I like the smooth and fast process when requesting money and reimbursements.

A downside for our team is there are too many options to receive notifications.

I appreciate how Airbase consolidates all of spend management in a single easy-to-use application. The simple and intuitive design translates to quick onboarding and effective usage across the organization.

There is nothing I dislike about Airbase, but I do hope that they continue to build out stronger reporting functionality.

As a sales executive, it is incredibly easy to submit receipts and information for reimbursement to our Finance team. This allows us to be more efficient and keep focused on our clients.

From my perspective, there isn't much to dislike. Taking a picture of my receipt (which is then scanned and usually auto-populates the fields) is simple.

The best things I like about Airbase are the virtual credit cards that allow me to make quick company purchases and also the EASE of the reimbursement process; no more cumbersome excel spreadsheets to fill out for expense reports!

It would be great if the receipts were somehow tied to the spending on the card so that I didn't have to upload them, but it's easy on the dashboard.

Airbase provides consistent email reminders, has a helpful tool that can parse receipts as you're uploading them, has a robust home screen that lets you see all of your oustanding action items, and has a multi-team approval process which makes sure that everyone is aware of and approves of certain purchases.

As a manager, I have a few different types of reimbursements to approve and sometimes don't check all the different the sections of my home screen to find what my to-dos are.
