I like the flexible templates and the ability to drag and drop. They have made it very easy by showing both the desktop and mobile view and allowing you to edit in each.
The billing when you add sites. It sometimes get confusing. They may consider billing for partial month on current site and then full bill on regular due date.
I'm not sure there is a problem to solve - they are always adding new features.
The Duda platform is easy to use and intuitive and makes completing projects easy. As far as the support team they have never let me down.
It would be nice to make it easier to find typos and specific incorrect words in the content throughout the sites easily.
Duda provides the ability to develop sites easily and provides us the ability to deliver sites quickly and affordably.
I love its simplicity in building websites. The customer support is superb! Their staff is very knowledgeable and always gives you an alternative solution in case a feature isn't available or an issue can't be resolved. It's not an alternative to Wordpress. It's where you should switch to.
The blog section needs some improvement, particularly the layout. It needs to give its users the ability to create sections that are tied to dynamic data. Their collections area is awesome but it's not connected to the blog section.
Because of its simplicity, it's easier to build websites. It cuts a lot of production time. I love the section where you can have comments for clients and the internal team. Less back and forth on changes and provides clarity when things are being changed in the design. The white-label portion is excellent for branding. This has allowed us to strengthen our relationship with our clients and brand.
O atendimento rápido e prestativo do suporte, estrutura do site intuitiva, aplicações modernas
arrastar dos widgets, poderia ter mais liberdade de posicionamento
Não depender sempre de um desenvolvedor para que possamos oferecer sites aos nossos clientes
I have my business site designed there and have completed well over 30+ sites for clients. Their support team is always helpful and extremely responsive. I couldn't gloat about them enough! lol
I wish there were more video tutorials on how to use the integrations and apps, as well as a sense of community among its users. I personally love Duda, but I haven't found many others that use it within the design community. I've even thought of creating my own tutorials to show people on LinkedIn just how user-friendly it is - whether they're a web designer novice - like myself, or a small business owner - it can really help you show up as an authority within your industry.
Duda is helping me to be able to create beautifully designed and responsive websites for my clients. They love the look and feel of their site, once complete, and also love how user-friendly it is for them to adjust it as need be.
Very helpful and very responsive team. Everything I expected
Auto bill without warning but they fixed that.
Website design
Easy to use Website building utilities and the ability to update and republish is really convenient!
I have no downsides to report. Duda is a great product for specific clients
Duda is great for older websites that did not have mobile rendering built-in with the code
The built in responsive options and ease of use
I find the options for the blog a little limited
Rapid development of websites and the ability to have easy access to all sites and hosting via a single dashboard
I love how quickly I can create a website inside the duda platform. When I first started doing websites, I was coding from scratch, and it's so refreshing to know I have the ease of a drag-and-drop builder with the power of their backend dev mode to customize the site; however I'd like to see it perfected. The widget builder has also made things move a lot quicker because we're able to make user-friendly widgets for customers to help them not mess up their site with their amateur design skills. I also love that they offer chat and phone support to help when I'm stuck with something.
So far there have only been a few small issues that I haven't liked. I found a small bug attaching backgrounds in a mobile setting to keep them stuck to the background while content scrolls over but Duda support has been helpful in insuring me that it's going to be resolved quickly.
We have so many customers who want to build websites with us and now we're able to build a great website in a half a day or less as where this could have taken many days or weeks in the past.
Duda's drag & drop builder is the most intuitive and easy to use of any I've tried. I've been building sites with WordPress since it launched and even with significant tweaking, it's difficult to get WP to out-perform what Duda does, right out of the box. Add to that the speed with which a unique website can be built and launched with Duda - a sure win! Their world-class technical support is just a bonus.
My only hesitance was the necessity of hosting on Duda, rather than my usual host. However, I understand (and accept) that, because they provide so much under-the-hood value. So in short, there's nothing I dislike about it.
I'm very impressed with Duda's ability to handle Core Web Vitals issues. The addition of UserWay's accessibility tool has also taken a lot off our plate.
