ClickMeeting is easy to setup and use, we have had a great experience using it for webinars. Easy to import powerpoints, create polls and use the chat functions during a webinar.
There is nothing that I dislike about ClickMeeting.

Although their online customer support is excellent, a couple times I wish I could have picked up the phone and called someone.
We're using ClickMeeting to self, auto-record our candidates when they take our online, pre-employment assessment.
I liked the fact that I was able to customize it with my company, in addition, it was scaleable as my audience grew it was able to grow with me and was very reasonably priced. There is a great feature in the chat function that allows for auto translation to many different languages. I had an international audience and they participants commented how accurate the translation were.
Depending on your bandwidth, some times the audio / video became very choppy. In addition I found that for the best results everyone speaking should wear headsets, if not there was an echo from the speaker on the computer.
I wanted to reach a large audience with a teleconference and ClickMeeting was able to provide that at a very reasonable rate
It's an online meeting app and good for small to mid-size organizations for large-scale collaboration. Although its a paid solution but cost come with a lot of features and security.
Create a life-like experience but does not have much usability, and a freemium version is not available. It is not working much to beat zoom and Microsoft in the market. It also has very limited features.
Online meeting solutions with my small-size teams with better connectivity, collaboration, and security. Webcasting technology that has allowed us to create with up to 10000 attendees.
Clickmeeting is easy to setup to use and to administrate. With the freezing option of the account one can save money without loosing all data, which happens with canceling the account.
Frequently technical problems on the user side. I't would be nice to have a 24/7 webinar for testing, so participants can test their systems in advance.

I want to be able to alter the reminder email that gets sent out (in case we made mistakes on the original invite) or to alter the original invite without re-sending.

Easy to join and manage (email reminders, time zones), great polls, quality of voice and video, option to play youtube, intuitive interface.
No option to do text/sms reminders (would be great to increase attendance rate!) and easily manage cancellations. No option to do video to video Q&As or chats (side by side video). That would be great, as using chat only or limited voice capabilities is not great. Improve Polls (easier to categorize / find questions), more poll option (like on a survey). Easier to access / display "free text" polls. Auto detect time zone (show my + local time zone at the same time).
Convenience & location independent.
I like how simple it is to record the webinar, and adjust the presenter modes.
We have had a little trouble with creating/ using specific presenter profiles. We often use the same profile for multiple people and have to verbally tell our attendees who's actually presenting.
We have found this to be a great way to present information about our organization's various programs. It's much easier than trying to do a conference call or get multiple people in one location.
My favorite part about ClickMeeting is how easy it is to setup and invite people to webinars. Once in the webinar the interface is very simple to use and control.
There are a couple things I do not like about click meeting. 1. Pricing - It is very difficult to get information regarding their pricing and what exactly the different tiers provide. 2. Screen sharing app - This one is kind of double edged blade because I love it most of the time and hate it at others. I think it is a fantastic tool however when it has problems it has nearly runed/delayed presentations of mine.
The biggest benefit I get from ClickMeeting is an easy, fast and manageable way to meet with and present information to my customers and distributors on large or small scale.
The user interface for the products they provide
the amount of little settings it takes to get everything set up properly. The email's templates that are sent to participants are too busy and hard for clients to obtain the relevant information

I like the ability to send out webinar invitations and login information instantly and on demand. Tech support is also quite customer-friendly and reliable (a very different experience from the service I previously used, who luckily shall go unnamed).
The online recording editing tool leaves a bit to be desired - not easy to "trim" exactly where I want, but I appreciate at least having the editing capability.
We provide free webinars to clients and potential clients on both trending topics as well as "toolkit" approaches to compliance and "maintenance" of best practices. Clients appreciate the information and see it as a true added value.,

It is dead simple to set up a webinar. I appreciate that you're provided a general link for each webinar to share with individuals. The presentation board is great, and I love that you can draw and have a pointer.
The recording is of your full screen. I don't like that the recording has a watermark.
