Its integration with other platforms is great. Almost the best thing in the service as it can be applied to your business without confusion.

Not only can you set up your webstore free of charge, but it so incredibly easy to use. I created my first store in 2016, and now 2019, I still have it, plus one more that I opened in January of 2019.

I can't think of anything that I dislike about Ecwid. With Ecwid, any questions you might have are answered readily in the help section complete with illustrations and pictures. If you still have an issue, customer service will help you through a chat session or on the phone. They will also answer your email right away.

I wanted a website that would allow me to display my items, including their descriptions. Ecwid provided a beautiful catalog for me complete with categories.

Everything Ecwid is really great! Even if there is a feature that I need and it's not already available, they have an awesome API and application system that allows you to go beyond your needs.

Honestly, nothing! Everything is working great.

I use Ecwid as an eCommerce platform. It gives me all the tools to manage my store no matter how large it is.

What is most helpful about using Ecwid is that it leads you through the process step by step. Also, you literally don't have to make any decisions to get your starter website up and running, it is done automatically with the option to tweak it later. What I like the most is that, as a South African battling with our weak Rand, I know that I can afford Ecwid and I really feel that I'm getting value for my subscription fees.

My only challenge is that I have only found plugins for the South African Post Office and Collivery as delivery options. I can't risk using the South African Post Office because they are nototious for delivering horribly late, if they actually deliver at all, and I believe in fabulous customer service. Collivery is a challenge because it is much more expensive than most couriers. Would love to see a future plugin for TCG (The Courier Guy) or Fastway or Aramex, perhaps similar to what uAfrica.com has with Shopify (just the courier option. Their syncing with other sites is for the really big players, as you have to upgrade your Shopify plan.) Or a plugin just like the existing one for Collivery would be wonderful.

We needed a Web presence for both sales and marketing purposes, and Ecwid has helped us do that with no extra skills required, at an affordable price. We are also very happy to see in the newsletter that new features are continuously being released. Our dashboard is easy to understand and navigate, and we are well pleased. It's also great to be able to pay subscription fees with PayPal.

The fact that it added a mobile version of my website to the existing one. No, wait- it was completely documented in easy-to-follow language.

No dislikes with ECWID. One comment-when it says $35 dollars/month it should have noted it was USD.

It gave my customers more options for payment. I have had 15 years and 4 months using PayPal buttons on the site, but not everyone was comfortable with PayPal. Also the mobile friendly version will add younger customers, although most are still using desktops for my site, and always have.

Ecwid is always there when we have any questions, customer service is great. Online purchases always go through and money is sent to our account promptly.

Do not have any dislikes with ecwid. My experience has been very good.

Would prefer pricing to be cheaper as I am in Australia, therefore the rates advertised in US$ are completely different to the AU$.

Ecwid is a really robust app. Easy to connect with my website, no matter if it is in HTML5 or Wordpress, and it has a wide range of options, a software suitable for your business, both small and big.

I think search options must be improved. Besides that, I think the software covers almost everything you might need.

We need a fast and reliable online selling solution and Ecwid was fast to config and easy to run.

It's so simple to use and all the automatic emails and the app make it so easy. I really like how I can just add some small code to my website to have my shop. It's easy to set up and there are lots of blogs and articles on what to do and how you can improve your listing

I would like it to be a bit cheaper but the price is still very fair. It would also be nice to customise of the shop front looks on my website with some sort of drag and drop editor but I only have the basic package so I'm not sure if this is available on a higher package

I am solving my shipping and sales problem. The shipping problem was that I had no easy and simple way of sending items. Now Ecwid makes this very easy for me and I have extra time to work on stuff that is really important to me. The sales issue was that I was going to have to pay my developer to do so much work on my website but now ecwid lets me make all the changes myself and as many changes and as often as I Like

Ecwid is very good at the shopping cart experience for my customers and me. It makes sure it's a pleasant and seamless experience, safe and efficient. I'm grateful that I found it.

I wish there were more options for the look of the starter site. I would really pay more to have those options than to hook it up to Wix.

One page checkout is key!!!! My customers never have problems with checking out. The platform is very easy to use!
