Sometimes Duda does become glitchy, but a simple browser refresh usually solves the issue. Anything more major I am able to reach out to support and have it resolved in usually an hour or under!

Duda makes me design professional sites for my clients with a very easy-to-use platform. They are a reliable company with a common sense of improvement and a focus on stability. In the 7 years that I have been using this platform, I have not only increased my sales and client base but I have also had great nights of sleep compared to when I used Wordpress. I don't have to worry about outdated plugins, hacks, updating servers and components, or errors when updating Wordpress or plugins. Anyway, there are a lot of good things to say about Duda but it would be better if you start a free trial and find out for yourself.

1- Perhaps the lack of urgency with simple things to make website editing a faster experience. 2- They'll launch a native e-commerce solution soon but as of today, you will not be able to control e-commerce requests because currently, they rely on third-party e-commerce solutions. 3- They can improve the platform experience by integrating a built-in email marketing solution 4- The contact forms can be improved with conditional logic 5- I would love to see Duda allowing sub-domain management using the same site subscription. Currently, we need to purchase a separate subscription for sub-domains. 6- A built-in project management integration isn't available. Will be good to have it so clients can see their design process.

I like how the Duda editor allows for high levels of customizability and also gives you lots of ways to automate and save time through the Duda API and dynamic content. It's the only website editor built for agencies who are creating a high volume of websites.

The ecommerce and online store functionalities have much room for improvement. There are also certain things that you would expect them to have in order to make things easier to edit. For example allowing you to apply letter spacing and line heights across all paragraph or heading tags rather than making you manually apply it each time.

The support team is excellent. They always answer my questions and I am able to implement the solutions they provide.
