Easy to setup and use and implement fast

It's (mostly) easy to use and reliable. I know I haven't explored all I could in terms of using it.
I don't like that many times when subscribers try to sign up using their cell phones, it doesn't work and they are told that their email is invalid.

For Email marketing, Aweber is the best because you can organize every thing you need for your customers or leads, is easy to use and effective.
I think all is ok. At the star you need to know every thing but after is so easy to use.
I have communication with my clients and always they can remember me.
I am not certain if this is still being done, but when I first subscribed to Aweber someone from tech support called me proactively to check how I was doing. As a former manager of an Internal help desk, this was quite impressive. Help Desks are traditionally reactive in nature.
I would like to see more selections for Opt-In templates. I have not seen the selection grow much (if any) since I first registered the program.
The number one problem the program is helping me with is to grow my email list through the Opt-In button. I have also learned recently the application ties in nicely with several other third-party applications I am using

The simplicity of this software is probably its best feature but the other other features are so good that you will find you love everything about it. It is very affordable and does not cut corners. it will be the best purchase you ever made once you try it and you will find it becomes an integral part of your marketing.
There is nothing about this software I don't like.

Flexibility for the price is very good. The tutorials are very helpful. I've rarely had to contact support but when I have they've been very helpful.
Nothing, really. I suppose if there was a better way to segment the lusts that would be good.
Perfect way to keep in touch with readers of my books
The ease of use, drag and drop features, auto responder capability, industry leading integration, the fact that archives and storing photos isn't extra and the overall price being cheaper than others with more benefits.
Organizing lists and send emails, I'd like to see all emails sent in one area, not have to go to the specific list it was sent to in order to see it. Also when I remove names from the list it should remove them from ALL list, or have the ability to do so. I had a previous customer get upset because they still received emails after being unsubscribed, simply because I took him off a list but he apparently was on a 2nd and even 3rd list.

There is nothing that I dislike about this service. I have used AWeber for over 10 years and have always been satisfied with their service, especially customer support.

What I like least is does not exist this application in other languages, especially in Portuguese. The email integration should be easier and authorization should be the responsibility of those who enter.
I have a mailing list you can send e-mail via g-mail and I do not mind them to send through Aweber
Aweber has the flexibility for my business to do both sales letters and one-time broadcasts. The recent policy change allowing me to upload my list without the dreaded double opt in has worked like a charm. Just as an example, I sent a broadcast out to over 200 contacts and had an open rate of 159. Amazing! This also speaks volumes of the delivery reliability of Aweber. The emails arrive at the intended destination and rarely get passed into the spam folder.
I had to hold for more than 2 minutes when I called for tech help. I know 2 minutes is not that long, I just prefer a faster response.
Email connectivity with a long standing list of clients I have regular contact with. Combining with direct mail and this is a very effective marketing system.

I have been using Aweber as my choice for email auto response and marketing for the past 6 years since I started email marketing. They have continually improved there platform with new features. The control panel is easy to use and intuitive. Their prices remain competitive. There are others that I could choose from but but for overall functionality and technical features Aweber remains my first choice.
There's not really much to dislike. It' does the job like it should. I think maybe they could try making a feature that helps you to see the email you create with images on different devices such as desktop, mobile phones, tablets. That way you could quickly view your design to see if it looks good on all platforms without having to send a test email and view.
Not all my emails are getting through so I have to be sure to keep include a test version of each message. This can be time consuming but is worth it to make sure clients with their HTML turned off get the message. I have different list from years of creating different offers. I like the fact that I was able to export and import these list into consolidated lists based on similarity and condense them for easier targeted delivery. Upon importing I was able to quickly see which email addresses were not deliverable anymore and remove the excess baggage. Keep it up Aweber!

Sometimes truble to get a form for surname in signup form. And sometimes I would really like to use that. Maybe i am doing wrong.

Follow up with customers and delivery of supplemental material was a breeze. Probably saved a 1/2 a person in marketing and all my hair (not pulling it out) and delivered material around the clock for more than 7 years now. As the author of Guerrilla Marketing for Job Hunters 3.0 - this was my best guerrilla move for delivering the book's bonus material. I'm using it for the next book, Hiring Greatness, already.
I love the fact that within an hour, I can login and do an entire week's worth of emails without any hassles. It's very easy to use.
The only thing that has bothered me was the lack of a good cut & paste feature.
