Duda's team are always professional, focused on technology development and extremely high level of customer service. This company is constantly developing, as well as helping customers to create amazing products with ease.
There are some limitations to the platform, however it's a DIY editor therefore there's no expectation for super sophisticated solutions. Ecommerce side could be a bit stronger, but they are already working on it.
Ease of use and efficient webpage build process. It is also quick to adapt and SEO pages buit withing Duda. Really like pre-made sections, as well as global styling.
Easy to use, along with teaching others who want to get into website development. Plus, all the features duda has may or may not be on other platforms. Not only that, making a website on Duda is insanely fast as well
Some issues like the logic errors I ran into, granted that is something to be concerned about but everyone is bound to have a mistake or 2 in their website that is trying their hardest to make it easy to use along with being consistent
I am having trouble with the logic issue on the product gallery, and they have escalated the ticket, which is no problem to me. I am just glad I can help them catch an issue that may have been there for some time or gone unnoticed for so long. Other than that Duda support is the friendliest I have ever been in contact with!!

Duda makes it incredibly easy to create, manage, and update clients' websites, all on the same dashboard. Everything is very intuititive and easy to use, my clients love it!
It's not the best for eCommerce, as they are using 3rd party integrations (Ecwid), and their new native system is not developed enough; both are not very good alternatives to Shopify.

Overall, Duda is a powerful website builder that is well-suited for agencies building websites for their clients. We are using it for years to manage our client's websites. There are many best things about Duda and two of them are "100% Uptime" which means no downtime and fast-loading websites. The second is "Top Notch Support". The support is just awesome. They are always ready to help and fix the issue very quickly. I highly recommend going for Duda if you are willing to design websites without coding even a single line!!!

As Duda is a complete package. So, in the field of designing and managing websites, Duda is solving multiple things like managing the hosting, providing drag-and-drop website builder, and top-notch support as well.
Everything seems to be all in one place. I appreciate being able to design what I want but also add any classic applications that clients expect to have access to.
I will say it seems glitchy at times. There are features that are simple and should work, but there are weird bugs that happen here and there. A better-organized way to access saved sections. At this point, it's just a massive list of saved sections.
Needing a quick way to build websites for clients. The builder itself is easy to use where we can hire graphic designers to build websites. The quality of our work has definitely increased.
I love that Duda is an all-inclusive platform for website developers. They own the CMS website building platform, built the templates and sections, and manage the hosting. This ensures that everything is automatically kept up to date and works together smoothly. This saves us a ton of admin time by not having to install updates to anything.
Certain website features are missing that require you to install a third-party application. Importing of blogs from another platform does not always work as well as desired.

There are design and functionality limitations within Duda's widgets. There is still a need for custom coding and/or custom widgets to meet my clients' needs.

Equally it's enabled us to further enhance our overall offering in other areas such as SEO, PPC and social media but being able to have so much control and flexibility over the website.
