.
I like a good variety of question types: scale, multiple answers, stars, ranking, etc. Also, you can export data immediately to SPSS format. It is a huge benefit for all who analyse data in SPSS. And you can randomize questions within a survey page in order to eliminate the order bias.
Design is not the best, quite difficult to start using this tool. I will need to spend some time to get familiar with all functions. Also, it is not comfortable to move questions.
