I like that I can set tasks to go back to the next day. It helps me to stay organized daily. I can list the priority level of the charge as well, which is very important in this industry. I genuinely enjoy that everything is in one convenient place. I can access the candidate's Linkedin with the click of a button which is fantastic for when I am on a call and need to pull it up.
I wouldn't say I like that a lot of the times when the screen is frozen, and I have to refresh it, all of my tabs close down. Unless I had their names tasked, I had to go and research for everyone I had pinned at that moment.
I am solving staffing issues in the Information Technology industry. We have helped place people in their dream jobs many times, and I look forward to continuing to do that for the foreseeable future.
I like the functionality of Bullhorn and how it incorporates other functions I use daily, like email and texting.
Sometimes there are some connecvitity issues with Bullhorn.

Bullhorn has a powerful interface, both in their app and in the desktop version. It is fully compatible with Microsoft Outlook, which made the scheduling of interviews so quick and straightforward. All recruiting measures were trackable and reportable if needed, which we frequently used to measure our successes and provide rewards to staff.
The app could use a few upgrades. It could text candidates directly, but there was a character limit on the texts, so you'd sometimes need to send several through to get the entire message across. If the app could house, send and receive documents via dropbox or google drive, that would be a great advancement for the I-9 verification purposes as well.
We quickly reached out to candidates in a very fast-paced industry, more often than not, to be the first recruiter to reach their application.
How user-friendly the platform is, it really helps with training new users
The platform would be more helpful if it was completely customizable, with features in the platform, not having to purchase outside help
The problems being solved are source tracking and applicant tracking. Benefits are seeing company wide notes.
I love how intuitive it is to use this system. There isn't much of a learning curve when getting new recruiters set up with accounts, as well as helping them with their day-to-day activities. I'm confident that I can troubleshoot problems independently, but if I am unable to, their support team is accommodating.
There isn't anything that I feel I dislike about this system. Sometimes things happen that are out of everyone's control- I appreciate that they keep us updated when outages occur.

How easy it is to navigate! You can easily find candidates and import them into the system. As an agency we also use it for sales as a CRM.
It's definitely a better ATS than CRM but overall gets the job done. THeirs always small suggestions but they make constant product updates.

The best thing about Bullhorn if to contrast it with other comparable companies, is how simple and easy the software is designed, which includes easy installment and usage. So as to suggest this program you don't need to do anything unprecedented, and the procedure itself shouldn't take much time. Likewise I like the way that engineers truly care about improving the nature of what they offer, so updates come over pretty frequently, and every one of them is in any event bug-fixing, which is extraordinary.
There isn’t a big list of problems, yet something to make reference to has been found too. Most importantly, making and sharing reports if consisting of large measure of information with Bullhorn is an ill-conceived decision. In this situation the program starts lagging which ultimately has to be tackled by rebooting the entire system.
Bullhorn is a software designed to tackle all kind of functional problems in sales management and promoting a brand. This software is cloud based, which provides by locating a large audience, convey the audience and initiates brand promoting to potential clients. Additionally, it also comes with an inbuilt client insight technology.
The user interface is the easiest of all the other application tracking systems that I have used till date. There are so many add-on features like setting a reminder, adding extra notes, etc. The one feature I really really loved was the fact that I could pin the labels of the lists that I use constantly. It also used to show the most recent labels or rows that I had opened up, which ideally makes it a breeze to work with when you are multi-tasking
I would have like a feature which would let me share a profile with another bullhorn user rather than copy pasting the bullhorn id of the candidate separately. There should be an in-built function within the same candidate profile which will help us in internal sharing of candidates. I also wish there was more implementation of Artificial Intelligence. I am not sure where and how they can be implemented, but yes a little bit of AI would be good too.
I use Bullhorn ATS and CRM very heavily as I am a recruiter who also does account management work. I can update the status of candidates, enter the interview feedback, schedule interviews (internally) with hiring managers, etc. The main benefit is that since Bullhorn is already so popular they require little to no training for someone who has little background in using this. Also the fact that it is customized depending on what look you want, makes it so much more dynamic and not boring
I like the usability and the ease of getting through the different options that are provided. They explain the recruitment process very well and I am able to mark the status of my candidates very accurately. The font and the labels used are very easy to understand. The technical support is always present for me to reach out to them and this makes sure that I am not left hanging. They have different options such as handouts, client submissions, interview setting, feedback after interview. This makes it so much easy to train someone who is new to the whole market.
At times, the comments or notes can be deleted by a super user. This creates a confusion within the team and the ownership of the candidate is lost. Another problem I faced is that we could add the same candidate multiple times and thus create a duplication of the same entry. This is a redundant aspect and I wish this could be rectified.
I use Bullhorn for recruiting needs, to schedule interviews, to add feedback for candidates and also to submit them to the hiring manager. The benefits is that I can directly send sms' to the candidates' profile and also send bulk emails in case I need so.
