I have a very niche use case. Foreigner with a US LLC needing a bank and Brex is the best I've found for this use case. Their app is great. Their banking is secure. Wire transfers are FAST and cost $0. I use it for online transactions all the time. Plenty of convenience features as well.

Ease of use, rewards, quick onboarding, perks for travel, syncs great with our accounting & Quickbooks.

I can't think of anything I dislike about Brex. It is great. It does everything we expect of it.

I love the fact that Brex is very easy to navigate and they have the best rewards program I've ever encountered!

I wish they reported to credit bureaus monthly instead of quarterly but I'm thankful that I'm able to have an account reporting to build my business credit profile.

Brex makes spending and tracking a breeze! I can simply text a picture of the receipt after making a purchase and it's done!

I don't like the lack of points given to the transportation industry since they don't categorize fuel as a travel bonus aside from that they have great software from their websites to their mobile application and even customer service.

Brex lets me manage payroll as if it were like watching Netflix. I can do it within seconds, transfer funds, etc. and have everything rolling within 3 minutes. It saves me time and money, with no fees and rewards undeniably great!

Points, bill pay, ease of use. Brex Cash is also pretty cool.

The points program is exceptional - would be hard to find a better option on the market! And the customer service is great - dedicated reps always respond to my questions incredibly quickly.

nothing, its simple to use! The system also sends me reminders when i have transactions that need review.

Brex is flexible, and I love its iOS app. For me, the most important feature is that it allows the company to set limits for my card to spend, and so we don't have to submit expenses anymore as I can pay for my food with the card without worrying about expensing it afterwards.

There's nothing I dislike. It is awesome!

If there is an issue, I don't have to sit through 20 different phone prompts and menus. Brex has reps who are immediately responsive. With the Brex card being used across the organization, it's easy to see who is purchasing what and categorize per Department

From an end-user standpoint, I love getting the text that confirms that I used my card. Not just from a security standpoint but snapping a picture of the receipt makes it easier. I have been on an expense report for 30 years, from taping receipts to sheets and copying them to put into an envelope to mail to corporate. Brex is just easier! Love the digital card and the physical card as well.

I don't know if I can do this, but for smaller purchases, I don't want the text confirmation.

Since we are back to traveling, expense reports are just a pain. My receipts are easily trackable on my Brex account.

- Hmm there is now way to auto-filter photos if the lighting is too dark

Brex has all the tools you need to do the bookkeeping and receipt management for the team all linked into one app.

Not much to dislike! Perhaps one day they'll have a separate account functionality that shows which subscription services are hitting the card each month?

To control and manage the expenses of the company. I can create a virtual card for all the employees and put a specific limit and payment.

I love that Brex shows me exactly how much expense balance I have left to spend in the month.

I honestly haven't found any. My original physical card was mailed to me with a typo in my name. Brex's customer service was energetically helpful, sympathizing with me and sending off a corrected replacement card in no time flat.

I also love, if I'm not able to attach a photo of the purchase receipt, that I can add a description of the purchase after the fact for accounting purposes.

I love the ability to create cards by the department. This can be both a virtual card or a physical one.

Are you allowed to answer nothing? 10/10 it's a great product!

Brex is super efficient and cuts my time spent filing reports in half. Not to mention, checking my card info and recent charges could not be easier. I appreciate the notifications whenever there is a new charge as well. I'm always in the know!
