What do you like best about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

Program does almost everything. Connects and tracks communication via email and several other apps like TextUs. Customizeable.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

Search bar tends to have connection issues and sometimes the server goes down, leaving us completely blind for a period of time - but this is not often

What problems is Bullhorn ATS & CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Able to find profiles and track contact very efficiently. Years of data. texts, emails, calls

What do you like best about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

Bullhorn is easy to use with the many tabs that you are able to pin on the side of the platform. Can filter results!

What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

Daxtra - the candidate searching portal within Daxtra that runs very slow and pulls up results that shouldn't populate!

What problems is Bullhorn ATS & CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping all my current candidates and prospective candidates all in the same place.

I enjoy the accessibility of the application & the Dice sidebar integration is great. Allows the user to access candidates easily through BH.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

Every now & then the menu bar will double or freeze & I'm unable to do anything on the page or app. Also improve the usability on the mobile app.

Candidate control & documentation.

How easy it is to personalize and cater the preferences to the information you need and want.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

Hard to learn how to use at first. I wish there were videos that you could reference back to, how to create a new tab, edit preferences etc.

What do you like best about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

I’ve been using BH for over a year and find it to be a great system. Searching function is easy to use, reporting is useful in observing work productivity, notes are great. Email tracking is amazing!

What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

I wish the reports were more customizable.

What problems is Bullhorn ATS & CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bullhorn has made communication productive. It has allowed to go back and see feedback past employees left regarding candidate interviews from years ago.

What do you like best about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

Software is intuitive and did not take me long to navigate on my own. Very powerful search functions. Like that it connects to LinkedIn. Resume parsing software works quite well. Binocular function to quickly view candidate details without fully loading their entry.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

Lack of customization for emails. Would like a more marketing friendly option like mailchimp

Ability to quickly find and evaluate candidates. Great ways to organize candidates based on functions and skills that are important to our clients.

What do you like best about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

I like how organized the system is. There are even tear sheets and informational tutorials to help out with full cycle recruiting.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

I do not like the Daxtra search function. It is clunky and it would be much more useable if it was modeled after LinkedIn recruiters search capabilities.

What problems is Bullhorn ATS & CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use this system as a community database across mutple offices. It allows us to track contractors and internal hires and their progress in the application process.

"Recruiting Managers Need to Grab the BULL by the HORNs!"
What do you like best about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

As far as applicant tracking software goes, Bullhorn has thrown everything into the application that a recruiting team may need to manage applicants, conduct interviews, store notes, manage roles and clients, and create a growing leverageable candidate pipeline to stay competitive and manage both internal needs and external client base.

What do you dislike about Bullhorn ATS & CRM?

There was some learning curve when adopting Bullhorn. Some of the features are less than intuitive to navigate to or are buried within the application. Using Bullhorn's many features for applicant tracking can be time consuming if done correctly. With that, Bullhorn isn't always 'fun' for recruiting teams to use, but it is invaluable and totally necessary to keep up with the competition in today's competitive landscape, where recruiting companies are plentiful in the current job market where the candidate's hold much of the power.

What problems is Bullhorn ATS & CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to manage many requisitions for growing client base Being able to capture results of interviews Being able to grow a candidate pipeline Being able to manage candidates through clients interview process - thru all phases All of this in an effort to stay competitive, improve and formalize our recruiting process, and close more deals and being able to take on more clients.
