Lack sophisticated functionalities like adding plugins etc. when compared to systems like Wordpress.
Web hosting Web Development
Ease of use, accessibility to make immediate changes.
Limits on functional development changes from a user perspective. Hoping to gain better insights into how to do this going forward.
We redeveloped our website to offer our staff backend access to the website to make changes without the need for a developer. This has provided our entire company with a solution to build open for all of our corporate websites, and save developmental costs.
What I like best about agility is the people who work there. Whether I need support or just have a question, I'm quickly in conversation with a real person who's eager to help.
There isn't much to dislike here honestly.
We've been able to make a significant improvement to our website since switching to Agility including page speed optimization, installing an SSL certificate, etc. As a result, we've seen faster load times and a decrease in bounce rate, which is great.
The fact that its headless and also offers a digital experience. Its seo capabilities.
None. I find it to be quiet interesting and easy to use.
To manage my website content
It is easy to modify and update web content.
I would like to see some expansion of wysiwyg editor to allow for customization.
Agility has enabled us to be more responsive in our content management for our website.
One of the aspects I appreciate about Agility CMS is its intuitive user interface. It's incredibly user-friendly, allowing me to easily navigate and manage my content without any steep learning curve. The visual editor is particularly impressive, as it provides a WYSIWYG experience, making creating and updating content a breeze. Additionally, the flexibility of the content modelling system allows me to adapt the CMS to my specific needs, defining custom fields and relationships to suit my content structure perfectly. Overall, the user experience of Agility CMS stands out as a significant highlight for me.
While Agility CMS offers a lot of valuable features, there are a couple of areas that could be improved. One aspect that I sometimes find challenging is the limited documentation for certain advanced features. Although the platform is generally easy to use, there are times when I need more detailed guidance or examples for complex tasks. Having more comprehensive documentation or even video tutorials would greatly help users in exploring the full potential of the CMS. Additionally, while the integrations provided by Agility CMS are extensive, I would appreciate even more pre-built integrations with popular third-party services to enhance the ecosystem further. These enhancements would make Agility CMS an even more robust solution.
Streamlined Content Management: Agility CMS eliminates the complexities and technical challenges of managing and delivering content across multiple channels. With its intuitive interface and user-friendly content editing tools, I can easily create, update, and publish content without relying on developers or technical expertise. This streamlines the content management process, saves time, and empowers me to be more independent in managing our digital content.
Fast response time and it makes you feel that you are a valuable customer
Nothing really, working with Agility has been so far a good experience
To easily manage the websites and provide the business a better way for content editing
Easy to use and seems to have many capabilities. I still have not used a lot of its features but looking forward to exploring more of it.
Can't really say for now since my work has been focused on a corner of Agility and not touching the other web and app development features yet.
Being able to bulk upload a bunch of offer content items easily is a big help to our business.
Agility CMS is only an exceptionally impressive and clever CMS that incorporates extremely significant capabilities. It is staggeringly easy to use and versatile; it develops close to our cloud-based arrangement as new necessities emerge. Dexterity's staff has helped us in settling any tailor-made associations which we have endeavored. At each step of the interaction, they prompted plan efficiencies and security upgrades. It's the best arrangement I've had at any point utilized. It might likewise be used by non-specialized clients to transfer material. Free programming, simple establishment, and minimal expense. It is shutting and upgrading the program advancement lifetime hole.
In contrast with other CMSs, a couple of the arrangements necessary for refined modules may be hard to get a handle on. Be that as it may, help is generally accessible. There is, by all accounts, a substantial interest in UI changes, and extra capabilities ought to be presented.
We've been utilizing this assistance for a long time, and it's assisted us with fulfilling our changing needs through a few corrections. The staff is instrumental and consistently conveys the best help that anyone could hope to find. It is incredibly versatile and extendable, and we have never experienced compelled by the program while creating future advanced drives. It empowers our outreach group to impact site design in a safe headless methodology.
Deftness CMS is a super-solid, headless, and natural tool with every one of the primary elements one can request. The documentation is cool and the help group is incredibly astounding. Without a doubt, it is the best consistent CMS we have utilized up to this point.
Now and again, things get too screwed up with such ease. For example, a few graphic elements require more steps than are typically required. Spryness mainly targets static sites; however, on a lighter note, that is not so much a con.
Agility has helped us be more relaxed and headed forward toward showcasing. We can now add highlights and parts without making a fuss over IT. The adaptability given by spryness is valued.
Fairly easy to navigate. Most features are intuitive.
Some features are not intuitive and can be difficult to find for new users.
Users can make their own updates to our external and internal web sites.
Multi-tenant feature is more helpful to me.
They are not doing aggressive marketing despite it being the best product.
They have made the complex process easier which is benefitting for novice person like me.
Powerful platform, easy to scale as needed depending on needs. Architected thoughtfully. Easy to use and build on.
Customization relies on technical resources either internally or with a partner which requires time and resources. Fewer out-of-the-box integrations vs some of the other mainstream products.
Organizational website management. We manage our website (non gated pages) all using Agility. Performance and reliability/availability has been great since we moved to Azure App Services.
A professional viewing and diverse tool which allows my team to update directly. The contents management scheduling feature flexibility is really helpful, not leaving out the sitemap and reusable blocks are just awesome.
Sometimes unexplained things happen. It is sometimes too easy to mess something up. The loading time when saving, opening or publishing pages.
Quick learning curve; templates allow design consistency; maximizes our content; allows multiple users of various abilities to edit content and maintain website. Its amazing and very effective for faster delivery of content mamangement solutions.
The team at AgilityCMS has bent over backward for us. They have been very flexible and changed how they work to meet our requirements. They are also priced competivily.
For us being in the UK, it only gives us a thin slither of time to speak with AgiltiyCMS, based in Canada. So it can be hard to find a slot in the diary that works. They do wake very early to meet us, though!
We are going through a digital transformation, moving from monolithic systems to SaaS providers with custom frontends. AgilityCMS powers the CMS for all aspects of the transformation
I used Agility CMS as a backend only CMS but the process of getting the website done and uploading content was so simple and easy that I felt like experiencing no-code website development over Jamstack architecture.
Couldn't find any, I had options and freedom.
Getting my blogs live within minutes over a headless Architecture and building my website is much easier and productive giving a great user experience to increase my SEO ranking and conversion rate.
We have a large client that we are working with that is using Agililty CMS as their headless CMS backend for a large national web-site. Over the time that we have been working with Agility, the support team have been extremely responsive and helpful whenever an issue has surfaced. Even when the issues are of our own making, they have been kind enough to hear us out and help us fix them. For our project, operating at this scale, with lots of different folks who have worked with the codebase, having this steady hand in the background backstopping us has been a boon for us. I can't stress enough that we would not have been successful on this project without the Agility folks helping us out.
The UI does take a bit of getting used to, but once you do, you realize that everything is in a logical place. I just wish that it was a bit more user friendly at the onset.
Content Management System that is easy to use for content authors and technical specialists alike.
I've used several other CMS types, and Agility seems to be the most adaptable while also have a clear, user-friendly interface that is mostly intuitive, even for a non-technical writer/editor like me.
I rely on the expertise of my colleagues in IT and graphic design to fully utilize all of Agility's features and functions.
Previously, our university's website was divided into sections that were maintained on separate CMS accounts. This created a very confusing labyrinth to navigate in order to make even the simplest of changes. Agility has allowed us to consolidate almost everything into a single platform that is searchable on the back end, so once everything is fully operational, even the least technical team member (myself) can update and maintain our site with ease.
I deployed a Gatsby Starter template, and it got deployed within a matter of minutes hassle-free. Also, it’s effortless to manage through the dashboard/panel. The flexible API-based platform gives it an edge over other CMS.
The free trial only provides the deployment of one starter template.
Manage CMS hassle-free, deploy CMS within a few minutes without configuration.
I love how easy it is to manage different pages of my website, now with new updates it has become even better, I can set a date to publish and unpublish pages and also a redirect link so I have perfect control over everything that happens on my site. Media & files section is also awesome, I get to upload my files and store them there so they can be used by everyone.
There are still some modules that are kind of hard to work with, sometimes I work with sections within sections and to publish them is kind of a pain, other than that it is a great tool.
I'm managing my whole website with Agility CMS, also using stored media files for my emails, among other things.
Great for headless CMS implementation. It's been around for years and they are always evolving it
If I had wrote this review a few years ago I would have had lots to say, but recently, there isn't much I dislike about the product these days.
Clients who need their content readily available online
Agility CMS is fluid and the learning curve is easy to pick up on. The layout and where to find pages, assets, and code, makes it fast to locate what you need to find. The customer service is top-notch as well!
Agility CMS creates a gap between developers and digital marketers. It's great if you know HTML, CSS, and Javascript, but to tap into more advanced coding to create more dynamic pages, it would require some assistance on developers' end.
Agility CMS allows us to manage our content with ease. With a robust business, we have to be organized as we generate tons of content on a daily basis. Agility CMS makes it easy for us to manage everything in one spot.
It was easy to get set up and easy to use. I was able to create a basic page template and get a web site up in a matter of hours. Creating content definitions and modules for maintaining your website data is also really simple. If you need more complex data types features like Custome Fields you can create whatever you need.
I wouldn't say this is necessarily a dislike, but it would be nice if creating content for a dynamic page was done in a way that was similar to the module structure of a static page.
It has made the easier for data creators and designers to work more independently on our site.
Main PRO for me is Page Management and Modules feature, other headless CMSs don’t offer this and it is critical for us, it allows marketing team and users to create what they need but under certain control of development team. It saves time for developers because we need only to develop a few page templates for each project, and then marketing team can be as creative as they need to be with page variations. It is a win win.
They were historically .NET which was not ideal but now they are embracing JAMStack which is very cool. Also, there is some room for improvement related to a user experience of the content manager. But I can see they make updates on the platform very often, coming up with cool features and improvement on the design.
Before Agility we were using wordpress to manage our website and internal portal. But we had too much problems security related because of the plugin breaches on wordpress. So we rebuilt our channels and decide to use a more secure and stable platform as Agility. So far, the platform is working very well for us, and the content manage is way more easy and organized now.
Agility CMS is an easy way to display information about a wide variety of programs with its module setup.
As with any CMS, there are a few bugs that come up with Agility when building or editing pages. But the support has been helpful so far making this a less frequent occurrence.
We are solving the problem of how to launch a new website that will be beautiful and informative to our customers. We have not launched yet, but I look forward to seeing our web traffic increase after doing so.
After their new update Agility dashboard has improved so much, I think it is easier to use. I love how you have pre-built modules that let you post your information in an easy way. You can also schedule publications and it helps a lot with SEO.
It was kinda difficult to use at first but it has improved on that regard, also there's an annoying delay when you override documents on the CMS.
I'm managing three different websites inside the same dashboard, it has helped me improve SEO and I can have full control of everything that happens on the websites.
It's very intuitive, very easy to use and easy to verify the changes before synchronizing them against the published site
The search can get a bit of improvement, probably searching into specific keywords within the content.
Changing content every week is definitely our main end user goal
Reduce the amount of work, when compared to our previous CMS tool. Also, caching clears in an instant when I hit publish. No need for me to do it manually.
Managing each site as a container is good but when comes to providing control for users at deeper level, it feels Agility is missing that granularity.
Content publishing in an instant. Benefits in managing time.
I love the huge amount of prebuilt tools it offers me so I can design my web the way I want it to look, it helps that you don't need a lot of coding knowledge to use it. It also has a great files system.
It could be pretty hard in the beginning so there should be a friendlier way to organize its dashboard. It can be also expensive to modify the way some sections looks because it does not give you an easy way to do it.
It really helps with SEO and the staging links are such an amazing way to show your clients the way a page will look once published. I'm managing a blog and a webpage with it.
I love about agility that it has everything you need to make your website work, its panel has good functionalities that help you build easily whatever you need. It also let's you make a page not public without having to lose its content, and the staging links are such an awesome way to wait for clients approval. File management is super easy and helpful as a hosting/uploading tool local to our web pages. And the clone option for full pages or just modules really makes doing repetitive work like product pages faster.
I would like to have more control over the header and footer since it is kinda hard to update, and additional changes require more costs that sometimes are not possible. It also is not really intuitive or easy to use for beginners, so I'd love and easier interface.
It really helps with SEO and you don't have to worry about keeping the backend updated since it does it for you. Managing websites that don't require a really articulate visual design can be done fast and easy with agility.
