The templates are easy to use and have so many apps that can be integrated. In addition customer support makes everything so much better!

BigCommerce has given me a user friendly website platform for my online business.
It is user-friendly, covers most of the bases, has a lot of resources/guides to learn from, overs live chat support to troubleshoot, amazing customer service, and more.
For the multi currency option, the customer needs to first select their currency before adding items to cart. This means if a customer adds items in one currency and wants to switch it after they cannot, they have to remove all items, change currency and start again which can be dissuading for customers.

Ease of Use for listing the products on website. The time it takes for synchronization is better than all the other platforms i have used so far for the synchronization. it is cost efficient and time efficient too. Anyone looking to sell on multiple channels must give bigcommerce a try. if your store is small they have prices that can suit your needs. We have a pretty big store of 9000+ sku's and so far we have not had any issues with the speed or the synchronization.
I do not dislike anything specific about bigcommerce on the technical side but however there are few things missing in the customer service side of the software. they should be more trained and should be able to help the right away because if there is a synchronization problem then the customer/client cannot wait for them to fix it while keeping his products inactive as it makes you lose a lot of sales and if you do not stop then you have the risk of over selling the quantity of the product for which amazon has very strict rules and you can even lose you selling privileges for such an issue. the connectivity with amazon can be worked on and made more faster in future.
We list on our website and the amazon ebay internationally. Bigcommerce helped us save a lot of time by listing all the products on all the platforms instantly and the synchronization of the quantity is also very fast
I like the preset themes that are easily customized. There are lots of options and anyone should be able to find one that suites their needs. Anyone can customize one of the preset websites.
Image upload speed is a little slow. Also when deleting an image it takes far too long for such a simple task. And no, it's not my computer. Also, there are occasional internal issues with the Big Commerce platform. Sometimes I cannot login or the system times out.
We run our website on Big Commerce. We used to primarily use eBay but now with Big Commerce we are producing more revenue by avoiding the eBay seller fees. Also, with the integrated Ales and Shipping app, it is super easy to manage my product feeds.
I love the chat feature on the site in the help section. I was unaware that my domain expired and was informed my the agent. He stayed on the chat with me for almost 2 hours until I fixed the issue with my domain and my site was up and running!
I find the account settings difficult to understand sometimes, however all I have to do it search the site and the information is readily available.

In our view, out of all the other e-commerce builders, BigCommerce offers the most helpful and practical tools that you will actually use – all included as part of their monthly package. From integration with email newsletter tools (auto responders), creating coupons / promotion campaigns, unlimited product variations (e.g. different t-shirt colors and sizes), shipping and tax configurations, secure payment gateway integrations, handling returns, store statistics reporting, social sharing, product wish list, product reviews, etc. They really set you up with a lot of tools you need to help you succeed.
BigCommerce only has 7 free templates which is quite limited when compared to its competitors such as Shopify (Shopify has 24 free templates). When it comes to premium / paid templates, BigCommerce has 76 at the moment, and they range from $145 – $235 per template. In contrast, Shopify has over 140 premium / paid templates available – more options is usually better. We know that this is something BigCommerce is working on improving, so hopefully they will issue more updated storefront designs soon.
