Connecteam Pros and Cons
- Comprehensive all-in-one platform combining time tracking, scheduling, communication, HR and training.
- Mobile-first UX tailored for deskless/frontline employees.
- Free limited plan for very small teams (≤10 users).
- Clear tiered pricing with first 30 users included at flat rate.
- Integrates with major payroll, HR and POS systems.
- API access is restricted to the Expert plan, limiting integrations for lower tiers.
- Key features like geofencing and advanced reporting are gated in higher plans.
- Offline mode is not clearly documented; limited functionality likely when offline.
- Onboarding/offboarding capabilities are uneven in documentation (offboarding less documented).
- Additional per-seat pricing across hubs can increase costs for large teams.
Connecteam gives a company of ten every hub and every feature for $0, forever — and then sells those hubs separately. The Small Business Plan is genuinely free for life up to 10 users. Above that, Operations, Communications and HR & Skills each become their own subscription at $29 a month for the first 30 users. A business needing time clocks, staff chat and onboarding pays $87 a month where it previously paid nothing. The free tier is excellent; the step off it is a cliff, not a slope.
- What it is: An all-in-one app for managing deskless and frontline teams.
- Best for: Small operators under ten staff, and mid-sized teams needing only one hub.
- Pricing: Free to 10 users; then $29–$99 per hub per month. Verified August 2026.
- The honest catch: Three hubs means three subscriptions.
What Is Connecteam?
Connecteam manages people who do not sit at desks — construction crews, cleaners, healthcare staff, retail teams, field engineers. Everything runs through a phone app rather than a workstation.
The product is divided into three hubs, and this division is the whole pricing story:
Operations covers Time Clock, Job Scheduling, Forms & Checklists and Task Management — clock-in with GPS, payroll integration, geofencing, repeating shifts.
Communications covers Chat, Updates, a company Directory, Knowledge Base, Help Desk and Events.
HR & Skills covers Hiring & Onboarding, Training, Documents & E-Sign, Time Off, Recognition & Rewards and an Org Chart.
Each hub has its own Basic / Advanced / Expert / Enterprise ladder, and you subscribe to them independently.
There is a 14-day free trial with no credit card, and above all that sits the Small Business Plan: “all hubs and all features, entirely free for up to 10 users”, described as free for life.
How Connecteam Works
- Free forever for up to 10 users, all hubs included.
- Three hubs, priced separately above that.
- Base price covers the first 30 users, then per-user fees.
- Operations costs more per extra user than the other hubs.
- Yearly billing saves about 17%.
- 14-day trial, no credit card.
Connecteam Pricing
Base prices are identical across all three hubs. Yearly billing shown first.
| Tier | Yearly | Monthly | Covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $29/mo | $35/mo | First 30 users |
| Advanced | $49/mo | $59/mo | First 30 users |
| Expert | $99/mo | $119/mo | First 30 users |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Quote |
Per additional user beyond 30 — this is where the hubs diverge:
| Hub | Basic | Advanced | Expert |
|---|---|---|---|
| Operations | $0.80 | $2.50 | $4.20 |
| Communications | $0.50 | $1.50 | $3.00 |
| HR & Skills | $0.50 | $1.50 | $3.00 |
(Yearly rates. Monthly rates are $1.00/$3.00/$5.00 on Operations and $0.60/$1.80/$3.60 on the others.)
What actually decides your cost:
- The free plan is the most generous thing on the page, and the eleventh user ends it. “All hubs and all features, entirely free for up to 10 users”, free for life. That is not a stripped trial tier — it is the complete platform. But at 11 users you move onto paid hubs, and if you need all three at Basic that is $0 → $87 a month. There is no intermediate step. For a business hovering around ten staff, that discontinuity is worth planning for rather than discovering.
- Three hubs means three subscriptions, and the marketing does not lead with that. The page promises “All the tools you need, in one app”, which is true of the software and not of the billing. Time clocks live in Operations, staff chat in Communications, onboarding in HR & Skills. Wanting all three at Basic costs $87 a month; at Advanced $147; at Expert $297. Work out which hubs you actually need before comparing Connecteam’s $29 against a competitor’s all-in price.
- The base fee covers 30 users flat, which suits small teams unusually well. $29 a month is the same whether you have 11 staff or 30 — so a 25-person operation on one hub pays $1.16 per person. Per-user charges only begin at the 31st employee. That flat band is genuinely good value in the middle of its range and poor value at the bottom of it.
- Operations users cost 60–67% more than the others. Beyond 30 users, an extra person is $0.80 on Operations Basic against $0.50 on Communications and HR — and $2.50 against $1.50 at Advanced, a 67% difference. For a 100-person company on Advanced, that is $224 a month for Operations against $154 for either of the others. If you are scaling, model Operations separately.
- The advertised “18%” yearly saving is closer to 17% in most configurations. The base rates give exactly 17.1% ($29 against $35, $49 against $59, $99 against $119). Because the additional-user rates discount differently — 20% on Operations Basic, 16.7% at Advanced, 16% at Expert — the blended figure moves with headcount and tier, landing roughly between 16.8% and 18.2%. The claim is a fair approximation rather than an exact one; nothing here is misstated, but 17% is the number to budget with.
- Enterprise is quote-only across all three hubs. It brings SSO, two-factor authentication, unlimited time clocks and schedules, unlimited auto-reports and unlimited data layers. As elsewhere in this review series, an identity requirement puts you into a sales conversation regardless of size.
- The tier names describe automation, not capacity. Basic is “kick-start with the essentials”, Advanced is “work faster and save time” (geofencing, repeating shifts, conditional form fields), Expert is “automate your processes” (unlimited geofence sites, auto-assign shifts, unlimited sub-items). None of them changes how many people you can manage — that is governed by the 30-user band and the per-user rate.
- The trial is 14 days with no credit card, which is enough to test scheduling and clock-ins across a real fortnight of shifts — the only way to know whether the app suits a frontline workforce.

Who Should Use Connecteam
- Businesses with ten or fewer staff. The entire platform, free for life, is unmatched at that size.
- Teams of 11 to 30 needing one hub. $29 a month flat is strong value across that band.
- Frontline and deskless operations. Construction, cleaning, healthcare, retail, field services.
- Companies replacing paper timesheets. Operations Basic covers clock-in, scheduling and payroll sync.
It fits poorly for teams just over ten who need all three hubs, where costs jump from zero to $87; for large workforces on Operations, where the per-user rate is the highest of the three; and for anyone needing SSO, which requires an Enterprise quote.
Honest Pros and Cons
Strengths
- Every hub and feature free for life up to 10 users.
- The first 30 users are covered by the flat fee on every tier.
- Buy only the hubs you need rather than one bundled price.
- Communications and HR users cost just $0.50 each beyond 30.
- 14-day trial with no credit card.
- Built specifically for deskless teams, with GPS clock-in and geofencing.
Limitations
- The 11th user can take you from $0 to $87 a month.
- Three hubs means three separate subscriptions.
- Operations costs up to 67% more per extra user than the other hubs.
- The “18%” yearly saving is nearer 17%.
- SSO and 2FA require a quote.
- Enterprise pricing is not published on any hub.
Connecteam Alternatives and How It Compares
- Deputy and When I Work focus on scheduling and time tracking, priced per user with no hub split.
- Homebase offers a free tier for a single location and is strong for hourly retail and hospitality.
- Employment Hero covers the HR and payroll side more deeply for larger employers.
- Sling competes directly on shift scheduling for frontline teams at a lower entry price.
The Verdict
Connecteam has the most generous free tier in this review series, and it is worth being precise about why: all hubs and all features, free for life, for up to ten users. Not a limited trial tier, not a feature-stripped starter — the complete platform. For a ten-person cleaning company, café or contracting business, Connecteam costs nothing and does everything, and that is a genuinely unusual offer.
The thing to understand before you grow is what happens at eleven. There is no intermediate plan. You move onto paid hubs, and the hubs are priced separately — which the marketing line “All the tools you need, in one app” does not prepare you for. Time clocks sit in Operations, staff chat in Communications, onboarding and training in HR & Skills. Needing all three at Basic costs $87 a month; at Advanced $147; at Expert $297. So the honest first question is not which tier you need but how many hubs, and the answer determines whether Connecteam is a $29 product or a $297 one.
Once you are paying, the structure is favourable in the middle. The base fee covers the first 30 users flat — the same $29 whether you have 11 staff or 30 — so a 25-person team on one hub pays about $1.16 a head. Per-user charges only start at the 31st employee, and even then Communications and HR cost $0.50 per extra user on Basic.
Operations is the expensive one to scale, and that is easy to miss because all three hubs share identical base prices. Beyond 30 users it charges $0.80 against $0.50 on Basic and $2.50 against $1.50 on Advanced — up to 67% more per person. Since Operations is also the hub most companies need first, model it separately rather than assuming the hubs cost the same at your headcount.
Two smaller points. The “Yearly save 18%” badge resolves to exactly 17.1% on the base rates; because the per-user rates discount at different percentages, the blended saving lands somewhere around 16.8% to 18.2% depending on your hub, tier and team size. It is a fair approximation, but budget with 17%. And SSO and two-factor authentication sit on the quote-only Enterprise tier across all three hubs, so an identity requirement means a sales conversation whatever your size.
Use the 14-day trial, and use it across real shifts. The question that decides this purchase is not on the pricing page: whether a frontline workforce will actually use the app for clock-ins, and whether your supervisors will run schedules through it. Everything else is arithmetic you can do in advance.
FAQ
How much does Connecteam cost?
There is a Small Business Plan that is free for life with all hubs and all features for up to 10 users. Above that, each of the three hubs is priced separately: Basic $29/month, Advanced $49 and Expert $99 on yearly billing ($35, $59, $119 monthly), each covering the first 30 users. Enterprise is quote-only. Beyond 30 users, additional users cost $0.80–$4.20 each on Operations and $0.50–$3.00 on Communications and HR & Skills.
Is Connecteam really free?
Yes, up to 10 users — and unusually, it is the full product. Connecteam describes the Small Business Plan as “all hubs and all features, entirely free for up to 10 users”, free for life. The catch is the transition: there is no intermediate tier, so an eleventh employee moves you onto paid hubs. If you need all three at Basic, that is a jump from $0 to $87 a month.
Do I have to buy all three Connecteam hubs?
No — and that is the key thing to work out. Operations, Communications and HR & Skills are separate subscriptions. If you only need time clocks and scheduling, Operations alone is $29 a month for up to 30 users. If you need chat and onboarding as well, you are buying three subscriptions at $87 a month on Basic. Decide which hubs you genuinely need before comparing against competitors that bundle everything.
How does Connecteam charge for more than 30 users?
The base fee covers the first 30 users; each additional user is charged separately, and the rate differs by hub. On yearly billing, Operations charges $0.80 (Basic), $2.50 (Advanced), $4.20 (Expert) per extra user, while Communications and HR & Skills charge $0.50, $1.50 and $3.00. So Operations costs up to 67% more per additional person than the other two hubs at the same tier.
Does Connecteam’s yearly billing really save 18%?
Approximately. The base rates save exactly 17.1% — $29 against $35, $49 against $59, $99 against $119. The per-additional-user rates discount at different percentages (20% on Operations Basic, 16.7% at Advanced, 16% at Expert), so the actual blended saving varies with your hub, tier and headcount, landing roughly between 16.8% and 18.2%. The claim is reasonable; 17% is the safer figure to budget with.

This is the best employee engagement app on the market by far. They have everything we need: Online and group chats, surveys, courses, rewards, forms, etc. We've been trying many different apps and too many are just focus on one thing: You have an employee performance management tool, then a LMS, then a communcation tool. I'm very impressive Connecteam was able to capture most of the things a company needs to use and make it into an all-in-one solution. The free version for startups below 10 employees is the cherry on the cake. We're so excited to become a paid customer as soon as we reach a bigger size.
Nothing to dislike so far. It covers pretty much all our needs and if they come this far, I'm pretty confident they'll keep adding features where it needs, to make this solution more and more advanced.
Employee engagement, performance management, communication, development and recognition. All-in-one solution.
By using the system we can easily create a rosta and timesheet for our staff. They can accept their job easily and use it on a daily basis while integrating it effortlessly with their working day. The customer support is brilliant and very informative and helpful. We use this daily and have implemented it seemlessly in the company and each user clocks in every day.
There is nothing we dislike about the system, it is feature rich and has enhanced our scheduling.
Our calendar scheduling and negating the need for manual time cards, thus improving efficiency across the board.
The employees can clock-in & out from the mobile app and also make corrections. I am able to post updates, recognitions, and chat privately or in a group. My favorite feature is being able to schedule the employees according to their departments or I can select only the employees I'm offering shifts to. My frequency of use is on a weekly basis. The ease of implementation and integration into Gusto is not complex as I thought it would be. It's very easy to use. I have not had to contact customer support regarding integration but I'm sure that customer support is just as great.
I'm sorry but I couldn't find any downsides.
The ability to have employees interact with the company via app.
This app is an absolute savior. Before, I used 3-5 different apps at a time for scheduling, dispatching, sending out information, collecting documents, etc.... Countless times things were lost in old texts or emails. Now, that does not happen! Billing my customers is streamlined since all information is submitted by my employees through the forms app in Connecteam. I hit "download", upload that document to my book keeping software, hit send & done! If you're looking to switch to connect team, or start off with them - DO IT! All my employees HATE apps. This app was so easy to implement into my daily operations. Within 6 hours my employees were telling me how much they love it! We use this app EVERYDAY. The support team is AMAZING. They're beyond friendly and super responsive.
Nothing that I dislike, although I would like to see more integrations and possibly an open API!
Connect team has solved the issue of documentation being miss placed, lost, destroyed, or not delivered to clients on time. Because of them, we went from over 200 missed invoices to ZERO.
Connecteam is best design for business applications ever seen. Great feature is GeoFencing. It is lightweight for mobile use and works great on tablet. Applications suit needs most type of businesses mostly service orientiered: software, construaction, utility. Works great for small and mid sized teams and have capability to organise sub groups of users. It even has payroll calculation and reward programm build in. It gives also team communication capabilities and able to set off-site time per every user. What makes it best: quality of design, functionality focused on need of mid sized and fast growing teams and perfect tutotials done in laconic but most knowledgeble way - feels academical approach of Connecteam founding team.
There is no linkage for construction projects to the map to visualise activity of users at exact construction site. It is not popular in energing economies so is not very popular besides users there: CEE, SAR, UAE. Good to have more connectivity to accounting software and have embedded per project cost management tools.
Project team management for customers construction unit in NorthAm. Conecteam is working great, priced well, only one thing minor is not many users know it well to use promptly. Must be popularised better, real tool for work. Good software (Connecteam) must be known!
1. The program is EXTREMELY intuitive. 2. The program is easy for my workers to navigate. 3. The Connecteam App is easy to install. 4. The communication (chat) feature is great - it's in real time/without any delay and pops right up on the phone 5. The seamless computer/phone functionality. 6. The many modules available from HR to timekeeping, to scheduling, to communications, to location tracking (if needed). This program has it all!
I have not found any think i dislike about the program at all so far.
I have many workers who work 2 hour blocks at fairly random intervals. With the scheduling function, I can coordinate the workers better. It also allows me to set deadlines for work that has to be completed at home. I can coordinate with them as a "user group". For example, on Thursdays, I might pick up items from them, on Fridays I might drop off new work for them to complete at home. I can use the chat function to make sure that everyone is aware of the schedule so that i can work efficiently and only make one set of drop offs and pick ups. In addition, I have only a certain number of pieces of equipment, so I can only work with some people in consecutive order, so that has to be scheduled. I can do all that and manage everyone's time slots with Connecteam effortlessly. I LOVE this program.
Received an amazing customer service by Inbar. She was able to solve my issues and answers all my questions in a quick and super efficient way. Lucky to have her, and I'm lucky to have Connecteam.
A bit to much features combined together, but that's just because I'm a new user
Publish shifts and managing user permissions
Its easy to navigate and makes your work very easy and substantially.
Nothing at all. I really like how connecteam works.
It helps my work easier and less costly as i dont need to hire more manpower to do the work.
I can keep my team up to date with current events with the updates feature. I love being able to broadcast updates to my team. I have not found an app that is as user friendly as connecteam so far.
I wish I were able to react to my team's comments in chat. I would also like the use of emojis enabled.
With having many agents in my call center, it is beneficial to be able to keep everyone under one app. It allows me to be more productive and stay connected with my team across the USA.
Connecteam offers a holistic solution to all your business needs. Connecteam pulls together your work family through chats / communication, company updates & anonymous input.
There are so many places to take Connecteam. I need to buy shares in your company - how?? Automated emails, gantt charts and payslips based off time clock-ins or set salaries. One issue is that when our Costa Rica team have internet issues, it causes a knock-on delayed effect with the chats which isn't experienced on WhatsApp.
Grouping everyone around the world in one place. Putting systems in place and having clear and open communication. We haven't benefitted financially yet, but I know that when the gantt charts, automated emails & payslips are added, it will be a complete game-changer for us. Super excited to be with Connecteam on this journey and excited for the Developers to finish the above. ;)
Measurable training views and results. Great communication between staffing and easy scheduling.
The app will send notifications for conversations that you just had and won't clear until you reopen it.
All my training and scheduling is available to every staff member without exception.
Connecteam has streamlined my HR process dramatically, it has assisted with my onboarding and exiting staff procedure and allows for the day-to-day operations to function smoothly and systematically
I dislike that the app can be slow at times and that the back-end settings can be confusing sometimes. I would also suggest that Connecteam support in collobaration with each company that has a subscription, create training video's relating to how that company uses Connecteam, as some of my staff really did struggle at first.
In terms of problem solving, as mentioned my HR process is now completely digital and makes for onboarding and exiting staff much more efficient and saves not only time but also paper, and a more green process.
Connecteam is very user-friendly. You're able to separate conversations easily, as well as locate them quickly. The "pin" feature is very helpful as well. I have it loaded as an app on my phone and on my computer, both.
I do wish there was a way to choose certain chat feeds to alert you differently than the rest. Kind of like a "favorites", or how you would choose a specific ring tone for your spouse or best friend.
This app keeps our entire office in constant communication, which is an important part of any business. It allows us to be more productive and help our customers quicker.
We use the app for time clock management and creating workflow reports to track each of the 65 sites/cutomers we service. We have multiple sites we service on alternating schedules througout the week so it's imperative that we have visibility into each site as well ensuring that the scope of work and unique contractual obligations are being met at each location. The photo uploads, checklist features and location tracking help to provide digital documentation for each assigned project.
Connecteam is very useful and has become a integral piece of our business. It has met all of our needs to date. Honestly I don't have any suggestions for improvement at this time. There is occational lag when users try to upload larger pic files but that could be mobile connectivity related.
workforce accountability, remote employee tracking, hourly time tracking. This tool allows us to conduct business and track the progress of our workforce across the country each day.
We have had great success with Connecteam. Working closely with our wants and needs and updates to pieces that would help make it more successful for our team. Support is always available and super helpful.
We would love to hve more options with HR and onboarding files and workflows attachments to each user to locate by user instead of the form view. Ultimately though we will our feedback is listened to and accommodating
Great for Forms and organizing jobs Across multiple locations. Communication across multiple locations is simplified.
Came across this app when looking for something else. We are a hotel brand in south east asia. And we love the app. It has helped imrpove our communcation via the updates and the forms have reduced alot of paper work. Its a great tool to help control your company and staff,
Photos can load slow at times, and the desktop access sometines freezes until you clear the cache, But these are minor
Great chat function and help pages
Connecteam is user-friendly and when I had questions on how to use it, someone always responded timely and followed up with me. We really enjoy the communication piece of the program. Being able to communicate with our team, upload videos and policies, as well as putting in surveys for the employees to respond to. We are very pleased with Connecteam!
If they could create more colors for the background when we submitted a communication update. The only other thing that could make it a little easier is when an employee leaves our company and we archive them, the future schedules are printed without that person on the schedule, we have to add them back on to print it with them on the schedule. This happened when an employee resigned and we needed evidence that she was scheduled and the schedule had not been printed by the manager.
Once we got all schedules and templates in the system, it has been seamless. Any time we had questions, they were answered promptly. There are no unresolved concerns. In fact, there was a situation where the schedules weren't being printed all together and they fixed that quickly.
I enjoy the ease of use because all of Connecteam's features are very user-friendly with a low learning curve.
At times the mobile application has some minor glitches, but they are usually resolved quickly.
I am using Connecteam to address logistics problems I initially had with my business. Now, all our business operations and communications are on Connecteam.
I run my own business with about 70 employees; after a lot of research, I picked Connecteam as my main communications platform. I like the ability to create forms, updates, chats, and much much more.
I dont see any downsides. Maybe additional features like having the ability to have a company intranet page or integration with databases would be helpful, but in general, I don't see any downsides.
Communication and employee engagement. I can see who reads my messages up updates and can send reminders.
How Connecteams makes it easy to engage and communicate with staff.
Whilst they have an API available, we would love more software to integrate with out of the box.
Easy shift scheduling and great communication with our team.
Having messaging, documents, scheduling and a time clock all in one place.
Having to use the app for the time clock. Not being able to edit time clock entries. Not being able to see all of my schedules on one calendar.
Work life balance.
I really like how easy it is to message employees and edit timesheets.
The number of notifications I receive for timesheet edits. As an administrator I receive all but would only like to receive certain ones.
Messaging employees, releasing company wide messages.
A very intuitive platform that has everything I need in one place.
There is really nothing that I am not liking with this service.
Communication, culture building, and teamwork.
I like that all you need is right at your fingertips. Chat, scheduling, even shift swapping! I love that it is so easy to communicate with my staff. It has got to be the best one I've used so far.
There isn't a lot. But when there are so many options, it can be hard to know where to start but, the support team is super quick and helpful. They have helped me figure out how to do a couple of things I didn't even know I could do!
Scheduling is a lot easier, and shift swapping makes my job a lot easier. I can get schedules done so quickly, and it gives me more time to help out my staff and the store.
Easy to set up & implement. Video tutorials are quite helpful. There are a lot of customization options in all areas of the app. Adding new employees on is a breeze. Creating Workflows is simple and easy for your employees to learn to use.
Limits on the number of auto reports and lack of connection between the different areas of the application. When you go to the User section and look someone up I feel you should be able to see all their timesheets, workflows, forms etc. that they have filled out.
We have cut false time reporting, which has cut our payroll expenses. Setting geolocations on projects means employees cannot clock in (without approval) until they are physically onsite, eliminating reporting more hours than worked.
With Connecteam, we find the best way to carry out all our work collaboratively and with action links, where we can communicate properly and participate in each project's progress. The real-time messaging tool allows us to communicate quickly, and thanks to the fact that it is a mobile tool, it is possible to be active from wherever we are. I like that it is pretty intuitive; it provides us with the management tools as we need them; it is possible to create rooms with access permissions; thus, we can segment the work. It also gives us the option of electronic signature and employee directory, automating various actions, making each process much faster.
I would have liked better training on understanding the platform since, for some people, it is not as simple as it seems. However, despite that, Connecteam is helpful for proper work management,
Since we have been using Connecteam, we don't have any communication problems; if a problem arises, it is possible to give a quick solution because the cooperation and quick participation allow us to keep our service always active. Without any doubt we increase our efficiency in our work area, making each day more productive than the previous one.
What I like most about Connecteam is its great ability to connect the work group, thus maintaining a safe work management, where each member of the work team participates and collaborates with their daily established tasks at coordinated times, in addition to allowing the connection and communication with each of them. It is a fast and very simple tool to use and configure. Another of the incredible tools that it provides me, is the creation of detailed reports, which show the monitoring, performance and general administration of the information.
When evaluating each function, I must keep in mind that there are not many relevant or significant aspects that I do not like, but small details in the workflow, but I am sure that with the following updates the software can improve dat by day.
Being a simple and practical tool, it has been a great help to carry out large tasks, it has been the ideal springboard to develop ideal job management functions, from a single central it is possible to communicate with all team members and thus corroborate that the work is being done properly and at the right times. With these possibilities, the implementation of Connecteam has been of great help to increase the chances of success in work tasks as well as saving the time we invest in each proposed commercial job.
Since its implementation, I was surprised by the capabilities of the platform to offer multiple solutions in a centralized way but with a really attractive working interface, functional and with a very broad level of utility for communication and planning processes with employees, simply and efficiently, checklists, forms and training of employees with highly valued options and resources and with very positive results within the organization. Communication with employees is really comprehensive and complete, it is very simple to easily communicate the right content at the right time to each employee, group live chat conversations, directory for all work contacts and real-time surveys that allow you to get to each employee in a timely and correct way to obtain the necessary information at the indicated time.
I do not contemplate significant complaints of the software, the platform really meets the expectations and functional demands demanded by the company and generates a wide contribution in the HR area, its functional limitations have been improving with the respective updates and modifications of its work processes, pleasing Users to satisfy the most demanding needs, the errors that may appear in the interface are usually more due to improper use of the available options, which means that they can be quickly corrected internally or by going to technical support.
The software was acquired in order to offer a comprehensive solution to monitoring communications with employees with intelligent and digital methods, during its implementation it was agreed to take advantage of all its available resources to implement GPS location, time tracking, time sheets With automatic reminders and real-time administration, the platform goes a long way towards improving time management, complying with labor laws and making payroll processes faster and more efficient.
