Duda Pros and Cons
- Collaboration tools
- Drag-and-drop editor
- Backup and restore functionality
- Can be expensive
- Limited third-party integration
Duda is built for agencies rather than end users, and that is the whole point: multi-site management, client permissions, team seats, and white-labelling are the product. The pricing follows the same logic, which means the plan most people find first is not the one agencies actually need. Full white-labelling starts at $149 a month, and every site beyond your allowance adds $17.
- What it is: A website builder designed for agencies and web professionals building sites on behalf of clients.
- Best for: Agencies, freelancers with a client roster, and SaaS platforms embedding site building for their own customers.
- Pricing: Basic $19, Team $29, Agency $52, White Label $149 per month, with roughly 50% off annually. Custom is quote-based. Verified in July 2026.
- The honest catch: Additional sites cost $17 a month each, so an agency’s real bill is driven by client count rather than the plan price.
What Is Duda?
Duda occupies a different position from Squarespace, Wix, or Framer. Those tools sell to the person whose website it is. Duda sells to the person building websites for other people, and every design decision reflects that: client permissions that let a customer edit their own content without breaking the layout, team collaboration, multi-site dashboards, and a platform you can rebrand as your own.
That last capability is the reason large SaaS platforms embed Duda rather than building their own site builder. If your product needs to offer customers a website, Duda can be the engine with your branding on the front.
The independent ratings are strong: 4.6 out of 5 on G2 across 784 reviews and 4.5 on Capterra across 214. Reviewers praise the editing experience and turnaround speed, and the most common criticism is pricing structure.
How Duda Works
- Multi-site management. A dashboard for many client sites rather than one site’s settings, which is the core agency requirement.
- Client permissions. Customers can edit their own content within boundaries you set, which prevents the classic problem of a client dismantling their own layout.
- White-labelling. From the White Label plan, the entire platform carries your branding: custom domain, login screen, client communication, and support portal.
- Team seats. Three team members on Team, six on Agency and White Label, unlimited on Custom.
- AI tooling. AI SEO and Building Assistants on every plan, AI Content Collection from Team, and an AI Connector using Model Context Protocol from Agency.
- Developer access. Code access from Team, and a custom widget builder from Agency.
Duda Pricing
Five tiers, and the meaningful variable is sites rather than features. Figures verified on Duda’s pricing page in July 2026.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual (per mo) | Sites | Team members |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic | $19 | ~$9.50 | 1 | — |
| Team | $29 | ~$14.50 | 1 | 3 |
| Agency | $52 | ~$26 | 4 | 6 |
| White Label | $149 | ~$74.50 | 4 | 6 |
| Custom | Quote | — | Flexible | Unlimited |
Additional sites cost $17 per month, or $168 per year, on Team, Agency, and White Label.
The arithmetic an agency should do before choosing:
- Your bill is client count, not plan price. Agency at $52 includes four sites. A twenty-client agency pays $52 plus sixteen extra sites at $17, which is $324 a month, or considerably less on annual billing at $168 per site per year. The plan is the smaller half of the cost.
- Full white-labelling costs $149. That is 7.8 times the Basic plan, and it is the feature that lets you present the platform as your own. Agencies that want their brand on the client-facing experience are looking at the top published tier, not the one named “Agency”.
- Basic and Team include one site each. Despite Duda being agency software, the two cheapest plans are single-site. Team’s value is the three seats and code access, not capacity.
- Annual billing roughly halves the price. Promotions of 50% off yearly plans appear regularly, and the effective annual rates above reflect that. Check whether the discount is introductory or standing before committing.
- A 14-day trial with no credit card. Enough to build a real client site and judge the editor.
Who Should Use Duda
- Agencies with a client roster. The clearest case. Multi-site management, client permissions, and team seats exist for exactly this, and nothing consumer-focused matches it.
- Freelancers who maintain sites for others. Client editing boundaries prevent the support calls that follow a customer breaking their own page.
- SaaS platforms embedding site building. White-labelling and the API make Duda a component rather than a destination.
- Teams that value turnaround. Reviewers specifically praise how quickly sites can be produced.
It fits poorly for individuals building one site, where Squarespace or Framer cost less and look better, for design-led work where visual craft is the differentiator, and for agencies unwilling to pay $149 for the white-label experience they are implicitly promising clients.
Honest Pros and Cons
Strengths
- Purpose-built for agencies. Multi-site, permissions, and team management as first-class features rather than afterthoughts.
- Genuine white-labelling. Your branding across the platform, login, and client communication.
- Excellent ratings. 4.6 on G2 across 784 reviews and 4.5 on Capterra.
- Fast production. Reviewers repeatedly cite quick turnaround across many client sites.
- Client editing without breakage. Permissions that let customers update content safely.
- Modern AI tooling. Including an MCP connector, which is ahead of most competitors in this category.
Limitations
- Per-site pricing dominates the bill. $17 per additional site per month, which scales directly with your client count.
- White-labelling is the top published tier. $149 a month for the capability that defines agency use.
- The cheap plans are single-site. Basic and Team include one site each, which is odd for agency software.
- Pricing structure drives churn. Reviewers specifically mention leaving Duda over it, and it is the most common criticism.
- Client billing is limited. Reviewers want more control than the feature currently offers.
- Not a design-led tool. Competent and clean, but Framer and Webflow produce more distinctive work.
Duda Alternatives and How It Compares
- Webflow offers more design power and has its own agency tooling, at a steeper learning curve.
- Squarespace is better for single sites and better looking out of the box, with no meaningful multi-site management.
- Framer wins on design fidelity and loses on client management, and its per-editor pricing punishes teams.
- WordPress.com and WooCommerce are the alternative for agencies comfortable maintaining infrastructure.
- Wix has a separate agency programme worth comparing if you already know the editor.

The Verdict
Duda is one of the few website builders that understands agencies are a different customer from site owners, and it is genuinely good at serving them. Client permissions, multi-site dashboards, team seats, and white-labelling solve problems that consumer builders do not acknowledge, and a 4.6 rating across 784 G2 reviews suggests agencies find it works.
Model the cost on client count before comparing anything. The plan price is the smaller number: additional sites are $17 a month each, so a twenty-client agency on the Agency plan is paying well over $300 monthly, and the annual rate at $168 per site is the figure that actually matters. Reviewers who leave Duda almost always leave over this structure rather than the product.
The other decision is white-labelling. If you present the site builder to clients as part of your own service, the $149 White Label plan is what delivers that, not the $52 plan named “Agency”. That gap is worth confronting early, because discovering it after you have promised clients a branded experience is an expensive conversation. For agencies that accept both numbers, Duda is a strong and well-liked platform.
FAQ
How much does Duda cost in 2026?
Basic is $19 per month, Team $29, Agency $52, and White Label $149, with annual billing roughly halving those to about $9.50, $14.50, $26, and $74.50 per month. Custom is quote-based. Additional sites cost $17 per month or $168 per year on the Team plan and above.
How much does Duda cost for an agency with many clients?
Considerably more than the plan price. Agency at $52 per month includes four sites, and each additional site is $17 monthly or $168 annually. A twenty-client agency therefore pays roughly $324 per month on monthly billing, or substantially less annually. Client count, not plan tier, is the dominant cost.
Which Duda plan includes white-labelling?
The White Label plan at $149 per month. It provides a fully white-labelled platform including a custom domain, branded client communication, support portal, and login screen. The $52 Agency plan, despite its name, does not include full white-labelling, which catches out agencies that assume it does.
Is Duda good for a single website?
It works, but it is poor value. Basic at $19 includes one site and no team members, and consumer-focused builders like Squarespace or Framer produce better-looking results for similar money. Duda’s advantages are multi-site management, client permissions, and white-labelling, none of which apply to one personal or business site.
What is Duda best for?
Agencies and web professionals building and maintaining sites for clients, and SaaS platforms embedding a site builder under their own brand. It is the strongest option in this category for managing many sites and many client relationships, and the wrong choice for building one site well.

Very helpful when I ran into problems. As a newish web designer, this was confidence boosting.
Not a lot! Their phone back service was wonderful - knowledgeable staff talked me through where necessary. The WYSIWYG Duda concept filled my requirements perfectly.
Only problems were initial connection and transfer of website from previous provider. Easily facilitated by Duda.
I’m very satisfied, 100% recommended the services of Duda. Customer service is always available to help us. It’s a great pleasure collaborate with them.
Absolutely nothing! We like everything !!
I had solved some problem in charging videos
The ease of use and drag and drop features makes this the easiest website platform that I've used.
Somewhat of a leaning curve if you have used other site builders like WordPress.
Ease of integrating forms and images into the platform with minimal HTML required to use.
Duda takes all the best parts of drag and drop WYSIWYG development and combines it with the scalability and many top options of WP and other pro website builders.
As with any done-for-you WYSIWYG, you do have limitations as far as how you place items in your design. It's 90% customizable with the coding but once in a while you'll find something you can't do as easily with custom builders.
As a designer who is limited in coding knowledge, Duda helped me get my job done quickly. I was able to design websites quickly for my clients and get it looking how I wanted to without fidgeting with code. As a result I built websites faster and saved time making edits and managing over the course of our working together. Lastly, I didn't have to spend time searching for the best plugins or addons, Duda came with everything needed to make a fast and secure website.
The design templates and customization! Duda is the perfect medium, allowing you to keep the training wheels on, or completely freestyle the design of your website. It holds the ease of a wix/squarespace without boxing you in whatsoever! The support is quick and helpful, each team member I have worked with is exceedingly personable, and the content suggestions/designs seem to be endless! I am thoroughly impressed with this product and it is well worth the cost. You can see the two websites ive built! www.libertystoragebags.com and www.alcheme.ooo
I have not found anything i "dislike" yet per say. If there was anything I would complain about, it is along the lines of some difficulty in arranging sections, text and images. If photoshop was a completely free canvas, duda can be a bit like microsoft word in terms of the ability to free-move and resize certain elements. With that being said, I can't imagine there is anything else out there that offers such ease in customization. I've used wordpress before... let me tell you this is a whole nother level of ease. You can see the two websites ive built! www.libertystoragebags.com and www.alcheme.ooo
The boxed in, gated nature of a site like wix or squarespace, while providing all of the ease that comes along with web templates. The customization seems to be limitless, and the bounding boxes are there when you want/need them.
The site editor is very user friendly and covers just about anything you'd need to edit your website.
The builder really needs to offer a native membership portal.
I am creating websites easily without difficult coding issues. I can edit and publish in real time with responsive.
Easy to manage, not much coding needed. Ability to deploy website easily
Blog engine can be better. A bit expensive for building an e-store. if possible have a smaller product plan for small business.
No need to worry about security and server software upgrades.
Easy to navigate the editor. Tech Support is second to none.
Been using Duda to create websites since 2013 or so and I truly have nothing negative to say about the company. I simply love everything about Duda from their user-friendly editor and customer dashboard to their awesome tech support team.
Duda's platform is easy to use and navigate. I can design and develop a kick-ass website in minutes instead of hours or days and unlike other similar design platforms like Wix, knowing that Duda's tech support is always there and have my back it gives me more freedom when it comes to design and development
Duda fits all of our needs by allowing us to customize website pages/templates. It took about a week for me to build the https://www.mendenhallhomeplace.com/. The website works extremely well and on PCs, laptops, tablets, and cell phones. Page content can be changed in real time which is a time saver. The ecommerce part is easy to setup and change in real time as products or prices may change. Best part the website can be managed by non-technical persons, no need to pay a webmaster. The restore and backup features come in handy when changing items on pages. The really big plus is the great support by the Duda support team! We have only had one issue and it was not with Duda but with GoDaddy. The Duda support team identified our issue and the correction needed for GoDaddy. I would say the Duda support team serves it customers above and beyond expectations.
I really have no dislikes or downsides to using Duda.
We solved the problem of having to pay others for changing web page content, we can now do it ourselves and in real time. No waiting on the phone for someone to get back with us to update our web page content. This was always a problem when we were scheduling public events as the webmaster was always doing something else. It also allowed us to provide ecommerce. We are a non-profit and our budget is thin, so we benefited by saving on expenses for website management. We can now do it ourselves with Duda! Fantastic!!!!
The suite of tools and the interface. Like all platforms it takes an hour or so to get used to, but the support in that process is great.
Honestly nothing. They could use more features (I would like more nav menu versatility) but they will come.
I am an entrepreneur who needs lots of sites for different projects. This is heaven sent.
I've worked with wix, wordpress, squarespace - everything and I always hated every one of them. However, Duda was great from the start! A lot of my problems - especially with Wix and Wordpress was that templates were never great and you can't do much to change it to match your own look. Even though I pay every month for my site, its ABSOLUTELY worth it! The freedom to do whatever you want and make it look however you'd like no matter the template without coding is everything I wanted my web hoster to be and Duda is just that! I wasn't paid or promoted to write this review - I simply wrote out of love!
I'm a product designer, so I give honest feedback about sites and apps. Honestly, I think the hardest part of duda is the learning curve, I found it (and sometimes still do) hard to find certain things and find myself clicking a lot of tabs to find what I want. The other thing is the text. I wish we could do more within the text bar.
Problems and Benefits I have solved with Duda: / Able to create my own look where you can't even tell what template I used. / The freedom to place text, images, columns, and rows anywhere and everywhere / A silly one, but being able to size margins and padding with anything. I think that's unique
Perfect for non-programmers that have an eye for design. Super easy to use for a beginner, and it's super intuitive. I never checked a video and can do alot with it.
Not many apps and integrations on it compared to shopify and the ecommerce plateform need a visual revamp, but it's working fine and really easy to use.
Again, super easy to use and intuitive if you don't know how to program but don't want compromise on the look of the website.
It is easy to manage, quick, and very effective in terms of quality And SEO.
Plugin capabilities. It is growing, but there are things to be desired.
I am able to make cost effective websites for those who are affected by Coronavirus and other economical factors.
I love that Duda has easy to use website builders, apps, and built-in e-commerce features. This platform is a real game-changer for small businesses that need to get up and running with a quality website. The personalization features are awesome and can be applied to many different types of niches. There is even the option to build your own widget that are most relevant to the niche that you are in. The knowledge base is packed with helpful information. Overall, I love the robust features and ease of use that Duda provides. The upsides of using Duda is that hosting is included with the plans. The website builder integration and the variety of features have been most helpful.
I disliked the fact that getting there isn't a dedicated representative or someone that is available post-sale. I would have liked to have had an onboarding session post purchasing Duda.
The problem that I have solved using Duda has been using it as an alternative to WordPress, it has solved the issue of creating website faster with website builders while providing great quality and robust features such as personalization that help small businesses. The benefits that I have realized since using Duda has been that they have a great e-commerce plan that makes it easy for small businesses to sell products online. Another benefit that I have realized that migrating to Duda is a simple process, and there are resources to help with the site migration process. overall the Duda is a great web content management system.
The interface is very intuitive, and the templates offer a great starting point. Also, having automatic backups and an SSL certificate included are great features. Duda makes everything very easy, from content creation, media organization, SEO, forms, etc. I can't say enough about how easy it is to use and make great looking websites. Creating the desktop, tablet, and mobile sites simultaneously is a big plus too.
I can't really think of anything I dislike about Duda. There are a few integrations that I would like them to add, but I can't complain about what they already include. They have added a ton of new features and upgrades this year.
I'm not a programmer, and I've been able to start offering new natively responsive websites to our IT clients who have older sites. It's great to hand the site over to them once it's launched, and with a little training, they can update it and make changes themselves. One of the most significant selling points is that they can make changed and edit the site. And automatic backups mean that there's a failsafe in case they mess something up. Having a traditional website is one reason their old sites have become stale and outdated because they couldn't make changes internally, and they had to call someone to update a picture. Offering website development has created a new line of revenue for our business.
I create my website in a matter of 3 weeks and my eCommerce section took a mere 2 months. The customer service from Duda is bar-none the best there is. I left Godaddy went to Duda and did not regret a thing. The service from Paola, Adrian Poutney, Elizabeth Fedak, and Kendy Duarte has been just excellent.
That the Chat support function sometimes fails
Ecommerce, solved, Dynamic Pages, solved, I learned that almost everything is possible with Duda.
Prompt, professional and friendly response and fast action from Duda, who even engaged with another third party partner of ours to help get a solution for a particular issue we were experiencing.
Nothing to report here, we are very pleased with all the support we've had
Support for a website for watersmeet.co.uk
The ease of use and the speed of the site. Plus the templates are beautiful and customizable.
Almost everything is perfect, the only issue I have had is the inability to cloak affiliate links on the site.
I was using Weebly, but the site was dead slow especially on mobile. I also hated the Weebly templates. Duda's site speed is fantastic and the templates are beautiful, it's much more powerful than the other website builders out there. I found building the site much more enjoyable.
Ease of use Often update with new features Great modern templates Great versatility Adjustable on web, tablet and smartphone platform Easy to make changes or duplicate text and pictures from one place to another. Itś possible to copy/paste content from one website to another.
That I could not connect the menu on homepage to the categories in the Ecommerce. That I cannot customized Checkout page, beyond fonts and color. Photo folder in the content area dont have pictures, you can only name/rename.
Within Duda I could not connect the menu on homepage to the categories in the Ecommerce. With the new Product gallery that can be placed on any page, and connected to any of the categories in the Ecommerce it is possible to have a homepage menu that say: Watches - purses - T-shirts and then have one product gallery display Watches and another display Purses and one display T-shirts.
The platform provides beautiful templates for all business types. I was able to create dynamic and responsive websites for my clients.
Not a true scalable website platform for various screen sizes.
Was able to create a quick website without having too much trouble figuring things out.
The ease of collaboration, customer viewing, and custom branding
I have had a few issues with the white labeling tool, such as automatic reporting for my clients
I utilize it to easily manage my employees
Easy website builder Amazing customer service They are constantly improving the product Great community
I honestly have nothing bad to say about Duda. They are great.
I'm able to quickly build websites for my clients without having to hire expensive web developers.
Having personally used a large variety of site builders over the last 15 years, I can gladly say that the duds platform is the most comprehensive and intuitive platform that I have experienced. A great advantage is having the ability to rebrand (Whitelabel) the Duda platform, do that you can provide a greater service for your clients. This is effective, especially if you are a n up and coming Web Developer, or an already established Agency, looking for ways to scale your business, or that of your client(s). The Duda platform is very user-friendly, and there are also a tremendous amount of blogs, documents, and helpful resources to answer questions, enlighten or inspire your creativity. I could personally spend hours enjoying all the interesting features and topics covered there. Best of all, duda has its own University at no additional cost. You can also become certified and receive a certificate from duda, as a Web Developer. Imagine how this could be of benefit to you, your clients or potential partnerships.
Initially it took me a while to find my way around the platform, but once I did everything started to come together. The most difficult part of the process for me was configuring my custom domain. However, the Duda support team provided plenty of information to help ensure that I could get online.
Duda is a great resource of knowledge and they have helped me to better understand and plan the way that my business appears online, and how I acquire and engage with new and existing prospects. I wish this platform was available when I first started my journey. However, I am delighted that I have discovered it now. Because duda is very easy to use, both for me and my clients, since launching my first clients first website, I have already received a request for 4 other sites, just from word of mouth. And that is within 48 hours. No ad spend, or organic promotion. Of course this may not happen for you. It is possible that you could generate more clients than I have, or less. But that’s not important. What matters is that duda is a platform that you can rely on. duda makes it possible!
Duda has always provided expert support!
I don't have anything that I actually dislike. They've been 10 Stars so far!
I offer high quality websites for my customers. Duda adds the added support of helping out with solving problems when I need assistance.
no coding but fancy website builder + whitelabel
more apps and third party software + more widgets
create good looking websites for my businesses
Easy to use, good templates, excellent support, creative ideas and so much more.
Unfortunately, there is no standard search included.
I build websites with duda.
Ease of use. Support team. Constantly upgrading and adding new features.
Small things but nothing worth mentioning here.
We are using other products right now mainly, but plan on moving to Duda. The platform is stable; the sites are stable; no issues regarding malware. The sites perform well. There is a great reporting tool available to keep clients updated. All in all a superior product.
It is very intuitive to use. The platform interface was built in a way that, anyone that is familiar with Microsoft Word or PowerPoint can use it to build a beautiful website and quick
It will be a major advantage if the platform has a membership capabilities
The fact that I can easily build a website and scale the design and production of many the site from start to finish is amazing and a big problem to solve
I love the platform, the assistance, everything is fine using Duda :) 👍🤩
I had just a small trouble on site’s plan, but everything was solved in a prompt way. 🤗
Duda is a great platform , helping my SME to be at the top . 😎
The customer service and the interface. Everyone is super knowledgable of the software and web development. They have made everything so much easier for me and my business. I'm extremely grateful for Duda!
No downsides so far, I don't have any complaints.
I can manage all of my clients' websites in one place. I can do everything from front/back end development to analytics and SEO and it makes running my agency so much smoother.
